Im a current employee and would like to go out of my way to express how grateful I am for our management team. Monica, G, Shonda and Liz Beth are such wonderful, compassionate and understanding people. Not to mention how kind the rest of the employees are. Theyve worked well with my disabilities and have communicated with me with nothing more than respect and patience. I would 100% recommend applying here if youre looking for a job. They treat us with dignity and respect.

Later in the day there is almost always several young people driving through the parking lot way too fast, ignoring stop signs, and blasting jungle music. Dont get me started on the old people coughing all over the store without mask. In general I 💕 Walmart.

Great service but the store needs to be stocked better. That may not be their fault during these tough times.

I understand times are tough with covid. Everybody is understaffed and over worked, but communication is still important. I went in and placed a cake order for my grand daughter’s birthday. All info was given and date and time to pick up. I go in on date of pick only to be told an order was never placed in the computer.🥺🤔

All I can say is WOW to the amount of food you get. We ordered the nachos and ask for an order for both my husband and myself. The waiter was nice enough to tell us one order would feed both of us and they could split it for us. When the order came it was not only delicious but there was enough for at least 5 people. We were traveling and were happy with our choice of places to eat. We would definitely stop here again if in the area.

I was in line for getting fabric cut. But the guy doing it quickly excused himself after he finished cutting fabric for other customer. Ive been waiting now for over 15 mins. and asked twice for help. Finally, a lady came by and actually asked if Id been helped. The area is unprepared for her to do it.Bad management and faulty equipment.

Sporting goods. This is by far the worst Walmart Sporting goods department Ive ever been in. Disorganized and a mess. Only one associate that can sell firearms so when theyre on break or lunch no firearms sales can happen. Had to wait 20 minutes for a member of management to show up.

Always pleasant just one time I paid for a bag if ice and they were out of ice other than that I love it

Ill recommend traveling folks steer clear of your store as long as you have angry knucklehead cashiers who bag meat with jewelry and keep turning their back when the customer has a question...She must be a relative of the owner. Shes your problem employee not mine

Typical Walmart. Getting what you want is hit or miss. Went in for premade sub sandwiches.. they had none at lunchtime. But they did have DEF, so that was a pleasant surprise

Mosr of their staff are very nice. Restrooms need work. Other than that good place to shop!

They have made it all self service??? Only 1 person usually one the checkout lane that does offer to checkout for you and its backed up!! Most of the employees dont know where anything is or they dont care one. I will never step foot in that store again.

Even though I generally find what I am looking for there, the store is loosing its personal touch. I enjoy dealing with the employees rather than the self checkout machines that are now occupying 75-80% of the front of the store.

Walmart is Walmart, what can I say, they are just like all the other Walmarts, if you seen one, youve seen them all. But they are getting expensive, kinda little surprised about that part of it.

This Walmart is never going to get better rudest customer service per asking outside customer service desk, Brenda was very on the spot with customer service thanks everyone else in store was rude and grumpy,this largely elder customer base come on get more electric chairs for disabled or get the ones you have to working, whatever l have to say doesnt matter Walmart is not customer service based any more just want your $$$ and more

Theyre always advertising their stocking.. where all canned vegetables are down except for corn theyre always out of large bags of gravy mix. I have been trying to get malt for shakes for 6 weeks have to go to other stores to get it not a very good store right now I had rather do it like the old days run around town and get what I need from the sales coupons then to deal with Walmart.

New design is nice, but taking a lot of jobs going to self check out. If the computers take over then this welfare state that is being supported will be in full effect.

They had 3 aisles open for people who want a cashier to check them out. I want that someone to have a job. The shelves looked like we were in Russia and you have to wait in line to get your bread, if its still there when its your turn. I dont understand why the cupboard s were so bare. Cant wal mart afford to stock their shelves? I mean they cut back on employees. Ofcourse there was one employee I walked by and he had found a can of whip cream in the meat aisle, turned to me and asked if it was mine... I wasnt even close to it. Needless to say wally world was quite an experience today. I wish there were someplace else to go that was on my way home😶

No problem with Wal-Mart. It is usually so crowded to begin with. Since they remodeled. I usually go in get what I need and go through self check out and back home within a hour. Its great!

Not a bad place at all. I go here all the time to get groceries. I like the switch to mostly self checkout. Seems to make it a lot quicker.

So this year my local Walmart underwent a massive makeover, and in my opinion was a huge mistake. There are now only 4 real person register lanes, which are rarely open. The vast majority check out option is self check out and crammed tightly together at both door ends. This is a huge problem for the elderly and handicapped folks as Ive greatly noticed, as well as those who have multiple carts full of items. Not a fan of the new layout at all. I much prefer my food shopping at Aldi, but Walmart does have some great non food items, and at decent prices.

STOP PUSHING SELF CHECKOUT! ...or Im gonna start clocking my time and submitting my invoices for the work Im now doing and your still getting paid for. If you want us doing our own checking then start lowering prices appropriately.Absolute garbage redesign.

Its just an average run of the mill Wal-Mart. It has exactly what you would expect.

Out of my favorite stuff a lot. Not well stocked. Remodeling took forever but looks nice so far.

I love the Weatherford Walmart! The remodel looks great. I love the new self checkout stations.

