THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. Don’t even bother calling. Nobody will answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes. Last time I attempted to use this place, I sat in line for over an hour, got to the window, found out they didn’t have the prescriptions they said they had. I will never go here again. I’d rather wait overnight. You’re going to anyway. I’d give them zero stars if that was possible. Avoid them like the plague.
Says prescriptions are ready. I get there and wait 30 minutes in line for them to tell me at the checkout they are not ready. If you call, be prepared to be on hold for 45 minutes and never get through. Also, the red headed woman is very rude. Go to HEB! They are nice, give great discounts and prescriptions are ready when they say they are.
Never been treated so rudley as by the pharmacist in the drive through. I simply asked to pick up my husbands prescription and she goes off on a lecture of how busy she is and how many prescriptions a day she has to fill... Is that not what shes supposed to do? It was clear they were busy because I was in line for over an hour! Maybe it would have been less if she stopped lecturing everyone who came through. Changing pharmacies ASAP!
I tried calling to check on a prescription and waited on hold for 50 minutes and never got to speak with anyone. I have an infection and really need my medication and it was sent on Friday but I still dont have it. I believe I will not ever make the mistake of using them again.
I have had prescriptions messed up here, returns, and now my Covid-19 test. Scheduled an appointment, get there, and the person didnt show up. No second options no call. This was after I sat in the drive through with 4 other cars doing the same thing and no one saying anything. The people at the pharmacy couldnt care less. Just a too bad. Customer service is pretty awful, Ill just drive to the CVS down the street. Already moved my prescriptions as well. This place needs some work to say the least.

I have used other Walgreens locations for years without any issues. At this location Weatherford, Tx, however, I have never had a good experience. Whether I go in the store or through the drive thru there is an issue every single time. Not to mention having to wait in the drive thru for a minimum of an hour… with 4 young kids, only to find out not all of my prescriptions have been filled. And then proceeding to have to wait longer. I am confident that there is a better, more organized way for this location to do things. If I had other options with my insurance company, I would most certainly be going elsewhere for my pharmaceutical needs.
Obviously the lines are way too long….. idk if more employees will help but this is ridiculous over an hour stuck in the drive thru. Once you’re in line you can’t get out. Changing pharmacies tommorow
If you’re Hispanic be prepared to be treated like dirt... I was trying to get some photos and stood there for 10 mins while the lady kept passing me, opening boxes right in front of me.. I patiently waited for her until I finally asked if I was at the right place. She rudely asked for my information not looking at me once. I tried to use my sisters rewards phone number and I was questioned where I lived and where my sister worked...threatening me and my sister in front of people that it was a serious crime to be using someone else’s phone number. All for a 2 $ discount. I told her it was okay to just take it off and she did, gave me the pictures and didn’t say thank you or anything. Even if we aren’t allowed to use the reward number we shouldn’t be humiliated in front of people. And if that’s not enough another Hispanic family were trying to buy a picture frame asking for the sizes and the lady was answering so rudely.. come to find out she’s a shift lead! Talk to the manager and didn’t get anywhere.. apparently he does not care about Customer service. It’s not so much about the 2 dollar discount it’s about the humiliation that she put me through, when she could have just simply told me the store policy I never argued with her for her to be raising her voice and belittling me in front of others.
I’ve been waiting in line for thirty minutes in the drive thru and the only reason the line is moving is because people are leaving before getting to the front. I have waited close to an hour before and it’s a little ridiculous. They need to take some notes from Whataburger down the street on how to run a drive thru 🙃.
A Terrible Company. Medication never stays the same price from month to month, insurance company recommended I start using CVS. So happy I did. Dont waste your time or money with Walgreens.
Absolute worst pharmacy to pick up a prescription from.Pharmacy staff are great but they are understaffed apperantly.Wait times almost always 30 minutes plus.Dont have anywhere else to be.
Ive used Walgreens in Weatherford for almost 12 years now. The pharmacy staff especially has always been great! Very helpful with insurance and all the mess that sometimes comes with the territory.This was my first time using the online order/curbside pick up. The order was ready quickly. I had to go inside to pick up my order because of the medication, but I figured as much. I got in the car and looked in my bag, there was a note that said Feel Better -Your Walgreens Staff❤After having a pretty crazy weekend then not feeling well on top of that, this was a nice little surprise in my bag. Thank you Walgreens Weatherford Staff for putting a smile on my face today. ❤
Literally just read these other reviews. The WORST place Ive ever had to deal with. Choose another place if you want to avoid having to basically beg for your prescription

This Wallgreens has the longest lines in medical history. I have been in line for over an hour to pick up one prescription I have ready for pickup.
They rarely have your RX ready. The lines are long. Management are not concerned with customer service. I have had only bad experiences here and wish there was another option. Maybe drive to granbury or Fort Worth......
Walgreens on S Main St in Weatherford, TX has the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is always nice but when the customers have to wait over 20 mins in the drive thru, something has got to be done. May need more staff or current staff needs to be train in efficiency
The red headed lady that works the drive through is so rude and so not helpful. She told me they didnt have my rx, after I had already talked to someone who said they had it. Asked her to ask the pharmacist and she refused, said hed tell me the same thing...they had to order it but the red headed lady refused to go look or show any compassion since I was hurting in pain, hence why I needed my meds. Shes rude!!!!!

