Went to Home Deport to purchase a refrigerator for our new home. We already knew which one we wanted, so we basically went in to throw money there way. We sat around in the appliance department looking at an LG and a GE while waiting. We had been there 15 - 20 minutes and a lady finally came around asking if we needed help, we informed her we wanted to purchase a refrigerator. That lady told us she would get us some help..we waited and waited and waited, 15 additional minutes went by and no one showed up. An older couple passed by us and overheard us talking about leaving and shopping at Lowes, they were also looking for help but could not get any. Shortly afterwards we decided to leave and go to Lowes...the rest of the story will be posted on a review for them, but just so you dont have to go read it over there, the rest of the story is we purchased the same refrigerator from Amazon and saved about $400, our total ended up just over $3,800 with a 5 year extended warranty!!! Thanks to the bad service at Home Depot we saved money!

Customer service at this location is lackluster. Walked by several groups of employees today talking with each other and didnt even acknowledge me. When I asked an employee where an item that I was looking for was he sent me to the wrong spot, and when I asked a differnt employee he told me that he was new and that I needed to ask someone else. This isnt the first experience like this I have had at this location.I typically choose Homedepot over their competition, as I prefer the assortment they carry and the layout of the store, but I will deselect their Weatherford location moving forward, fortunately their competitor is right down the street.

I have to rave about Cameron. i believe thats what she said her name was i cant lift so i had to do curbside pick up and unfortunately it was raining by the time she came out. they were short staffed and i totally understand the struggle. Thank you for being so sweet!!

Visited the Weatherford store to get 25 gallons of paint, the lady who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful.Paint was mixed fast and a color sample was put on each can of paint.Would highly recommend this store.

No help employee talking on cell phone .. Employee standing in merchandise walk way in groups of three or four talking about whose boyfriends doing who are how drunk they got last night.. when I asked for help was told someone would be with me in a moment no one showed up. Left the store without buying anything and went to Gibsons

Extremely disappointed. Purchased 3,360 pounds of concrete, a full pallet. We had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to arrive with a fork lift. The person who arrived with the fork lift couldn’t drive it properly. He couldn’t put the pallet where it was needed in the trailer for weight allocation. He dropped the pallet from a height of about 6 inches. This possibly bent the axle on our trailer. We had to move a third of the bags of concrete by hand. The two Home Depot employees stood there smiling and didn’t even offer to help.

Great place for contractor grade tools, most employees are more than willing to help, in and out can be done in a timely manner.

Home depo Weatherford has a awesome employee LUCIA RAMERIZ took time at the pro desk with us and rang our huge order up AND showed us how to same hundreds on big purchases. She is fast and quick on everything! She is a Really helpful employee!

Most of the order wasnt there and wont be until sometime in August. They refused to cancel the order so I could buy something else or give me a refund until it comes in and cant give me a date when that will be. Coming on a boat from China. Keeping my $100.00

I love this store. I struggle to find things and wish they had more female employees out on the floor helping the female customers. Men just dont get me when Im trying to redecorate or get an opinion on something. The guys try though and I appreciate the employees there. Im a happy satisfied customer with every experience at this location.

They went beyond and above to accommodate my spending limit, quality of Carpet pick and What a deal I got. Free installation and discard of my old carpets in the house. Definitely will be back for more projects.

Placed order with Pro desk on Wednesday at 2 pm. With a pickup time of 8 am on Thursday. Assured it wouldn’t be a problem. Get there at 8. It’s not even pulled. It’s a 3200$ order. Crew in the job site waiting fir materials. No call to advise it wouldn’t be ready. Not sure why they call it the pro desk. Big fail on Home Depot’s part. And they don’t act like they care. That’s what aggravates me the most.

I went in to this store to buy a bunch of items that i had in my online cart at the home depot website, i was in town and figured i may as well buy the stuff in the store and have it all shipped to my house. after wasting about 30 minutes of my time with an employee that really seemed to care less trying to place this order, they told me i couldnt pay in cash since one of the items wasnt in stock in the store. If this is how you do business, theres no point in me EVER coming into this store at all. I will skip the aggravation and just order my items online. I guess the store manager doesnt care much about the stores profits...oh well

When I got there I was loss on what battery and charger to buy for my weed trimmer and a very helpful assistance that work there help me her name was Donna and she works at the Weatherford, TX store. They need more people like that.

I went a little late on a Tuesday to get some much needed items to bring a pitiful yard back to life. Everything was available, although navigating through the pallets of new stock was a challenge. All in all, it was a good trip. Employees in lawn and garden were helpful and I got in and out quickly. I knocked off a star due to lack of access due to pallets in the isles.

The young lady with the strawberry blond hair ( my bad for not catching her name) in the paint department is a pro like no other. Helpfull, knowledgeable, and proficient at everything she helped me with tonight.Whatever your paying her its not enough.I never fill these things out ever, but shes five star, and whoevers running the show up there, you should know that she is A1.Thank you for your help tonight young lady.

I bought a refrigerator here over a week ago to be delivered today, she said they would come between 10 and 11 am, around, so I tried to contact the people in appliances and that was a real pleasure, after I finally got through this Terry told me it is scheduled for 3 to 6, I wanted to send a message to the drivers about the road condition and he had already hung up, I tried numerous times to talk to him and he hung up on me I heard him on the phone say, I dont have time to talk to her, Im busy, I finally got a lady in the nursery of all places to give me a manager to complain about Terrys rudeness and I told her I only wanted someone to tell the driver about the road conditions and that he would have to back all the way out, we are rural and ground is very soft and road is washed in many places and he needed to bring a small truck or get stuck. Dont buy from Terry. He is a jerk!

