She explained everything in detail about the testing procedures and the results.Because the world of hearing aids was new to me, Ashley made recommendations and explained how 2 options could fit my hearing and lifestyle needs. Ashley was spot on with her recommendation and I have been so happy with the results. I enjoy using the technology of my smart phone to control the array of options my hearing aids have for me. They areeven rechargeable. No batteries to deal with!Ashley seeks to provide the absolute best experience for her client. The follow up visits, after receiving my hearing aids, have been invaluable. Angela has been super to work with, being very patient, and explaining everything extremely well. She and her office staff were very courteous and helpful in helping me know just what to do to maximize the use of my new hearing aids as well as minimizing the cost to me. Ive been using hearing aids for quite a while already but the new features of my new ones with no batteries and bluetooth capabilities are really great and a very exciting upgrade. I am also very happy that Miracle Ear has an office here in Waynesville where I live. Thanks Miracle Ear!
