I love Penneys because I always find the cutest clothes and theres usually a sale or coupon you can use. The Weatherford store is always clean and organized making it easy to shop.

Husband purchased my ring online from them. Stones have fallen out on 3 seperate occasions. Each time I have gotten it fixed. I just picked it up less than a week ago and yet again a stone falls out. I just dont recommend getting jewelry from this place AT ALL.

Terrible! Poorly supplied and outrageous prices for a company always on the verge of permanently closing its doors. Im impressed, with what staff could be found, that they still could show a genuine smile! BZ to your staff-in-the-trenches; JCP...not so much to you, however.

One of my best experiences by far! I got in same day & got done exactly what I wanted! Brooklyn did an amazing job on my hair, was so helpful, and answered all my questions and gave great recommendations on how to treat my hair! They are updated on the best new hair trends, made for great conversations, and affordable. As a 20 year old you can’t beat that, 10/10 recommend! I will for sure be going back!

The people that work there are extremely rude. Cashier obviously doesnt know how to talk to customers and doesnt know her own store policies. Maybe the employees should learn to hold their tongues and not be rude Jerks. Wont be going back dont suggest anyone to go there. Store is clean and the sales are good thats about all I can say.

It has been a long while since I was able to shop, find what I needed in a moderate amount of time, and get out of the store with several items that fit well,(when I got home) with all the right fabric, and a standard classic fit.On top of it, good quality cotton products that keep you cooler in this Texas heat!JCPenney, please keep your buying and marketing like this. Simple lines, classic, and comfortable fit clothing with fine cottons, etc.It will be my go to store nearest me unless it changes!

I see Briana at the salon and I adore her! She’s sweet as can be and always does my hair just as I ask her to! I love that she remembers who I am and she’s perfect at balancing relaxation and chatting! :) go see her! You won’t be disappointed!

JC Penney has some deals going on but be careful what you buy. They have some signs up that are apparently not valid or out of date. There were some frustrated people at the check out today. There is a pretty good selection of items. The staff could be more upbeat or happier to be there. Overall they seemed to be helpful though.

Love Lee jeans & this is the only place I can find them! They have a great jewelry selection. There is a salon & a Sephora store in it!

I would give this store a 5 star if not for a couple of issues. First, the plus size clothing is very limited. There is only a small area designated for them. Secondly, their is never enough cashiers at checkout. There is always a long wait because of this. I’ve actually had to go to the jewelry counter before & I’ve seen associates recommend that customers go to the jewelry counter. Other than that the store is pleasant enough. Always neatly arranged and clean and the sales are awesome.

It used to be a great place to find a bargain. Now, not so much. I hate having to calculate the percentages, I wish theyd go back to what I see is what I get pricing. I know what a 100% cotton shirt is worth, and I know a deal when I see one.

Normally I like shopping here, but this trip I came specifically looking for maternity clothes and was informed that this location doesnt carry them. Id have to go online and I dont like shopping for clothes online.

I feel sorry for JCPenney, they have been around a long time, they just havent stayed up to par on service though and this is going to shut them down for good.Weatherford used to be a good store, they since have shut down customer service and do not have a concierge at the front of the store any longer. They also shut down half of there registers. There online ordering is not very good. Took me 9 days to get shoes shipped to the store from another store. So many companies are doing two day delivery now they just will never compete.

Went to the salon. Girl was quick but did not double check to see if she cut my hair perfectly. She did not cut it very well, but it was good enough for a very quick cut

These employees are not in any rush to get you out of the store. You wait in line with 30 other people & theres 1 person working the register. The prices are ridiculous, you look at the sale sticker that says one price & checkout & its another.. the manager needs to step it up.

Nobody really bothers to help you, or even acknowledge you. I looked around for a few minutes and everyone appeared to try and dodge me as I wanted to ask a question. The guy at checkout was really nice. But other than that, I wasnt thrilled.

An employee was extremely rude and abrasive telling me they dont allow dogs in the store. My dog is a show dog and extremely well behaved, we had already been shopping for 30 minutes. I 100% respect if a store does not allow pets, however our JC penny in my home town does allow dogs. She yelled out to me, Uhm maam!! Is that a service dog?! To which I politely replied no maam. She responded with, Dogs cannot be in the store its an endangerment!! I was so taken aback by her attitude that I just walked away silently. I had my friend take my dog outside to wait for me while I checked out. I almost just left, but instead bought my items. What if my dog had been a service dog and she approached someone that way? How incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never treat someone I didnt know that way.

Bre at JCP salon is the best! She does such a great job on my hair and always makes me feel pampered. She listens to everything I say and make suggestions based off what I say. She’s the only person I trust with my hair!

Went to check out and entered the checkout line the wrong way, after the lady in front of me bought her stuff I put my clothes down at the register. About a minute later after the cashier was standing in front of me obviously ignoring me with her head turned towards the start of the line (nobody was in line at that time), someone walked up and she said she could help that person. I then said I was next and apologized for entering the line the wrong way. The lady at the register gave me the most demeaning awful look. So I just left without making my purchase. Very disappointed with my experience and the professionalism of that employee.

Getting better. Lots of shirts and blouses to pick from. Poor inadequate selection of skirts caused me to shop at two stores for my wifes birthday and Christmas presents. Need to sell guns, bullets, and tools.

I needed to make a return and specifically asked if I needed to make an exchange on that huge Maressa pad that was 159$ if they would have UPS pick it up at my house like Amazon always had? They said no problem. Well they lied to me. I am currently disabled and cant drive so I had to pay someone to return it to the local store and then I ordered from Amazon to find a different one. Never will shop online with them again. Amazon has my back and businesses! 😎

I came here in search of boys gloves. I searched for a good 30 minutes. Instead of helping me I was followed around by loss prevention and the manager was standing by the exit door. I then asked her if they had any boys gloves and she seemed as though she was not expecting me to acknowledge her. She then told me they had no childrens gloves (even though its winter). Im very disappointed.

This particular woman had helped me the day before and spend a large chunk of her time Educating me about undertones and skin textures and what would work well for my skin, I was blown away at how knowledgeable she was as well as how patient she was with me. I asked more than 31 questions and she was beyond happy to answer each one. I left the store knowing that what I purchased I would love. I came back to the store the day after to purchase more of something she had given a sample of to me. That is when this incident occurred and she stood her ground. I have so much respect for the Sephora stuff inside JCPenney and I asked more than 31 questions and she was beyond happy to answer each one.
