Awesome customer service! Being a female sometimes it can be a pain to walk into a dealership especially coming from a sales background myself. But, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Trevor Crisp one of the sales associates. I already knew I wanted the 2021 Benelli TNT 135, and he made the process so easy and hassle free. Everyone there was extremely accommodating and for someone like me it spoke volumes about this dealership and their staff. I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases. Today I picked up my 2022 KLR 650. These bikes are literally HOT off the press and inventory is hard to come by but..... that being said this dealership treated me like they wanted my business. Not like they have something I want and I need to stand in line. Customer service and honesty were top notch. Easy to work with. We have course had to wait for the product because of shortages but they kept me advised accordingly and when My unit arrived they delivered it accordingly and the transaction was simple efficient and less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.
Picked out the bike I wanted online and got the paperwork rolling. When I picked it up the signing process was quick and easy. Staff was great and laid back, no pressure. I would buy a bike from them again.
Price tag is definitely a little higher. The guys are friendly and the guy setting up my bike knew what he was talking about. My little ssr 125 kicks right over. Too much fun.
Took my 2009 Suzuki Boulevard C50T to this Suzuki dealer in Waynesville NC, after being told by a local mechanic that it was burning oil and I should get rid of the bike. Service Manager Michael had technical staff run compression and leak-down tests on each cylinder and road tested the bike, and determined that it is not an oil problem, but a fuel issue. While its normal to burn a little oil (and it was a little), the main problem was fuel tuning. The plugs were black and completely fouled. Plugs replaced and Ring Free added to a tank of fuel to make sure there was no sludge on the rings and valves. Runs great now. I cant overstate courtesy of staff, especially Service Manager Michael. Very knowledgeable and patient to explain rationale and whole process they put the bike through, which I very much appreciate because I am not mechanically/technically savvy. Worth the drive for peace of mind. And I can keep my bike!

Really friendly crew, so far I’ve been really happy with my choice. Thanks for helping me out guys and the good communication with me forgetting my drivers license twice. Haha. Dustin the service manager took my Hayabusa in on an emergency, as I was on a road trip 1000 miles from home. They made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the repair process, were very open and honest about the pricing and situation, and helped get my bike back on the road. Their sales floor has a great selection and their techs are top notch. Glad I wrecked near this place.

We called this morning and put a card hold on a dirt bike for our six year old son. Once we arrived and started the process we received nothing but excellent service! Visited waynesville cycle center because we are looking to buy a side by side. The staff was friendly and informative. They were able to answer all the questions i had as well as suggested which model would be good for us.
Unless you plan to walk in with cash in hand to buy something dont bother. Staff doesnt want to help very rude. They dont like to give information about their own products. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. A 40 min drive to Asheville to mrcycles was way better they told me everything I needed to know very open about anything they had an if they didnt know they found someone in the store who did.

I could not have been more pleased with my overall experience. The people were the best part....down to earth, genuinely good people. The business end was just as pleasing. No games, no gimmicks. The staff kept me in the loop at all times, and always did what they said they would. (I.E.... call, provide agreed services and so on.). I will be using Waynesville cycle as my first stop for all things power sports related, to include service, parts, and additional vehicles from this point forward. I will also be recommending them as a first stop to anyone who will listen. It is difficult in this day and age to have a purely good experience at a dealership anymore, and I am thankful for this one.
I bought a used 2019 bike from them. It had 1000 miles. I was assured it had been serviced by their tech. I drove 250 miles to get the bike. It was loaded in the back of my truck and brought home. Once home, and unloaded, the bike would not start. So I took it to my local dealer who charged $315.00 to correct the problem. I asked Waynesville Cycle Center to split the cost or the repair with me... They refused. I understand that typically a used vehicle is sold as is... but imagine buying a car from ANY dealer today and when it is delivered it wont start, and the dealer says, Too bad... Youre on your own. This is Waynesville Cycle Center. I wont be buying anything there ever again and I hope you wont either.
Always get parts for my grandsons Honda Rukus pretty quick.

I bought a gas tank and front cowlings for my Suzuki V Strom 650. In addition to changing my mind on what I wanted, I also managed to order the wrong parts.I called and spoke to customer service and they were very patient and courteous with me. I really messed things up because I didn’t understand the parts codes. They helped me identify and order the correct parts.Buying parts online can sometimes be very painful, but the folks at Carolina Cycle made me feel appreciated and like we were friends for years.I will definitely be going to Carolina Cycle all my future parts purchases!

Didnt have the bike they had advertised on there website. I repeatedly asked questions on what the weight of several different bikes was. They sales representative said I am not sure. So if you want to look up everything on your own and go to a place the does not have the inventory they claim to have. By all means you will give them a 5 star rating. We live in a service driven society today where retailers can even define service. I myself will some where else to spend my money!!!!!

The service staff and part-counter man were helpful and pleasant throughout my time at this dealership. My experience was 100% positive and I recommend WCC highly.

I have bought 3 motorcycles here in the past two months. Cool staff easy to deal with. One of the sales staff “Trevor” even came in on his day off to work a deal for me. Just because I texted his cell phone before they opened one morning to ask if they had a certain kind of bike on the floor. Just so happened to be his day off but he still came in to make sure I was taken care of.....The first bike I bought here was a 2018 Honda CB1000R. It had a scratched panel. Very small scratch hard to notice “The panel was $250 from Honda” they ordered a new panel for me right away. That’s good customer service in my book....I will have to leave a review later regarding the service department. Nothing bad to say I Just haven’t had the bikes long enough to have needed any service work yet. Just from talking to them though they seem very helpful and knowledgeable. One service guy came outside and gave me the full walk-through on the bikes features and how everything worked on each one specifically. I believe his name was Jesse.If you’re looking for a new bike definitely try here first. I live 1 1/2 hours away in Tennessee. No other dealer around could match the out the door prices I got here.... hence the reason I bought 3 bikes.
The salesman trevor made it easy to purchase. I picked the Honda 700 deluxe while i was in Florida. Trevor made it a pleasure experience. He had it stored for me for 3 weeks until i came up to get it.He arranged it to be delivered to my cabin in the mountains. Five stars in my opinion.
