I love this Place! Sadly they are Sold out of so much though!

They should really hire people with actual knowledge of hair and hair products. I had an employee advise me to use the completely wrong product and then proceeded to recommend something that was for something else entirely. On a separate occasion, I asked about hair masks and the girl didnt know which one to suggest for bleached hair. This job requires basic knowledge and they cant even get that right. Major fail. Giving it 2 stars (instead of 1) just for the convenience of having a Sallys close to me. But please get employees who know about hair....kind of important at a place like this.

Normally I would give them 5 stars but since they are forcing mask although it is not a law I have chosen to not give them my business u till they decide to let customers choose to wear a mask or not

Tried to use gift card with $40 left on it. When the machine didn’t take it the cashier offered no help and no solution. I know for a fact the card works because I used it less than a month ago.Really valuable “customer service”

Walking into this Sallys I was immediately applauded at the young girls attitude when asking for help finding the product I was looking for.. she snarled and gave me a dirty look when she headed in the direction of the isle it was located in. When recieving such distasteful attitude I always ask for the employees name she refused to give me her name.. but the other employee slipped and said Herrera . I will absolutely never go back to this store again.

The assistant manager here decided that it was okay to tell me that it was okay to put bleach on myhair for 40 minutes and wash out with DAWN DISH SOAP and then to reapply the bleach AGAIN for another 40 minutes. I was ignorant enough to listen thinking she knew what she was talking about but now my hair is fried and there is NO WAY to make it healthy again without cutting my hair all off...ive already cut about 8 to 10 inches off....this is ridiculous I would be cautious of what they tell you to do and make sure you get another opinion before you decide to do it.

If you have hours until 6pm why were the doors locked at 5:26pm? If you dont plan to stay open during your set buisness hours, why have the hours at all. Just make it an annoying guessing game, thatll bring in the customers.

I will never go back there the service is very bad the employees are only talking about the customers.in my stay there I only heard comments about me employees have no education were passed in front of me as if no one was in front of them

Wish that the store was bigger
