I love Rent World!! The staff such as Mike, Nikki and Allen are such great peopl who treat you like a family atmosphere. I’ve rented an paid for several things. I love the quality in there products. I’d say go to Rent World you won’t be let down!

Justin and the staff have always been respectful and always willing to work with you. Over the years I have purchased several items. At one time I went through a rough time in my life and Justin worked with me so I wouldnt loose my furniture. Great people and great place to shop!

They have been amazing to my family. Anytime I have a problem they are very prompt to help and if I need them to work with me they do everything they can. So friendly and easy going and we love our furniture.

I would not go purchase something from this store again if it was the last thing I had to do. Once you get close to purchasing your product they refuse to properly fix your product. I bought a bed from them and the platform in which it sits on broke 2 payments before payoff, and they refused to get another platform but instead they did a duct tape job on the bed. Justin the manager is very rude when dealing with customers outside of the storefront selling aspect of the store. Nothing seems to get done in a timely fashion and when it does get done it is half way nothing is ever complete. This is my second and last product that I will purchase from the store, unfortunately since I do like the payment options and their items are cheap but they are also cheap in quality with poor customer service.

They came to my home in snow after they were told the road had 7ins of snow and ice Ran over my water meter and broke the top Tore my yard up and left note say SorryThey have promised to come fix everything but now they wont do as promised after they begged me not to press chargesLiers
