The store is fine like any other Walmart. They have issues with online ordering. Some orders have completely missing items and there is no way to notify the store that they forgot to add something. Or no produce available even though when I go to pick up the order I stop inside the store first and buy the things that really are in stock but didnt make it into the order. I cant tell for sure but it really looks like someone whos just lazy is picking orders.

Horrible! I decided to grocery shop her because my family needed to shop for some other items....In the grocery section the shelves were so bare and disorganized! Cardboard boxes....empty....cardboard boxes.... dozens on every isle... ever isle just littered with them,the frozen food section was the same. Empty boxes!The produce was low is stock as were the fresh meats.A display of rotten, molded tomatoes greeted you as you entered the store.I tried calling the store to speak with the manager it rang til the line hung up, I called corporate and after politely telling her the reason for my call I was placed on hold, she said she could help take care of that and placed me on hold... 10 minutes later my call was routed to a mail box of a department for payment query that was closed and the call disconnected....Walmart does not care about the experience only the bottom dollar....keep shopping big box people this is only going to get worse. So very sad!

I don’t usually have a not so great experience shopping here but today my fiancé and I were going to buy a Gateway 11.6 Celerom laptop for my birthday. When the cashier went to ring it up it told him sale prohibited. He checked every Gateway laptop and they all said the same thing. We went to customer service and explained what happened to the cashier there and she said it’s probably because the laptop wasn’t ready to be sold yet. So if that’s the case why was it out on display? And with no notice that it wasn’t ready to be sold. I’m really disappointed about it. Walmart just lost a $150 sale. I know that’s not much compared to what they make everyday but it’s still something.

I definitely get my exercise shopping here. Prices are low but many items & brands are missing from shelves. Its a pain separating the shopping bags at the self checkout. One section is cash only another section is debit/credit card only. The clerks dont help they just watch you as you struggle and pull your back reaching for the those bags. But, the prices are low.

Well I was happy to see customer service open it took several trips do too lack of people to work. There was no melatonin on the self do too all the shipping containers stuck at them ports l didnt even know its came from overseas there was several areas that where bare so lm starting to pray a closer eye on what l have & what l need not hoarding just a back up of things l dont feel l can live without. Overall l found everything but that 1 item then lines moved quickly & no one got in my space so lm happy

Love Walmart, Sure do miss there being open 24 hrs. If I need anything at all I know I can get it there and if they have it they will let you know where to find it until they get it there selves. What in the world would we do without them. Looking forward to 24/7 again. Thanks guys.

Was picking up groceries today for someone. They ordered curbside and I arrived on time, but my order wasn’t ready. No big deal decided to come back as it looked busy. I came back when they were ready still quite busy and waited almost two hours for nothing. Canceled the order and never coming back. Nobody was available when calling to complain so taking out my frustration here..I miss the stores that were closed nearby…

It was clean. Employees were nice, but have been noticing the shelves are starting to look bare in several areas. I suggest looking to shop local.

It is walmart. So out of a lot. Not a lot of staff. Very interesting and sometimes rude customers. I know they cant control the customers so much but its just a very typical walmart.

I live almost two hours away from waynesboro and were passing through, and me and my fiancé got a flat tire on i-81 and didnt know where to go to get a new tire so once we got the spare on we made our way to the tire center here. derek helped us get a new tire and quite literally saved our day. he was super quick, helpful, and professional. we are so thankful for his help and i want everyone to know how much of a positive impact he had on a horrible day for us!

Shelves are empty of product and many frozen products empty. No checkers and not happy with self checking for groceries. Im elderly as many of your customers and need checkers to check us out. 😒

The help there is terrible. I had a hard time opening bags THERE WAS A INDIAN WOMAN AT SELF CHECKOUT BY AUNTIEMAY PRETZEL JUST WATCHED ME STRUGGLE WITH THE BAGS HERE. SHE LITERALLY JUST WALKED UP BESIDE ME AND Watched! IM HAPPY MY MOTHER DIDNT COME THERE.

Generally, the employees at Walmart are super helpful and sweet. However, Wally World only rates three stars because of their super tankers tearing up the Pacific ocean, etc. Shortly, the will of the people to be served first before profits will be a bright day in history.