This pharmacy is as bad as all the other reviewers have mentioned. I called three times, waited patiently while on hold, finally spoke to someone, each time they put me back on hold - then the phone just starts ringing as though Im trying to make another call, never to be answered - three times. Go to CVS or a Mom and Pop if available.

My husband made me an anniversary card online, and within about 15-20 minutes we went there to pick it up from the photo department, super quick & friendly. And an amazingly well done card ☺ - also a great pharmacy (in my opinion) I see lots of people complaining about the pharmacy, but my husband & I personally have not had ANY problems there. 5 stars, nice workers!
I was on hold for 45 mins, then I was disconnected. Been on hold again for at least 30 mins this time. The recording tells us that they are open 24 hours but what is the point if you can NEVER speak to a live person???? I have a very important question concerning my 8 year old grandsons medication that was filled there. I quit using Walgreens years ago because of the horrible customer service. They act like they are doing YOU a favor when they assist you on any way. Even when you are paying out. The fact that they are so slow is only one of the many reasons that I no longer use Walgreens, I think that Ill encourage my daughter to discontinue using Walgreens as well. They need better trained staff and MORE staff. Most of the reviews reflect dissatisfaction. I dont think they care, at all.
The Walgreens pharmacy in Weatherford Texas. Its the worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever seen anywhere.try them six years ago they were terrible thought Id come back and see how they were I think theyre worse now. I dont know how Walgreens stays in business in Weatherford Texas. Manager oughta be fired and close down
I gave a review a year ago and it still stands as 5 star. Seems like a lot of complaints are with the pharmacy but the photo department is amazing. The employees are stressed at this time of year when people want photos and photo gifts now. The employees handle the pressure well. I watched Vance and Tara work fast, be professional and courteous with customers coming and going. I use the photo department a lot. The photos are always on time. Im not sure any place can beat getting photo Christmas cards ready within an hour. These people work really hard at this Walgreens. I was greeted on the way in even when the line was long and thanked on the way out. Its always a good experience going here.
Today on this visit was much more enjoyable due to the timely refill of prescription and service. I havent been here in awhile and needed to stop in due to my busy schedule and 24 hrs availability. I will say, that the last time I was here I meant to get on here and give back a good rating for the same service I received today. The pharmacist, Earl was very positive and timely today as he was the last time I was here. Thank you Earl for possibly changing my mind about future refills here without being a necessity of time.
Called this Walgreens Pharmacy everyday for 4 days in a row trying to get a prescription transferred and filled at this establishment. Each time they took rx number and previous Pharmacy contact information and said it would be filled that day. Each time it was not even entered in the system. This is the most appalling customer service I have seen to date. I will be choosing a different pharmacy for my prescription needs, and I hope the owner dramatically improves the service here or I don’t see how they will stay in business.
The pharmacy is so bad that I will do my best not to use Walgreens any were so they will hopefully go out of business the corporate office needs to learn how to hire quality employees that are capable of doing a quality job, as it stands right now all of there employees came from the MHMR line because they can’t get any other kind of work!!!
I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year and it’s just the same horrible service everytime. I keep telling myself to use a different pharmacy but out of habit I keep having my kids scripts sent to this location. My daughter is sick tonight and I call ahead of time and they tell me it will be ready at 715 I call not ready still at 745. Then a lady gets in the phone and ensures me it is ready in a very rude voice. Get to the pharmacy and they say it’s filled but not ready and my husbands like ok like you just need to mix it and the lady makes him get out of line to be paged and then tells him he has to wait in line again. All for a medicine that is supposedly ready before we left our house. For my sick child.
You wanna stand in line, get told to wait 20 minutes, wait those 20 minutes, get back in line for an additional 20+ minutes, then at the front of the line they tell you to wait another “20” minutes. Go elsewhere if you can.Edit: another 20 minutes.An hour and a half in total of wait time. I think that’s totally reasonable how about you?
I feel so welcomed by everyone here! EARL IS AMAZING, he greets me with a smile no matter how slammed they are. Sarah always always helps me when I cant find certain things. Im in here about twice per week and it takes a special kind of person to work in the pharmacy department. They are constantly busy but still produce fast. They keep their cool when customers are yelling because they just know they are right, while the pharmacy tech calmly shows them the facts and explains how they can be helped as opposed to I told you you were wrong. Cindy, Linda, Don, Earl all of you exceed my expectations each time I come in. I always leave in a better mood! I truly do love these people and they do not male me feel like just a name on a screen. They go above and beyond, staying hours after their shifts have already ended just to take the load off of fellow workers. I truly love the Walgreens here in weatherford and their staff! They need a raise in my opinion... They are often yelled at and told they are wring when they are simply the messengers, the middle men and women who only telling them facts or relaying a message from customers doctors or insurance companies. I was there for a short time on 10-29-17 at 6:00pm. The staff is very polite and customer service very good. Although I didnt think I needed any help, 2 ladys asked very politely if I needed any help finding anything. I kind of felt bad because I didnt need help. Thank you ladys for asking anyway. I dislike giving this business even one star. After 18 months of lousy service at their pharmacy, I have left Walgreens forever. Every time there was the slightest glitch in filling an Rx, the people who work there take zero responsibility for investigating, calling your insurance company or coordinating with your physician. The experience is like a casino, you ask your physician to call in your Rx and then its just a game of chance. Of course human error causes inconveniences however, when these people encounter a problem, they blame the doctor then then blame the insurance company AND THEN they behave as if you never filled a Rx in your life! Here is my all time favorite question from a pharmacy tech are you sure this is your doctor? Thankfully, Im not on life saving medication--If I were, I would have left Walgreens long long ago.
This use to be a great Walgreens. It is horribly slow now and customer service has flown out the door. I can go to Walmart and pay less for the same service.
The pharmacy manager is AWFUL, he is rude to his customers and his techs when all they are trying to do is help out with the customers. The pharmacy is consistently late with prescriptions. And it not like it is a hard thing to do, and i understand that they are always busy and behind because they are a 24 hours pharmacy. BUT COME ON, like a three hours late prescription is absolutely ridiculous. Ive given them countless amounts of times to do things right and they never do. Ive sat on hold for over 45 minutes and i just dont understand what the issue is. I mean if you cant handle that many prescriptions then why take in that many?????
Pharmacist at night was very rude. Seemed annoyed that I only had my temp insurance card on my phone. When I would ask questions he would cut me off and rolls his eyes. When giving me my prescription and card back he threw them. When I called to place a complaint I was told that he was just a temp pharmacist, like that would be okay?! Overall horrible service.
This pharmacist is one of the worse Ive seen. First off they told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, I came back in 30 minutes to find out that the original person did not enter the prescription appropriately. So I waited again. Then I found out that there was some pertinent information missing on the prescription so they needed to contact the doctor so then I needed to wait until the morning. I called in the morning to find out that my prescription would not be ready til 7;45Pm for so me reason and when I asked they said no it will be ready before then. I am writing this review at 8:10pm its not ready. I finally get someone on the phone again and they say they are filling it now.
VERY VERY RUDE. If I could rate it zero stars I would, there might be at least two people that are worth something that work there and thats me being polite. I waited in pharmacy for TWO hours just for them to tell me that they are out of stock on my prescription. Then when I went to the front to get other things and had an issue with coupons going through there was a manager with a bunch of tattoos and she was ABSOLUTELY awful. She wasnt not helpful, she didnt even want to speak with me and she was rude to the women that was working up front and trying to be helpful. Then after the fact I heard her yelling at two other employees, about something that shouldnt of been discussed at work. This store is definitely NOT worth going to. No customer service skills whatsoever.
The best times to wander in here are during the holidays. They always have something interesting at those times!
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Consistently does not have medication in stock, has lost my prescriptions more than once, not to mention the lack of staff. Currently in drive thru for 20 minutes. 8th car in line. Have not moved. 11 customers in line inside with one register open. It would literally be faster for me to drive to the Walgreens in Fort Worth and come back than it would be to wait in this line.