We purchased a riding mower on a Wednesday and the service was decent. We went back on Friday to pick it up and spent over an hour trying to get someone to move mowers in order to get ours out. The first guy basically said he wasnt going to help and took off. Then service desk found a second kid to come move mowers. First off the mower was out of gas and my husband was told he would have to go buy a gas can, go get gas and come back. Luckily we had a gas can in the truck. After paying over $2k they wanted us to go buy gas in order to pick it up. Then it took this kid an hour to move a couple of mowers because he wasnt the brightest crayon in the box. No manager was ever found to help. This was absolutely unprofessional, uncalled for and we will never again purchase from this Home Depot.

Went to Home depot got a great deal for much lower the lowes $ & that was over 4 yrs ago, AMANA! machine, is just like new! & service! delivery & excelant set up! I paid for an appliance that Home Depot appliance specialist said would be available. After 45 days, I am still waiting for the dish washer. I realize about covid issues, etc, but they made me think the dishwasher was available at the time. Someone in the appliance dept dropped the ball.🤔ADDED NOTE after DELIVERY yesterday: Very pleased with installation and the new dish washer!

Experience at home depot? Poor, as usual. I only really go here if I absolutely cant find the item somewhere else. Home depot aint what it used to be. Plus more recently, their nonsensical kovind restrictions made my impression even worse. I definitely dont have confidence now that anything will ever get better. A pandemic started so what does home depot do? Close down all the entrances and exits and force funnel everyone through one place so we can all get the Rona better.

Went to the Home Depot in Weatherford Texas tried to buy some tools ask 3 different people for help still got none ask for a manager and that didn’t happen either than called for one guys name was Nathan that picked up said he was a manager not sure if he was, he wasn’t concerned at all either I’ll never step foot in that place again for sure this is why big retails will never last they have 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE if your going to lock your tools up then make sure if someone needs one they can get some help ! If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Buyer beware! Ordered an LG refrigerator Sept 2020, waited for delivery finally Dec. Scratched door handle while their contracted delivery dropped it off. Home Depot had us go thru delivery company to get replacement handle. While waiting for new handle ice maker stops then freezer stops working. Another call to Home Depot and again referred to LG for service. Waiting to find they wouldnt come work ice maker until handle issues so they only had 1 trip. Meantime discover freezer stops working and food starts to defrost. Another call to add to ticket. This all takes place in January! Another call to Home Depot and manager wouldnt even get on phone. Finally told by guy on phone that manager says we can bring it back but I dont have that ability so Im stuck. Service company finally shows up in Feb, changes handle, ice maker and control panel and leave. Hours later to discover still no ice, freezer light, and water dont work! Another call, to service since Home Depot assumes no liability and they cant come out until next day. Ive spent hundreds of dollars on dry ice to keep the food I have in a cooler and a $3,500 machine humming in my kitchen doing a poor job of imitating a refrigerator. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT! I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

There were large items on huge carts in the isles of the doors. So I could Not see the items I needed. No one cared to assist.. so I will have to make ANOTHER TRIP TO WEATHERFORD. but I will not be going back to home dep.

I ordered a brand new lawn mower online it was supposed to be delivered 6-6-20. They did not call to reschedule they just canceled the delivery and moved it to a completely different day. After going to the store on the delivery date we found out all the information of it being rescheduled for delivery. So 3 days later when the lawn mower had been delivered. They delivered a used lawn mower. So in my eyes and the way I feel they were trying to rip me off deliberately. And the kicker is it was damaged before it was even delivered. Anyone with half a brain would have noticed that.

I have always received excellent customer service at this store. They have everything you could ask for from the smallest of home improvement projects to a complete home makeover. You can have key copies made by a helpful employee or you can do it yourself at the diy kiosk. The employees are always ready to help and knowledgeable. I go to Home depot for any and everything I need for my house.

Friendliest Home Depot I have been to in a while. From the time I entered the store to when I finally found all the items I was looking for I was asked 3 times if I needed help finding anything and two out of the three times I did.

I can rely on their customer service. Cash or card self check out. Employees gave fork lifts to load my heavy loads

Odered a part online on feb 19 says it will be here beteewn feb 26- mar 3rd. I look at status of order on the 25th then says it will be delivered on the mar the 2nd. Then i check again on the mar the 1st well now it says backordered and dont knw when its gonna get shipped. Call customer service and they dont know and cant help me. Such a waste and now im still out of hot water. Home depot doesnt help people they just make them waste their money and time. This isnt the first time they have done this to me or other but it is the last time.

Bought a freezer that didnt last even TWO months. Too it back and took an hour to get a refund while being made to feel like a criminal. Ill shop at Lowes from now on.

The Depot was a busy place today, the Saturday before Christmas. Face coverings are required. Great selection of products as expected.

Home Depot has kind and knowledgeable employees. I was looking for a freezer and no one has freezers due to the corona virus. I asked them to look up a freezer to see when they would get one in and they searched and searched for it. Come to find out when I left the store, I realized that freezer was on their competitions websites but they never stopped trying to locate it for me. Gotta love um!

My order took exactly 30 days to be delivered from the time I made the order to the delivery at the store. The wood i ordered is split. I hope that I can salvage enough wood for my project. The order was to arrive between 7 and 10 days. I didnt receive all of my order. One board was not on the manifest. Not happy at all.

Home depot always has what i need, im in and out fast and the workers are always super helpful and very polite.
