Awesome guys. Was able to get me in last minute and I was able to finish my run. Thats customer service, when your short a man and already slammed with work but able to prioritize and still find the time to help. I definitely recommend these guys.

I had filled my 1 ton up with diesel for 85.47 up at fuel island at a Loves in Erick Oklahoma. Big Red(my truck) had to be towed in by a semi at 11 pm, the tow truck driver recommended them. I slept in my 44 foot toy hauler in their front lot until they opened. I slept late and no one knocked on my door to wake me up. So when I strolled into their office explaining what my truck was doing I am a hour and 1/2 from home. My husband is in the ICU intubated with Covid, and I am a ICU COVID RN coming back on after cutting my assignment short in a lake Havasu city so I can take care of the farm and make medical needed decisions if it came to that. I was extremely emotional, scared to death, texting drs and friends who worked on the unit working on my husband. Come to find out I blew out all 6 injectors due to mixed fuel in my truck. I was bawling in my camper thinking my husband is gonna die, I can’t see him because it is Covid and there are no visitors. The owner personally stated he would tow me home, but it wouldn’t have mattered because I wouldn’t be able to see my husband and I had no one to bring me back to pick up my truck so I decided to stay there and just talk to drs and the nurses through my phone.The parts guy filled up my generator tank so I could have heat, btw I had two baby Great Danes with me too. Then they gave me the total, which if any of you drive a diesel you know nothing is cheap on them. But suprising enough it wasn’t bad, not pretty but it could have been a hell of a lot worse.The owners wife came about noon and asked if I needed anything but I had my camper so I was well fed. But these guys me out of there by 6pm and took a personal check from me.As a woman traveling accross the United States believe me there are some bad people out there. But these guys took very good care of me.. I can not thank them all enough ever!! I got Big Red and my camper on the road and got home by 10 pm.. thank y’all from the bottom of my heart.. I owe them sooooo much

These guys are fantastic, I took my truck 6.7 powerstroke in because another shop was saying I had bad injectors and was quoting 4,500 to repair, decided to take it over to patriot because allot of people and companies I know use them, they had my truck not even a full day and called me with good news that they ran multiple diagnistics on the truck and each injector and said i got some bad diesel and that they ran some treatment through the fuel system and my truck is 100 percent good to go, these guys are honest individuals who prefer repeat business over screwing you out of parts you dont need, they are the only diesel shop I will trust to work on my truck!! 10 STARS if I could!

Was down on the roadside I was told they do some roadside repair. but they had another job to go to. and they were short handed that theyd call me back. instead of saying right then we cant do the job. they waited to call back to say that. it was a complete waste of my time.when I could have easily made other calls right away.this shop will never get a drop of business from me.so if youre in a jam and these guys are short handed.dont count on them to save the day.you will be left stuck out if you dont have a plan.
