Nice gas station with lots of gadgets in it. They serve nice hot food along with cold drinks. They have radios, CBs, headphones and phone accessories. There is also a Wendys inside for some fast food. There pizza is really good I stop by everytime I go past there. Always good price in gas also and you can get a shower there if needed. I would recommend this place for sure.

Getting gas there were some ladies who pointed out a sticker on the gas pump I liked it.Itll either brighten or ruin your day.

Someone really needs to stop the trucks that are parking in front of the parking spaces. I understand that everyone needs to be able to park, but the same deal trucks that are parked in a parking spot should not be trapped and have to beat on a truck sleeper to ask for the truck that is parked in the no parking areas...Came back for fuel and to scale the truck. The woman behind the counter Christie? Dark hair was working with a man so both registers was open, until I came in for the scale ticket, she spent a little while putting 2 packs of cigarettes in the rack, she saw I was waiting, so instead of helping me she went in the little office and waited for her coworker to take 2 in line. I went to him. And only after he started getting my information for the scale ticket, did she come out and watch. I didnt want much just to get the ticket so I could get on my way... Add poor service to the above note.

You feel like you are in a time warp. Only had a short time to see what was here. Definitely will return to immerse myself in this historic area when time permits. Recommend Tombstone as a destination. You could spend hours at a time checking out the history. Yes, it has the tourist attraction aspects, but it has a better historical feel and presence than other places we have traveled.

This is our place is stop when we travel to Dallas for day trips, flights out of DFW or for whatever reason were in the Metroplex. The gas is cheap the bathrooms are clean it now has a Dunkin Donuts and there is also a Wendys located inside. My husband loves their Pizza he gets 2 slices for $5. Im not a big pizza fan but they do have good jumbo corn dogs. This is a big place for the truck drivers. and a lot of travelers. Its a decent place is stopping clean highly recommend!

I am so freaking impressed with this Pilot! I just stopped there after being in the car for 14 hours. To start I was greeted when I walked in the door, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. (really the entire facility was clean) The true winner was the staff!!! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, I only wish I would have snagged their names to put on here. Thank you to the staff working on 01/01/21 @ 8:40pm!!!

Cards don’t work at pumps and the judgmental senior’esk gentleman working register has hearing problems or dislexia & not very good at being gentleman. Not worth the stop!

I come here frequently because its a required fuel stop for my job most times when Im in the area. Given the choice I wouldnt ever stop here for fuel because HALF the time there is an issue with paying at the pump. Error messages, broken keypads, etc...Tonight the #6 was broken on pump 22 keypad. I moved over to pump 23 and the satellite pump didnt work. Both times I had to wait in line because two or three other pumps were offline and barricaded with caution tape and trash cans.They need to make some serious upgrades to their pumps. In the meantime Ill try to see if I can fuel elsewhere because usually its a huge waste of time when I stop here.

The parking lot here at night is a joke. Theres being creative making a parking spot when the lot is full, and then theres being dumb. I hope your bumpers get ripped off

I decided to stop here and try to get a ride to my destination because, unfortunate circumstances left me hitchhiking to El Paso, Texas Trying get a job. This was a Greyhound bus station and I was going to try to get a ticket. But couldnt so I was stuck here for a day. The staff was great accommodated me even gave me a free shower cuz I couldnt afford one. I would give this place 10 Stars if I could. best truck stop I ever been to.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were all friendly; not overly social though. Shower was clean with decent water pressure. Ninety percent of the truck parking spots are easy to get in and out of. Pretty good Wendy’s attached.

I went this store on 26 dec to fuel up my truck.When I went inside store for my receipt I came to know that machine didn’t have any points to my loyalty card. So I went went to cashier.There was an old lady. She was rude like hell. She Dnt even know how to talk to customers. I asked her mam ur machine didn’t except points card and her reply was u guys dnt even know how to use it . Our machines are not wrong. I think she should leave this job as she Dnt know how to talk to customers or she should see a doctorOwners should loook into thisUr business is getting spoiled by ur own workerZero star 👎

Great hot shower. Great water pressure.But, found some suprise on the seat...... Even the public bathroom there was cleaner the following morning. This is a FIRST for my Pilot visits. Hopefully my last suprise......

