Zara is getting ridiculous with their new policies . Line is at the door . As a big corporation you are supposed to make your customers experience great . Waited about an hour just to purchase one dress and also fitting room are still not open yet when all other stores opened their fitting room . Employees walking around folding and hanging stuff while there is one person at the register. Very bad experience

Absolutely LOVE Zara, but the lines are always insanely long because out of 3 separate departments only 2 registers are open.

Great clothes and products overall, but the lines are insane every single time! Not only that, theyre store credit/refund policy is ridicolous. If you have the credit/debit card that you paid with, they cannot find your transaction (OR they can, but wont do it due to an outdated store policy). God forbid you forget your receipt! We are in 2021 and they still require the receipt for returns/exchanges. Get with the times ZARA!

I would love to give 5 stars but this store never really has a good selection of clothes to me. Also the lines are always SUPER LONG. You spend more time in the lines than shopping in the store. They need to do better.

I really would like to speak with management of this location. It is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable that customers should be waiting 1 hour+ to checkout. I’ve counted 10+ workers walking around, folding and hanging clothes while customers wait. It’s to the point people have put their items back and did not purchase because the line is so long. This is EVERY TIME I COME HERE. Train more staff for the registers if that is the case. The customer experience has diminished because of this.

Atrocious customer service at this location, this particular store is POORLY MANAGED.Tried to exchange an item (granted I lost the receipt and they have a policy about only accepting returns without an original receipt, fine) I was told by Zara’s main customer service center that even without a receipt I could exchange my item for anything “in season”. Great! When I told this to the cashier and subsequently the manager, the manager said this was not their policy and they only accept exchanges for the exact same item - which would be fine if they had actually it in stock, but they never do! I asked if they had a record of my purchase (5 days prior) in their system and she very rudely said “we don’t keep records, don’t you know about fraud?” Hello?! Do you honestly think I’m trying to defraud Zara out of a $40 pair of kid shoes???!?So after waiting in the insanely long queue (as other reviewers mentioned… lots of staff on the floor, why only one cashier open?!) the manager had the nerve to tell me to get customer service on the phone, which I did. When I had the agent on the phone speak to this “manager” and he told her to issue me a refund but she OVERRODE his decision! Gasp! Now there’s a case open and I have to report her. What an obscene waste of my time.This manager that I had the “pleasure” of encountering - named Omi - needs some proper training and learn how to respect the customer. Either that or get a new job that doesn’t deal face to face with people.

Manager is a clown. Should be replaced ASAP. They close whenever they feel like it. Corporate should step in and fix the personal in this specific location ASAP at least do some training in common costumer service.

This is insanely crazy. Every time I go there there’s a huge line. Out of two department’s 20 employees only one register is open with one employee? This store is poorly managed by the manager. I don’t even know who is the manager cause i have never seen any manager. Plus the employee cashier when she or he takes return they take one by one and put the hanger with the clothes on the rack and then they issue a refund like this is crazy. Why cant they take all clothes at once and when they are done with that customer put the cloth on the rack

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will have 30 employees milling around and a line that lasts 1.5 hours with 1 cashier. Do not go here unless you want to spend all day and eventually get kicked out after waiting hours because they couldn’t use their brains.

Always a 20 minute wait to checkout. Dressing rooms are still closed now which is ridiculous and lazy at this point in time. I couldn’t try on 1 item, had to wait 20 minutes to check out and then after trying on the item have to wait another 20+ minutes. Im avoiding Zara at all costs and I don’t recommend them at all

I came to Zara at WillowBrook to exchange a skirt and THEY DIDN’T EXCHANGE. The skirt had the tag on, but I didn’t have the receipt, the manager said they couldn’t exchange it. It’s crazy because I have done this before in other store without a problem. This store is sucks, I will never come back again!

Terrible customer service. Asian American manager lady yelling at vaccinated customers to wear a mask saying it’s against the law to be without one. There’s better ways to go about asking someone to wear their mask.

Bad costmer service, bad quality of clothimg

I waited to post this review until my third visit, which was today. One hour long wait to pay. Only 1 cashier at the register, and a line of 50 people aprox. Avoid coming to this store because you are going to waste your time. They have extra personnel walking around the store “fixing the stuff”, and just one at the register. Whoever the manager is, doesn’t have a clue of what he/she’s doing. I went with my 6yo and it was a nightmare. there were other kids having a hard time too.

Bad costumer service. Fitting rooms are still closed. Asked the manager in charge if I could use the fitting room, her response was the “corporate told us to close” which doesn’t make any sense.I had to buy without trying them on and had to return almost all of them today and wait another 45 minutes in line.Save yourself time and go to another Zara store.

I like to shop at Zara for big purchases. I usually end up spending at least over $600 each time I’m there because I like to do quick one stop shopping that usually takes me less than 30 minutes and to me Zara is, or was, the place for that.. Drove 30+ minutes just to come to Zara at Willowbrook Mall, tried walking into the store at 7:07pm on 11/25/20 and they told me they were closed! Super frustrating especially when their website says they close at 8 and there were other customers in there still looking around, not even checking out yet! Definitely a turn off so I took my business elsewhere... booooo Zara also, I never write reviews this might actually be the first bad review I actually wrote, that’s how much it got to me...

Wednesday 2 oclock, just one cashier for mens clothes, children clothes, and women clothes....trash store

Love their clothes however store was disorganized and cashier line was about 45 minutes wait. Although they are all friendly and courteous, there never seems to be enough personnel to keep the store running smoothly.

