I never experienced such bad customer service in all of my life. I purchased a pair of MK boots for Christmas which I got for my girl. We returned them days after Christmas because they did not fit her. We had a new pair shipped to her house. She tried them on and still did not like the fit. Took them back to the store on 2/20/2021 and experienced the most horrific customer service. Male employee claiming to be the assistant manager did not take the boots back then told us to contact customer service. I asked for his name and did not want to provide it. Asked the female employee for the managers name and she did not want to provide it as there was not in store manager available. I asked for the managers hours so I could go back into the store and then was told they won’t give it to me. The female was then going to give me the business card of the manager and the male employee said no because that is for the managers personal clients. I then asked him for his name again and told him how bad of an experience this was and he laughed in my face. Racial discrimination at its finest. Yes I’m a black man and felt discriminated against. If I wasn’t so calm I probably would have knocked his teeth down his throat. This store is poor with the way they treat customers and I will be returning to speak with the store manager and corporate.

When I went backA lady approached me rough I explained the situation she said well if it’s not on sale we can’t give it to you she was Verne snotty and rough toward me I told her girl said ss on sale and girl I talked to said just bring back I said I like to talk to manager said she was and wouldn’t give her name this was Thursday around 2 pm listen she had no idea what people are going through and 8.00 matters to me when I have a sick mother I am very upset over this and will take this higher you shouldApproach people differently and not very goodFeedback for all my friends and family that shop here

Bought sneaker, had them 3 days and wore them once, buckle broke. Sent them back a month ago & still getting the run around for my damm item. They will never get another dime from me. THEY ARE THE WORSE.

The saleswoman Andrea was amazing she was extremely helpful polite and personable. Her awesome attitude may me want to purchase more items. Its a rarity to find a salesperson with her qualities.
