Sales Associate Terese was a very kind, helpful, and upbeat person. She helped me from the time I came in until the time I left. She deserves two thumbs up and a pay raise.

They have eliminated all the cashiers and replaced the checkout counter with self checkout kiosks, and basically had 1 employee holding down the store (but she was phenomenal). If the store is busy up front with the employee helping at the self checkout, customers are basically on their own on the floor.

Overall, I do enjoy shopping here. The prices are always good and they usually have lots of inventory. This Five Below in general is always very stocked, I tend to find lots of new items here each time I come and for each time that I do, I end up getting something. So thats positive, whats also positive is the store atmosphere. Its clean and friendly. I do miss having employees working at the register though! I wish theyd bring that back, check-out machines are taking jobs :/ and thats why Im rating 4/5.

Great store. The best I’ve visited of all the Five Below chain stores in our area. There are other locations that are closer, but the quality of our shopping experience at this Five Below at Willowbrook is worth the longer drive. I love the friendliness of the greeter, the clutter-free layout and the product variety. Super nice store with super nice team members. Thank you!

Love 5 below, always have always will. Neat little gadgets and goodies for up to 5 bucks. The art supplies are actually pretty decent, and the skin care and makeup arent terrible either. I love going in and buying a ton of stuff because at the end of the day it wont be that expensive, (compared to going on a shopping spree in an expensive store)Either way, they have fun products for a small price.

I went to the cashier section to pay with cash and gift cards.

This store is horrible they charged me twice for a 1 transaction and when I brought it to their attention they tell me I have to wait 10 or more business days to get my money back.... I am so pissed off and out of patience with them never again will I go back to this store

A fine, large, and well-kept Five Below, where things usually cost less than $5. Imagine that. However, this is one of the very few times Ive ever seen a young teenage employee left by herself to tend to a line of 15+ customers. I suppose management was too wrapped up in the proverbial managerial tasks to lend a hand.

The woman who assisted me at the registers was very helpful when I could not find an extension cord.

Seems much bigger and open then the other location in Wayne on 23. This is a great price to big my kids to is they can buy gifts for each other for say birthdays or Christmas as they can set a budget and stick to it when buying things. A set budget and set amount of gifts so everyone is happy.

The quality and amount of items sold at this store is great. I have never purchased an item and had any fault with them. The workers are very friendly, joyous and kind people. And if the name doesnt say it all everything in the store is $5 and below eg. Umbrella medium sized, blanket, table, candy (a wide variety), children toys, fanny packs, school supplies ( pens, pencils,notebooks, filler paper,etc. ), headphones ( in ear, on ear, cord/ wireless, bluetooth, sport), charger cords ( Apple and android ) and many more. I would highly recommend this store.

My favorite store, I love their items and its friendly . I get stuff I need for a great price. I am addicted to this store. People who work there are very kind and help.

I really dont get it about this place. This place is supposed to be a thrift store, I know, but the products that are sold here are out and out crapola. I just cant imagine who would want to buy this junk?

I drove over an hour away to return some items and there are people still in the store checking out and the rude associate standing at the door tells me I can’t come in because they are closed! I told them I was on my way and there are customers still checking out! Never shopping here again!!

STAFF member are not friendly at all...i wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses but they wouldnt even let me try them ...doesnt make any sense...how am i going to know how it looks on me...if i try them on isnt YOUR job to clean them back ...justify your check!

Best place for novelty items for a 50th b-day party gift. Candy, toys & t-shirts were readily available at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Five Below to buy things you dont want to spend alot of money on!!!
