Came in today shopping with my sister for bridesmaid gifts. Josie was so helpful and nice! Store wasnt too busy so they could have definitely become an overbearing sales person but they gave us our space and let us shop around and was not pushy by any means. They were so nice and knowledgeable on the products. Josie definitely made my sister and Is experience amazing!

I love this place. Im into fragrances so this place is really cool for me. I try to visit once a month and get some of their stuff. The Outback Mate soap smells really good. I love that soap. I like alot of their soap the sexy peel is great Sandstone feels like sand paper lmao...its like washing wit 220grit wet sandin... smells alot better though. I use it every 2 weeks for a deep exfoliating cleanse. This is definitely one of my low key favorite spots...

Very welcoming and friendly staff.

I went in today and the lovely Sam helped me find everything I needed and more. She was super pleasant and patiently took her time to suggest the correct products to suit my eczema needs. She was knowledgeable of all the ingredients, their functions, and was honest in her suggestions and sold with integrity. There were only two associates in the store due to another associate being on her break and Sam never once made me feel rushed and politely stepped away to greet the customers coming in. I went in with the intention of just getting my free face mask and possibly one other item and instead I purchased $50 worth of items due to Sams amazing customer service. I am a cosmetic associate retail manager and I think Sam is an asset to the company.

What is there not to like about Lush?! Quality products, intoxicating scents, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their stores are consistently clean and COVID procedures are being followed.

This one girl was packaging bath bombs in a gift tin box for us and dropped the entire thing. Thankfully, they weren’t completely broken.

I just went here later today and had the best experience ever. The soap that I got smells amazing and keeps the scent on my hands. I can not wait to use it and smell like christmas. Thanks to one of the girls there who offered it to me. I didnt catch her name, but she was awesome.

Stumbled upon this gem of a shop walking around Willowbrook mall. They have the most amazing smelling artisanal soaps Ive ever experienced. They have smells that literally transport you to that dream beach. Sold by weight and the soap comes in funky cuts that just add to the charm. The staff are really knowledgeable and passionate about the products. I only got soap but they had all sorts of cool looking and even better smelling hair products for all sorts of effects and styles. Would make a GREAT gift idea.

Amazing job ! I’m sad i missed the ladies’ names today but they were so wonderful and helpful to my specific needs. I also left something in the store and they even let me have little samples . I love going in this store because of the company but the employees make the experience so much better . 10/10 satisfied today .

Amazing. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They take their time with you, theyre helpful and polite. Wish I could give more stars; between the products and staff, its the only place I go for my hair and skin care.

I usually dont do these but yesterday my wife and I visited one of our favorite stores, LUSH at willowbrook mall. It was going well and we were greeted by a woman with glasses, short hair and gauges. All was going well and we kindly asked to look around but before we realized it we were being bombarded with questions left and right. We answered some to be kind but realized we wouldnt be left alone and my wife being her, she felt bad and kept answering. We kindly excused ourselves again and realized we were being followed by her. Sadly it was completely uncomfortable and felt like we werent given the time to breathe at all. We love LUSH and have been shopping for some time, but this certainly didnt feel like the Lush we shopped at.

Worst LUSH location I have ever been to. While good customer service can make any shopping experience enjoyable, the level of attentiveness in this store is overwhelming. The same one or two employees were up my ass, asking every two minutes what I wanted. Each time I politely said I was browsing the new products and didn’t need help. If someone says they don’t need your help, stop harrasing them!!! Give the customer time to think and breath between questions. Stop bombarding the customers. I purposely avoid this LUSH now and go to the one at Garden State because it’s just such an uncomfortable shopping experience.

OMG what a wonderful experience I just had today. Haily I believe her name was. Dark hair and she has a gauge In her ears. Anyway she gave me samples of conditioner and soap that I had really wanted to try bc I couldnt get everything I came in to purchase. She also turned me on to the natural deodorant I had talked to her about. I cant express enough of what a wonderful experience I had.