Walgreens Pharmacy customer service has been one of the worst experiences I have EVER gone through. I held my toungue until I could not hold it anymore, and I told them what I thought. Hopefully they will change their customer service by being NICE to their customers, not waiting 4 weeks to order a prescription, telling you wrong information all the time, acting like they dont care one bit, and much more. They have some work to do to say the least. This has been a painful, horrific, and aggravating experience. This is definitely a lesson to learn in BAD customer service.

They had what I was looking for and I got out quick.
Apparently there are 3 women with the same name I have in town, pharmacist made the mistake of giving me another individuals meds & when I returned them 2 min later before I ever left the store, he had the nerve to ask me if I would be taking these meds in the future & if have I ever & would I just take them since it was an inconvenience for him to accept the return! Really? I’m sorry I don’t take it or need a heart medication or a thyroid med either! I requested my scripts to be transferred to a local family owned pharmacy that wouldn’t try to force me to take someone else’s meds! Also, they couldn’t ever get my street address correct, then tried to argue with me over it, I think I know my street address, ended up giving them my ID & they still got it wrong! Very scary to be told by a pharmacist to just take the wrong meds & deal with it!

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve never had a prescription ready when I show up, after a time they verbally said it would be ready. From the time a rx is called in I’ve never had it ready in less than 3 hours. Won’t be back.
I did have all my meds filledthere but I became so frustratedWithall the mistakes and waiting forever that I now only use them in a pi CH like after leaving the E.R. late at night. Thats the only thing they have going for them in my opinionis 24 hour service. My husband swears he will never go there.again.

I 100% despise Walgreens Pharmacy... It doesnot not matter which one I go to. I used to live in the mid-cities area and I know they did 3xs the business this Walgreens (in Weatherford on S. Main) does. I pulled up in the drive thru at 7:11 p.m. It is now 7:45 p.m. and I have only moved A SINGLE CARAND SPACE & there are still 2 cars ahead of me and now 4 cars behind me. Thats not even including the lane next to me!! The ONLY REASON I came here is because nowhere else in town had her glucose meter. This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