Rude customer service 2/6 at 7:00am me and my co driver stopped in to get a few things the cashier wasnt pleased when we told him where a pack of cigarettes was bc he failed ton ee them mutiple times and was saying they where out, he then makes a comment how we were telling him how to do his job because he was blind i should have refused my things and walked out

Scary the evening shift manager answers the phone”hello” at a major truck stop! Also scary that you can’t take him seriously enough to relay a simple message to the GM? I worked 2 days in the kitchen in their donut area and I can tell you they are forcing you to do very physical labor and a job that should require 2 people. I injured my back there due to the constant lifting bending and stooping repeatedly over and over and the work load forced upon you for one person to finish even though I was being trained I seriously injured my back there and all the GM was concerned about is rather I could work the next day or not!! Fully intend to contact corporate on this matter and for the unprofessional behavior from the “manager on duty “ during the evening shift as well of the lack of care or interest that I injured my back doing the work load!

Usually has the cheapest Pilot/Flying J fuel prices in the area. Clean and well stocked store and restrooms. Very nice staff.

Had a flat tire on class c RV and stopped in to see if they could correct my problem (was a Sunday afternoon going home ) Mgr on duty said they did not have time to look at due to closing at 4 and others were in front of me. Shon (mechanic) motioned for me to come outside so he could see it re@l quick - aired up the tire and said to watch it...Shon saved the day and I appreciate his “ can do” attitude unlike the Mgr on duty..

Everything in a truck stop is over priced. But when you drive a big rig they have parking. Some have a restaurant, most have some kind of fast food place. Its something to put in an empty stomach.

We boondocked here on our way to national parks. Great security and if you pick the right parking area you can even put your slides out.

EXTREMELY SLOW pumps. No tap to pay. Pump forces you to push buttons to skip their rewards demand before allowing you to pump. Pump takes a long time to gear up and actually pump your gas, then pumps extremely slowly.

Pilots are some of the best places for low gas prices on the road and at home. Great selection of products. Great customer service. Very clean. I love pilots they are my go to place.

Wendys ladies are friendly, one of them reminds me of K-pop idol. Pilot counter there is a jewel, find out yourself who?(Wyomings Capital City)And lots of nice feelings I had from this place.

During the winter time they dont have washer fluid, moreover the the fluid at the islands was frozen

Very nice remodeled store inside and out. Employees nice and responsive. Wendys breakfast cold not worth eating. Pilot coffee cold had to wait for more to be made. No French vanilla coffee and only little cups of French vanilla creamer. Showers were clean and had hot water. But overall they need to work on food choices and coffee. One diesel fuel pump down from Saturday night to Sunday morning. Parking lot clean and trash empty. It is a place to park for big trucks. Not the best truck stop but Ive been in worse.

One of the better places to stop. Great food and drink selections. Their electronics are good and they dont have a bunch of creepy staff like a lot of stations. Good gas prices too.

This is my favorite stop! I buy my gas here because its great quality and if you join their rewards program and download the app you can save 3¢ per gallon! Plus they have daily specials on drinks and eats through the app. Pilot has become my regular stop on my way to work. This location also has a Wendys inside and who doesnt like a Frosty!?!?! Give Pilot a chance and you wont be disappointed!

If youre traveling anywhere along I-40 between Amarillo and Clines Corners at the Santa Fe cut off this is the best place to stop. Everything you need. Everything is cooked, chilled, Frozen, baked, fried, fresh, and they have a Subway sandwich shop Pizza Hut and Chester Fried Chicken. Youve got to try the fried corn on the cob . Travel is heavy here along I-40 at Santa Rosa and truckers are mostly in a hurry pulling off to this Travel Center. The location lacks for nothing

The employees are sooo friendly and helpful. Parking is great...very convenient. Everything was quite clean. It is definitely a selected Pit Stop. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because I could not eat at the connected Wendys. So not certain how that was. BUT lots of good options on the store side.

Clean and friendly employees. I had to ask an employee to get some trucks to move that had blocked me so I couldnt get out of my parking spot (yes, I was parked in an actual spot but some drivers parked near the Scale so I couldnt pull out). Employees were very quick to respond and get the drivers moved. Im very appreciative! Though a bit disappointed Wendys is temporarily closed, which I dont hold against Pilot. 😁

The only place to stop while on the road, day or night. I always stop, my 350 dulley loves the deasil there. Clean, nice people and very well lit at night, no matter which one you stop at.

