The whole crew at this Rent-A-Center has been awesome from day 1. They will work with you in anyway possible and go the extra mile to make Thier customers happy !

Absolutely horrible place to buy furniture. they don’t do credit check and tell you they want to help you and work with you but call you 15 times a day and leave 15 voice mails instead of waiting and giving the person time to make the payment. then today i’m home alone and my dogs go crazy so i go to the door (there was no ring or knock) i look out to see a man messing with my door knob. i freak out and it was one of them putting a sign to remind me to pay i owed $140 and that’s what they wanted their $140. would’ve considered buying all my appliances from them but noooooo thank you. and couch fell apart with in months. don’t get furniture from here they’re desperate.

I wouldnt even give them one star, Ive been told a different story each time Ive called, when I order my washer and dryer last week. Ive sat and waited on them 3 days, put my other plans on hold to find out they are not coming.Then question on my two phone numbers,Wow...Good job rent center

Never been a renter from this place but the sleaze ball that calls to collect from other people is giving out personal information to strangers which he legally can’t give out. They’ll stalk social media profiles and contact people who have no connection with who they’re actually looking for. Beware of this place.

The Store Manager Dawn and her team are the BEST!! They are courteous and always works with us. We have been a customer and always will be.

If I could give them 0 i so would. Would not work with us even after explaining that it would be easier on us if we did monthly payments. They kept asking for money every week. They would not stop harassing my fiance and I. Never ever again will I give my money to them. Oh and every time i did make a payment, they still wouldnt take it off how much I owed for the product. The number was going up not down like it should. Bad place and the empolyess are rude as can be.

I will never rent from them, the main manager is so rude dont waste your time.

This store runs the way it should and, has always been an outstanding pillar in the community.The bad reviews are in my opinion are a indication that our society doesn’t stress to youth the importance of taking care of financial and life needs. When you live beyond your means that is when most people find themselves in a bind that is why people who get angry because they can’t make a rental bill on time resort to backdoor slamming of companies and it’s affiliates. If self control and motivation, as well as foresight was used they wouldn’t need to use and abuse companies as they do. When beer and cigarettes, and narcotics are more important than bills that’s the real problem. To sum everything into a easily accessible way for some to understand if you don’t know how to pay your bills that’s your fault and not a companies that supplies you with a loan on a item. Do you complain when a vehicle is repoed by a bank when you don’t make a payment? No. That is the most simple answer. Just like keeping a contracted obligation and YOU don’t meet those obligations. So quit blaming everyone else for the faults of the person in the mirror looking back at you.

The service was horrible here. I would never go back there. They need to learn how to give people respect and comunicate with each other. Everyone who works there tells you something different.

Walk in and immediately get hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. Furniture looks all run down, definitely not like they use to be!

Amy is an absolute nightmare and I highly recommend that you never think this place is a convenient way to get a couch.Bad behavior and completely unprofessional go anywhere but here

Great customer service

Stay as far as possible from this store. They make a game of harassing people for payment before ever being late. They arent above breaking the law trespassing on private property, crawling through locked gates. Apparently this is standard procedure for all Rent-A-Center stores. Between the poor handling of customer relations & over priced cheap made junk, they are not anywhere near worth messing with. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Ill sit on lawn furniture before ever buying from them again.

If there was a way I could give no stars I would I absolutely hate this store and it is all because of the store manager Amy she is rude and unprofessional she called me on my nephews funeral at 9pm on Her personal cell phone to ask me why my account was 1day past due I have bought so much from rent a center but I would never step foot in this store again
