Our drinks were great. There was an employee in a extremely bad mood, slamming things around as she making drinks. It was very annoying.I said something to to a gentleman that was supposed to be manager, he went and talk to her and it did nothing. She stay in her fowl mood, slamming equipment as she making drinks.Very rude as she spoke to her co workers. I wish I could have gotten her name.I have not been back in since this happened and it will probably be a long while. Management really did nothing. Customers and Co workers had to contend with her actions and that should not be.So that why I am rating it low

The manager of the Starbucks in the Ingles on Russ Avenue is AWESOME! I think her name is Cindy but Im not sure. She is always pleasant and keeps her cool even when the place is packed and the pressure is on. She keeps her team well organized and in good spirits.

The two girls there were very non personable and rude. Their sugar and cream were out and it was not busy. They hardly said hello or welcomed me. And they acted annoyed with my order even though it was as simple as an esspreso over ice.

The staff is always nice and friendly. Baristas are quick and pleasant. I just wish the cream was filled more often and the displays weren’t so jammed together.

Could do better. Good service but coffee tasted alittle old in the pot. Likewise might need to pack espresso a little tighter for better pull.

This is a Starbucks in an Ingles grocery store and was the first Starbucks in the area. They always make the drinks better than any other Starbucks I have visited in the Waynesville-Asheville area and the employees are always friendly. I love the convenience of getting coffee while I shop for groceries and there is also ample seating including both tables and comfy chairs in the Ingles food court area.A plus is being able to get a meal in the nearby Ingles food court along with my favorite espresso drink. The only thing is that it would be nice if Ingles would get more reliable Wi-Fi as it doesnt always work properly, but this is not something the Starbucks has control over unfortunately so I wont factor it into my rating.

Deliciously outstanding pumpkin spice latte and maple pecan cupcake all warmed. Delish! Go for it!

If I could give no stars I would..The unfriendly hateful young girl working the register tonight needs to find a new occupation because customer service is not for her. I have been to this location multiple times and never a problem unless this girl is working. Even the customers in front of us were commenting on her behavior.. I tried giving her a chance and figured it was a bad day but she continued to act like we were a issue and a waste of her time we ordered 3 cake pops and we’re treated like we didn’t order them and were just trying to pull one over on them so I just said screw it and we left I will never give this Starbucks anymore money until her attitude is fixed or she is gone!!

I give Starbucks a 5 star for their drinks, but the staff could be a little more friendlier

The Starbucks in the Ingles store in Wanesville had a waitress that wasnt very friendly that day, kinda cranky. The young man who made my order was friendly.

My favorite is Cafe Americano. Thats express and water. Best flavor in the place.

Normal Starbucks experience except wifi is normally not connected - i.e., not just slow. I have been there dozens of times but only had a connection a couple of times. The other Ingles/Starbucks location in town is a better choice if you need to connect.

My oldest grandson & I had coffee while shopping. The service & coffee was made exactly as requested.( Hard to get these days ) Coffee w a s fresh Hot & mixed well, with 3 attendants service was quick .ILL be back Raymond Wilkie

I absolutely detest someone fixing food or drinks and handling a cell phone at the same time. Cell phones are dirty and germy. They are carried in a pocket or purse and handled constantly in all kinds of environments. The one environments where they should not ever be handled is during food service. I blame poor management on the problem.

The promise of a free cup was not as promised.

Everything is amazing here, down to my drink being right every time. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is. The extra shots of syrups being 60 cents or so extra.The corporate stores dont even do this. I was told its bc it is a Ingles store.Well I am already getting a coffee that is $5.30 after tax. A Venti is approximately a cup an a half of coffee an milk without the ice. So why charge anything extra!!

This one is inside Ingles. I typically stop one a week to pick up for my staff. Usually fast and friendly. Parking cam be tricky and the entrance and exit can be cumbersome. They dont take tips.

Can I take your order the lady says as she walks away from the register.grande quad iced Americano with room I shout so she can hear me above the noise while shes walking away. 30 seconds later she returns to the register and rings up an Americano without 4 shots. did you want room? she asks.Me:yesI wanted 4 shots I say.what?I asked for a quad I said.She then adds 2 shots to the cost.I asked for 1extra shot I say.you wanted 4 shots she saysgrande Americano comes with 3 shots I say.oh, Ill take off a shot. .. 5 minutes later she cant figure out how to remove a shot. The barista starts shouting my name. Im still at the register trying to pay. He shouts my name again. right here I shout back.He gets a puzzled look on his face and comes over to help and hands me my drink, quad Americano, iced, no room.At least I got a drink, and it was good.