In a conversation with a manager we discussed old school real. Quote his statement we are not in the Diesel selling business we are not in the food selling business we are in the customer service business. Thats whats missing and so much of America today, good on him.

Technically went to Wendys. It was like a meat locker in there. So cold. The food was good, cashier not too friendly was more like a robot. Maybe she was tired . But the main thing was it was freezing in there. Could probably store meat just fine.

The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean and stocked. The floors needed to be cleaned. Over all it is a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat, coffee or gas.

We were looking for healthy choices of food while on the road. McDonalds, Burger King, and Weinersnitzel just didnt cut it. Subway was the closest we got to fresh ingredients, but even their meats are processed. When we saw PF Market Fresh at the Pilot Travel Center we stopped there.We chose the pot roast dinner wth broccoli and instant mashed potatoes. It was enough for two. They also sold Kombucha which we also bought. I give them an A+ for trying.One uncomfortable point was the overhead announcements of the showers being ready for the next bather. To us food and hygiene dont mix very well, especially being announced over a PA system. Maybe a more discreet method of calling for the next bathed such as a vibrating disc or text to phone would improve this condition. Once the showers were announced we just wanted to make a quick exit out of there not even considering any other products for purchase.Youre a work in progress for improving more nutritional choices for the highway traveler. Thank you Pilot Travel Center for the effort and leap in the right direction. But, please consider a more discreet way of announcing the shower ready situation.

Its quiet tr large parking and has a shop. The pumps havent been cleaned since it was built...wear the gloves to punch in your codes. NASTY! Wendys is fast. Never had a shower. I would imagine parking fills early as its close to DFW

I like this one. Its close enough to Dallas to shut down. Without all the craziness in DFW area. Would be nice if drivers were more respectful of each other but its like that at every pilot. Personal vehicles in truck spots. Parking in front of each other. In reverse. Parking at the fuel island. Urinating outside your door onto the parking lot. Or. My favorite, rolling through the parking lot at 30 mph to see whos here.

Do not use the laundry if you want your clothes clean. Clothes barely got wet. When I said something to a manager he was very condescending. Acted like I was stupid and he knew everything. Dont waist your money. 2.75 a load I kinda expect clean clothes.

Should of gone to QT at least they smile and try to be quick about checking you out. Wait was so long i made a point to look at Carries name tag to write a review. Maybe some training would be helpful.

Luke warm shower complete with previous users lung cookie in the sink. Water standing on counter and seat. Outlets not working. Ventilation not working. After lovely shower, find out Wendys is closed. Luckily they offered some wonderful burnt pizza. This place is under construction but there is no excuse for that horrible experience!

This Pilot is always busy which is a good sign. It has lots of hot food choices from Pizza to Hot Dogs plus a Wendys is attached. The restrooms are clean and the check out lines move quickly.

Stopped for the great pricr on gas. Had to go in if I wanted a receipt, which I did, but didnt want to stand in line. They need to make sure receipts can be had at the pump if theyre going to have that feature on their pumps.

This Econolodge is very clean and the price is good. The desk clerk has an awesome personallity and is very considerate. They offer a continental breakfast from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. every day. I rated this motel 4 out of 5 stars because of the bath tub, the finish has what looks like stains (but it is in the coating). The bed is a little soft but comfortable. Hope you enjoy your stay. 👍

It was ok but dont stop to order at Wendys unless you got time to wait for your order to be taken. People just stand around talking and cutting up. They greet you and say theyll be right with you and thats when they have their conversation going on. I was speaking to another customer and he stated this is everyday but he was hungry and liked the burgers. I know when people go to resturaunts especially fast foods there most of the time on a time schedule, whatever the situation may be. I was tired from painting all day and wanted to get home and didnt feel like cooking. Can Wendys get it together

Place just like regular pilot has whats that every other place has. people are nice, foods okay. The bathrooms were clean

They finally got the mobile app working on the fuel islands thats a good thing the store its clean theyre pleasant in there it was easy in easy out this time usually theres a lot of trucks but I got there about 10 at night so it was a easy in and back out on the road

This is my go to stop for gas and snacks when im passing though Weatherford. Located conveniently right off of the highway, this establishment is quick and easy to get in and out of. The courteous staff always greet customers with a smile. Also, if you are, or have, a picky girl when it comes to nice clean restrooms. Id have to insist that you drop in to drop one because this place tops the list.
