Ingles has a GREAT selection and I know that I can always find what Im looking for. The produce and meats are always fresh. To be honest, I wouldnt buy our meats anywhere else. The food at the deli is always good and the prices are very fair. You can tell that they appreciate their customers!!

The one in Waynesville, NC is the finest I have ever been it. Unreal selections. Fresh food and soup smorgasbord. And very helpful worker.

This place is always super clean and has great food. We especially go there for my husbands Lebanon Bologna since we are from Pennsylvania. I also love the olive bar there and the delicious salads they make at the deli plus they are all super friendly all the time and I love the sandwiches they make always a pleasure going there

Good selection of groceries at a decent price! We were able to get everything we needed for a long weekend in the area.BUT: Avoid the Asian hot bar food. We went around 5:30 pm, and everything was somehow already way overcooked and soggy. We couldnt finish it, and for the price wed have been better off going to a real takeout restaurant.

Just there for a simple sub, was good and the staff was very nice and polite.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Always out of products I can readily buy at Walmart and Publix. Now, cash back removed from ALL self checkouts and no ATM. When I asked the manager why the cash back was removed, he said it was to save on labor. Zero concern for customers. They have gone down in quality, dependability, and service. And now, arrogance is the daily special.

I always love to shop at Ingles. The fresh meat department always has the best meat in town. The fresh produce department is always well stocked with a wide variety of regular and organic choices.Its convenient to be able to put in for my prescriptions to be filled while I do my grocery shopping. My prescriptions are always ready for pick up when Im finished my shopping. But if you dont need to go in, you can always use the drive thru.Give Ingles a try. Im sure you will love it too.

Great selection of different foods. Market was very clean. No baby changing covers in the restroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Got a discount card to save on purchases.

Curbside staff is absolutely lovely and hard working. The Ingles curbside system is clunky and terrible. Why arent customers current points total available in their account info? Why is it so difficult to fix problems? Why does the website work so terribly?

We frequent Ingles for many reasons, excellent variety of selection, reasonable prices and they carry things that the others never think of. We also value the points system that gives us a discount on fuel for our vehicles. The stores are clean, shelves are stocked well with an excellent variety of products. The staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous.

Although my overall preference for grocery shopping is Ingles, both Walmart and Publix have easier online shopping than the Ingles stores do. For someone who is very concerned about the risks of Covid exposure, trying to minimize that risk is more difficult with Ingles. I acknowledge I have limited technological skills, but the “lookup” for Ingles can be nearly impossible. For example, I requested the lookup for “chicken thighs.” The response was from you was “did you mean highs” when I deleted my lookup request and entered it exactly again. This time the Ingles response was “did you mean chicken thighs?” I scrolled down looking for a list of chicken thigh options, but none were there. I finally was able to select “ chicken thighs.” I only had 8 items on my list of needs, and every selection proceeded as the Chicken thigh debacle. After the 3rd item, I gave up. I’ll brave crowds in Walmart and Publix or order online from them before I go through the agony of trying to order online with Ingles.This has been my experience the two other times that I have used Ingles online curbside grocery ordering. Both times, I thought that perhaps it will get better. It hasn’t!!!You’ve lost a 25 year customer.

Still the best overall grocery store in Waynesville with 2 locations and despite Publix opening right across the street. More complete beef selection and attractively showcased. Only store in town with Prime grade beef plus varying cuts of veal and lamb. Seafoods also showcased and counters always well staffed.Starbucks location in house near deli and meals from the deli can be consumed outdoors and indoors in dedicated spaces for folks who want to eat on site...a convenience that no Publix can match. Comparable prices to Walmart but a much nicer overall shopping experience.Deli and produce, always the profit driven areas in stores, is reasonably priced and often much less expensive than Publix. One final distinction is Ingles foreign foods aisle which contains a robust selection of Asian, Greek/Mediterranean, Latin American and Kosher foods.Still the overall best !

Very crowded, high prices, pharmacy is short staffed. They do have great variety, some unusual ingredients that are hard to find locally, Boars Head Meat at Deli. 👍

Very clean and organized. As of late I havent seen carts being cleaned so make sure you wipe them down before using one. They do provide wipes. All staff wearing masks, not over crowded. Definitely the best and safest place for groceries on this side of town.

Good, high quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Store is clean and well organized. Didnt find chocolate cheese this time. Hoping theyre just out of it and havent clearanced it out

The rolls that they have for the subs were awesome. Soft and smelled liked they just come out of the oven .

If youre impaired in any way then you better not expect good service. Door where only handicapped spots its for exit only. Sign on door is small enough you dont notice it until youre parked and walking to it. If you try talking to management dont expect any show of respect or manners. The one I tried talking to couldnt be bothered to stop cleaning a sign long enough to show any care. Only could blame corporate and turn his back on me. Believe Ill be going elsewhere now. Can get many items cheeper elsewhere or more local.

I was deeply disappointed today when I arrived at the Brown Ave location to shop and was told by the young man at the front door that there were 33 shoppers inside without masks. He said they are encouraged at the door to take a free masks but obviously many won’t. A manager happened to come by from collecting carts, I asked him why there are 33 people without masks in his store ? He disagreed with the number the boy quoted. Basically threw him under the bus. He had no real response. I left and went to Publix where I asked the 2 people cleaning carts what their policy was if someone refuses to wear a mask in store, they said they are to call a manager before letting them in. Once asked people are complying at Publix. I went in I did not see a single unmasked shopper or employee. Looks the management is the difference between these two stores.

I eat lunch in this Ingles about 30 days a month. Great selection of food and I dont have to wait for a waitress to serve me. The salad bar is great. The only thing that is very inconsistent is the Spring Mix. Some days its great and some days its terrible. The subs (hoagies) are the Best In the World! This included fresh organic kale, spinach, carrots, and fruits. I was also pleased to observe that several of these items were also available in bulk. In supplying the public with healthy food options, this store contributes substantially to the overall health and well being of the surrounding community.[+1] Cleanliness:It was both impressed and relieved to notice that this store was impressively clean, beyond my initial expectations. The air felt breathable and was not tainted by the smell of mildew from the air systems. Additionally, the cafe showed now signs of mold, corrosion, or expired food residue. I love going to ingles Ive spent alot of money at Ingles but they have young people at register that are VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL RUDE and it make your trip there and you feel AWFUL because youve spent alot of money and get treated like that !!!! Shame on you!!!!!
