My son was given 2 different size shoes

Had a few items I was looking for and price was reasonable.

Decent prices, although some sale prices werent marked and staff member was unaware of sales. Good selection.

Associate Emily was very helpful and efficient and even answered a sports question. I bought 2 pair of basketball shoes for my 1 year old for ankle support. Not a big selection but different shoes from other stores around.

Overpriced and thats saying a lot since Im from NYC overpriced by like 25 30 bucks lower your prices

I walk into the store and was greeted by somebody offering to help. I asked for a 10 1/2 in men’s ultra boosts, ho goes to the back room to grab them. He comes back out with an 11 saying they didn’t have a 10 1/2, so when opening the box I noticed that the laces were dirty and stained yellow, the bottoms were obviously worn, and there were stains on the toe of the shoe and along the sides.

Nice that you can see the quality shoes of an athletic store in person still. Dont know how much longer they will hold on sadly. I go to look, but would never pay the prices most of the time. Still I am glad they exist and hate to see them go. Being competitive with online shopping seems impossible.Support if you can - buy in store.

Very nice selection of toddler shoes. As well as adults. If your looking for top notch shoes! We Were able to find a great deal on a pair of new balance! Staff was polite and helpful. Not to mention Patient with my toddler!

Awesome staff. Great prices. Didnt have what my son wanted (all white Air Force One low-tops), so they ordered them and sent them to the 🏡.

Shelley the general manager that was there today was awesome and on top of everything. The servers were awesome also. Loved my experience.

Terrible customer service. No update for several days. When I checked the order status it said my order was cancelled. This company did not notify me at all. Follow up to customer service at least revealed they didn’t even have the item.

Good sports store not exactly helpful staff. Kind of felt like we inconvenienced their day. Which is strange since they get paid to do a job

They dont carry ultraboosts, dont know women to childrens conversions, and the lady that helped me didnt even know what nmds are. Hibbets are supposed to be a sneaker head shop. They werent exactly helpful either the guy at the counter had a know it all attitude. But the first night I had went in there a week ago the lady seemed like she actually wanted to make a sell.Why are you working at a store if you dont know the first thing about customer service. I was going to easily drop 300 on two new pairs of nmds but why give them my money when I can just order it from adidas myself.

Great customer service and large selection of clothing and shoes.