I was there yesterday and it was so crowded it led to me not getting one of my purchases items. The cashier kept mixing up my clothes with the clothes of the lady next to me. I got home and 1 of the 3 items I had purchased was missing along with the receipt which I guess was never put in the bag. I know I paid for it bc it’s on my bank statement but due to Zara receipt policy there’s nothing I can do that item and that money is just gone. I’m livid

Purchased Christmas presents for my sister on the 12th of December. Got items on Dec 29th due to covid shipping delays which was understandable. Today on 1/23 we went to exchange these items, was told their return policy was 30 days from PURCHASE and it didnt matter that they were stuck in the mail for 3 weeks, it was too late to return or exchange. Staff and manager was extremely rude through the process.Every other store weve bought from starts scaling returns from time of delivery, not purchase, considering COVID shipping delays. This coupled with the extremely rude staff means we will never shop here again.

Long lines to checkout. I spent almost 40 mins in line. The fitting rooms are not open. Which makes it even worse since you have to go back to the store and wait in line again to return the item.

A worker instigated a rude remark to my sister and continued her snarky attitude throughout the conversation to which I asked her to be polite to my younger sister. She made fun of me to her coworkers and proceeded to be a nuisance. For this reason, I will not be shopping at Zara at willowbrook mall. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The Latina general manager and most of her staffs are just RUDE. I’ve been shopping at Zara since 1996 and this store gives the worst customer services. Never had things on my size and I had to wait about 35 minutes for then to bring me something from stock room. I asked the manager and she simple said the staff forgot to bring it. Nice answer.

Cool stuff, thing run small, their is always something new. Younger guy style. Cool shirt for summer, catch them between spring Fall season lots sales. Lots of color.

I love coming here, they have amazing materials. They have my size in everything I love and the spanish girl in the womens fitting room was really helpful. I believe her name was Megan. She didnt work in mens but she helped me style my outfit.

Adorable clothing. The menswear section is really nice too. The store was kind of a mess but i would imagine its hard to keep up with the crowds of people on the weekend, always a line at the fitting room. Definitely needs more staffing.

Extremely rude staff. Multiple staff members refused to help me find an item on the floor after they looked up in their system and said it was there in the store, I never heard of such a thing. Maybe they didn’t feel like finding it because they knew the store was extremely messy, but if that is true then what a ridiculous rule. It just seems like no one cares... shame because this store has good prices and nice designs, just needs to remove these negative employees and incorporate maybe just a little more kindness and new protocols.

I would rate this store negative star if it was possible. I love Zara and the style of clothes. However, the staff in this store is rude beyond belief. No one is available or interested in helping the customer. During peak season, the line goes through the store while the cashiers exchange idle chatter and move at snails pace. They also take time to place each return item on a hanger while the customer WAITS and the line grows LONGER. Awful mgmt style and the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The staff is haughty and acts as though it is THE CUSTOMERS privilege to shop this store. For these reasons, I will drive out of my way to shop another Zara. The manager and employees of this store is seriously lacking customer support training.Update 2021: NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

I went to the store around 9 pm tonight and I was going to like a perfume and buy it right away and go out. I didnt know which box of perfume I liked and I asked the staff who worked there. She Said: Green box. So I went and paid right away. I opened the perfume box in front of the cashier. To make sure I got the right fragrance. And the bottle of perfume I liked to smell was black. A green bottle came out of the box. I spoke to the Manager. She told me you opened the box and you didnt like the smell of perfume, so you dont want to take it. So I explained that your staff misled me so I bought the wrong perfume. According to company policy, plastic gelatine opened that’s why she can not take back, she said. So I asked her how to make sure I get the right perfume if I dont open a box of something I pay for it and bought and look inside. ???? It is $16.95 cologne.NO MORE ZARA. You lost me and my family Zara.

Little bit chaotic for a Sara store and it seemed there were very few staff on the floor to straighten clothing etc, making the whole shop look sloppy. I have only visited Zara in Spain and there is a vast difference. They need to organize this store better. Lines were too long on check out. Staff were curt, officious and unfriendly. There were no pleasantries forthcoming, like hope you enjoy the rest of your day which would have softened the wait. Better to order on line I think and then return to store if necessary. Not a pleasant retail experience.

I purchased a purse from there a week or two ago and it came with an inside bag, the zipper broke on the inside bag. I went to Zara yesterday on a whim and happened to see another purse. I asked an employee if I could purchase just the inside bag being that mine broke. She directed me to the manager who told me they would simply exchange it for me on the spot!! Imagine my surprise. So at the counter, she had me take my personal items out of my purse and throw them into the new bag. Im so happy and impressed!!! Thanks guys. You already wowd me with your merchandise but now your customer service has made me a lifer!

I went Into this store for my daughter and she couldnt find anything she liked. The store seems to offer only a selective style.

Some of the female staff at this location are unabashedly rude and disrespectful and have no business working in retail, let alone a Zara. The hiring and training personnel need to undergo a performance review.

The store is a mess. After an insane wait in line, I purchased a top along with some other items. When I went to put on the top it was damaged. I return to the store to do an exchange for the same exact item. Even after speaking to a manager (named Truly), they expect you to get in the same insane line and won’t make an exception! I waited in line the first time to make my purchase. Customer service is just terrible.