Service and cleanliness has significantly declined at this store over the past few years. Very disappointing. I guess when you run other local, independent businesses out of business, you dont need to try as hard anymore. Worst part is their check out. Rarely more than a couple open, manned registers. And you have a 75% chance of getting through the self checkout without some glitch and/or an ungodly wait time. With the new minimum wage, it wont be getting any better and prices will most certainly go up.

Store was super busy at the time I was there. Found everything I needed easily. Self checkout had long lines and of course not many registers open for the business at the time, but Ive been to worse.

With 4 kids my orders are big. I was few hours over my appointment time but had no issues getting my order as soon as I pulled in. The young lady was super sweet and careful with all my items. I asked her if she minded me helping and she didnt so I hopped out and we loaded down my car with the 460 dollar order. 5 STARS 😁

Its a good Walmart but Staunton Walmart is a better one it has more varieties and styles better selection

I love the store and I love owning the stock. What I like most about the stock is that it pays the dividend every quarter.

Been using their grocery pick up and Ive been impressed. 95% of the food has been fresh and the quality has been great. However, the amount of plastic bags they use is completely irresponsible. Its so much waste and often time theres only one item per bag. We vote with our dollars and I might be trying other grocery pick up stores in the future that take more pride in caring for our environment.

Went on 29 to do some shopping there wasnt enough check out lanes open the lines went down the aisle for self check out went to other end of store to the other check out and started bagging my merchandise and then I found out I had to go to another lane to pay for items I wanted to buy with cash and the lines were llooonnngg!!! So my husband decided from now on we drive to Zion crossroads to go to Walmart.

So impressed with greeters at door opposite of where the electric carts are as the one seeing me with a cane had me sit on another cart while she went & found me a working cart. So thankful to be able to go shopping for needed items with such compassionate employees who truly care.

Store has became very lax on enforcing face mask policy. I was there yesterday, 2/9/21, around 10:30 a.m. and there wasn’t an associate at the door or even a greeter inside and there were at least 4 customers inside without masks. I am going to have to find another store because risking my life for cheap groceries is not worth it!Also important to note that hand sanitizer dispenser at entrance is almost always empty! Walmart saves a few bucks at customer’s expense.

On Monday December 14th I had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Coach Chad and Front End Team Lead Jessica. I came in to buy a large appliance and what would have potentially been stressful, was a breeze because of the high level of customer service I received from both of you. Also thank you to Alexa who helped me in the photo center. You did all you could to make sure my photos were right, and when you didnt have the answer you found someone who did. Thats awesome service! Like you said, Chad knows everything. He helped me with photos all the way to loading a freezer in my car. Coach Chad, you are one of the most pleasant people to work with! Its folks like you who make a customer like me come back.I appreciate Chad and Jessica, your patience, good humor, and your help. Thank you!

From the entranceway employee that went to the other end of the store to get my disabled wife an electric wheelchair to the manager in electronics who went Above and beyond assisting us in finding a good stand for our 50TV.GREAT STORE, CLEAN, WELL STOCKED & CURTEOUS.

A cashier was more worried about going on break then taking care of the customer that tributes to having a job and a pay check. If u havent noticed computers are replacing american jobs. The store was dirty inside an out. Walmart has declined sense Sam Walton passed.

Trashy. This Walmart store is literally trashy. Theres trash all over the isles. Shelves and displays falling down. Nothing is where it should be, and EVERYTHING is out of stock.

Its definitely tucked away in one of those hard to get to parking lot entrances but it is a nice store I found it to be well-stocked and have very courteous employees. If I lived here in Waynesboro I would definitely go back again and recommend it.

Very busy due to Christmas. Shelves are a mess, shopping carts everywhere. I feel bad for the workers having to try to keep up. Some items weve been looking for seem to have not been restocked in months, though. We check regularly. I ordered a canvas on 12/9. Still waiting as of 12/20. Not very happy about that.

Enjoy my experience ever time. Associates are very helpful everytimeIf I have a question about a location of an item they either walk me to where the item is or they will give a accurate directions.

Employees rushed me and then i waited in self checkout line for 15 minutes, then, while at checkout, i had to wait another 10 more minutes to get some employee to scan that im over 18... i had 3 items!

As far as Wal-Marts go this one is ok. Racks are messy, food aisle are mis-stocked, things in wrong places, not organized... Shopping carts are in the parking lit bins but every single one if them were so full the carts stuck out in the parking area. Overall, ok if need something from Wal-Mart but there may be vetter options here.
