I called to see if they had a specific shoe. The lady that answered was rude and immediately hung up. If i was you I would have her fired.

First time EVER I walked into a store where the employees were absolutely rude to the point I actually pray this company goes under ! I went in to buy 6 pairs of sneakers walked out with NOTHING I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! I will be sure to tell friends, family....EVEYONE I SEE to NEVER go in this place and why. Maybe management should do some work before they fill out their unemployment forms

Horrible service. Went for yeezys V2 And was told to wait until 12 for any extra pairs, they see us waiting for 12PM and instead of telling us we needed another ticket in which they gave out to everyone else they let us leave empty handed.

There are always great sales! One of my go tos for shoes for my children. But as for grade school i dont believe they enough variety

My daughter bought a pair of shoes for my birthday gift about two weeks ago. I tried it for 3 times to make sure it is comfortable but it was not so we went there this Sat to return. To our surprise the manager refused to return it pointing to the receipt that it says it is not returnable if worn. I insisted to talk to her supervisor so she called someone and finally agreed to give me store credit or exchange with a condition that I have no option to make any change with the new shoes. We were forced to buy another shoes. She also mentioned that our company is in business to make money and not loose money. I do not recall this kind of experience in a long long time about returning anything but may be because we usually buy from stores like Macys (or L.L.Bean, Amazon, etc) and we have same expectation from other stores too. I do not think I and my family want to shop in any store that refuses to return things after a few times of use if they are not according to our expectations.

I was with my daughter yesterday 03/11/2018 walkin to purchase shoes for her.and a employee start to talk about my outfit saying that what i was wearing was fake.telling other employees to walk around me to check my outfit.i feel harassed to have all this employees laughing and murmuring about me.this employee do not have respect for costumers.wong go there never again.
