They have always been kind and helpful, very friendly.
I am completely exhausted with working with the pharmacist at this Walgreens. I live in Cordell and am not in the best of health. Also, I work very hard to try to schedule everything I need to do in Weatherford into one trip. I have tried to work within the guidelines of what the pharmacist says is required for my medication and keep trying to adjust the way I do thing but she continues to come up with new rules that have never been required of me from my regular pharmacy. Her changes always require an extra trip to Weatherford just to pick up that prescription. I don’t know if it’s because I am using the Good Rx app or what. They are just cold and rude. I’m 68 years old and just not accustomed to being treated as if what I need doesn’t matter. I realize that there must be rules but some these just don’t make sense
Walgreens in Weatherford is slow as hell, but they are usually a lot friendlier than other Walgreens I’ve been in. Their pharmacy says they close from 1:30-2:00pm for a meal break, but I’ve been there many times where they’ve closed the inside portion of the pharmacy at 1:15 (or earlier)—which is very inconvenient when people are counting on them to be open until 1:30.
All employees are very helpful and considerate.
This Walgreens is constantly out of stock on many items, yet constantly keep saying items are in stock online.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy. They are kind and compassionate, and always take the time to ask how I’m doing in the course of my medical treatment. It feels great to know they care; especially when facing something long term.
Was treated totally disrespectful by the pharmacy manager twice. Dont know if she has a personal life issue, or if she is just a RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL person. She needs to realize that as a customer, I would not be there if I didnt need the services they are supposed to provide in a courteous, timely manner!
I’ve lived in photodesk Purgatory at Weatherford Walgreens for almost 3 hours today. Poorly managed. In those hours, I’ve been here trying simply to order and pick up a single banner. No staff member has stayed behind the desk more than 15 minutes. They constantly are rotating or just walking away. Thus the latest new face has no idea what needs to be printed or why there is a delay. The employee of this quarter hour must repeatedly call for assistance. Much of the time the desk is empty and the line 3-4 people deep. Eventually someone sees the button which calls on the overhead for staff to come. Sometimes a new employee comes on 5-10 minutes.
Ive been to the Walgreens to get a prescription several times for all of the people in my family . Always using my health insurance card to cover part of my prescription cost. This woman would not accept my insurance and said I needed a separate card for prescriptions. Never ! Anywhere! Have I been told this. I always use regular insurance. She must have been a manager or assistant manger because she came to assist the first girl that couldn’t find info for my sons prescription. I’ll give her that she remained very professional but please educate these people !!! My son needs his medicine ! This was just ignorant, she was thicker black/dark brown hair
No one was at cashiers desk. Me and another customer waited for about 5 minutes before I decided to leave my stuff on the counter and go somewhere else.
The pharmacy staff is so rude. Just their response to a question felt like they were calling me an idiot. Will definitely be switching pharmacies.
Prices for EVERYTHING in this store are DOUBLE what it costs everywhere else. This company is out to gouge the working man’s eyeballs out.
The Weatherford Walgreens is staffed by totally incompetent staff. Place an refill order 24hr earlier and being told it would be done by noon. Still wasnt filled at 2:00 pm the following day. If you cant do your job, dont work there. Will never return to the store in Weatherford.
Walgreens disappoints every single time. You go through the drive thru for pharmacy, you get nothing accomplished without waiting minimum an hour. You go inside to grab a few things, and you spend just under $100; because everything is priced $20 and have to wait in a long line because there are 4 registers and only 1 person working.
Pharmacy department very unfriendly, lack of helpfulness failed big time.... no customer service at all..
They closed and locked the doors in my face at two minutes til closing in the pouring rain in Oct 2017. It wouldve been funny but I really just needed a toothbrush.
The night shift employee saw me walking towards the door a couple of minutes before closing, while staring at me, he locks the doors and walks away.
Only sells beer, no wine or spirits.
Always friendly