I went to your local Walmart store and Weatherford Texas today and every one of them boys are rude and another shopping for people for customers to pick up but they dont even say excuse me this jump right in front of you I was really irritated today somebody needs to talk to them cuz thats just not the way to do things its on main Street Walmart in Weatherford thank you

This place dont deserve a rating. Employees in self check out just standing in middle not paying attention to whom needs help. Just standing there talking to each other. Store is unfriendly and dont care about their customers. Worse store ever

I live close to this store but drive to others to shop, this location is terrible!! Employees would rather BS with each other rather than help a customer, WAY TOO MANY self checkouts!!!HATE HATE HATE them, and i refuse to use them!! Very hit and miss on inventory, one time they have what you want, next time not.

The employees are exceptional. Very attentive and courteous.

Darrmarin very very helpful. Advised his supervisor how helpful he was. Very unusual for someone to be helpful.

Overall Walmart is fairly convenient and reasonable, but for the last few weeks it seems like they can’t keep their shelves stocked. I understand we had a Arctic blast blow thru the area and they were closed; however it has been more than enough time to get things stocked. Also I do know for a fact the employees have a 10 foot rule to follow, but a few could use a refresher course. I would say 2 out of 10 employees acknowledge me. Yesterday I had a girl stocking in toys/hardware in the back action alley give me the stare of death. I just carried on and acknowledged the manager coming up behind her with a simple smile and hello. She may have been having a bad day, who knows.. oh one more thing.... The last few times I have gone in there, they have had pallets of product pending to be stocked overwhelming the action alleys... If they are down in headcount then maybe it’s time to have a job fair!

Good Store. I was there Christmas Eve so merchandise was very picked over. I could not find any to from labels for packages. Only artificial trees, no real trees. There were no artificial small trees that were on sale. All full price. Went to HEB and found a free tree. Very pretty. I like this Walmart very much however or general items and groceries.

The shelves need to be better stocked. The drinks in the machines werent cold or werent available. It was however a little later than peak hours.

Things are typically organized, evern with the current renovation of the store layout. Shelves are well kept. Buggies dont litter the parking lot. Sometimes the registers get backed up, but overall, an in and out experience.

Nice and clean and well lit. Was in and out in minutes!

Was a lot different than the one in Granbury and I liked it

Who doesnt love Walmart.. The place is always clean, except for their bathrooms, they could use some more attention on a regular basis. Masks are a must. Signs directing traffic to help with social distancing, sanitizing stations everywhere and they clean and sanitize all the buggies. You can pretty much do one stop shopping here.

I dont know if its all of them but there remodeling this one and the future looks horrible. Some Isles are so small you barely fit down them and if you look online to see if they have something dont assume they do even if it says they have it worst Walmart Ive ever been to

Found what I was after. But gave a 4 star because Azle Walmart only had 2 real person checkers working. Making self service, which I refuse to use, primary.

Its all self check out and you cant pay with cash.

Almost every employee I encountered was rude, I tried calling the electronic department multiple times so I didn’t have to drive all the way out there. I was hung up on everytime when I was being nice. The items they had online that they said they had in stock they didn’t

Its a nice clean walmart. But when i visited it was almost low on inventory.. barely any fridges with cold drinks at the check out.

I always liked this store until my last visit. Three regular checkout lanes and about 50 self checkouts. I dont want to do business with a place that cuts jobs, especially a multi billion dollar company. Ill go back to the Stephenville store.

It was Christmas Eve... it was a madhouse..!But, all in all... the shelves were pretty well stocked! Im impressed!I do wish they were open all the time like before the planet lost its ever-loven mind!😷Or at least, later at night.

This walmart is a disaster. Their shelves are always bare, they have little to no employees and those employees that are on the floor working have little to no knowledge of where items are. The worst part is that they have gotten rid of over 60% of their registers and have made it all self check out. Last time I check, I dont receive a paycheck from Walmart checking myself out

Would prefer 24hr service, without being crowded from open til close. scarcity of services creates high demand and most of the time there are too few employees and readily available products to meet the influx of customers.

The cashiers are now called hosts. Looks like they will be assisting with your checkout process. Which btw will be done by you. Thats right! Walmart has gone to total autonomous self checkout. But dont worry, if you prefer the belt assisted check-out process Walmart will keep a couple of those old fashioned check-outs just for us dinosaurs. Hahaha

The store is clean and well lit. The store has undergone a recent remodel making like the store in Danville, IL.

Shelves were a little bare I noticed as I was walking around. Then I noticed a RGIS paper on a shelf and realized they must have done inventory recently.

This Walmart is awful. The staff overall doesn’t lift a finger to help and avoid eye contact at all costs so that they aren’t asked for assistance. When I do get someone to respond they are confused and don’t know the answers to even the simplest questions or attempt to find out. I literally asked someone for assistance locating an item and before I could finish my sentence the man blurted out “at lunch” and kept walking past me. I will shop elsewhere at all costs to keep from having a frustrating experience at this store.

Fully stocked and reasonable prices on items. Was able to find everything that I needed on one trip.

It’s a large Walmart, usually has whatever I need. The produce is just ok, I usually go to HEB for that though. The staff is pleasant.
