I cant rave more about this auto body shop! I am so happy with their customer service and end-work product. Brad was the individual who priced my quote and dealt with the scheduling/payment. First off, I went to 5 different auto shops for a quote and Red LaMore provided one that was the most affordable and reasonable with shorter estimation times. Im talking like thousands of dollars cheaper!When I was dropping off my car Monday morning, Brad asked if I had a ride home. I said I was 5 min away and he offered his/his workers time to give me a lift back home! I politely declined and took an Uber but I was honestly very touched with his generous offer!My car was ready on Thursday afternoon. The final price was exactly what was originally quoted to me. Payment was swift and easy; he showed me to my car and I was out the door. The rear panel looks brand new and matches the color of the original coat. If I ever have another fender bender again, I would without a doubt come back and recommend others here.

Brad LaMore was very professional and was able to fit my car in two weeks before other, less convenience shops. He dealt with the insurance company and the repairs that were made are imperceptible.Several years ago we had an older car that needed some fender work not covered by insurance. He understood that the cost to make it like new was more than the car was worth, so he offered a modest fix to keep it running for a very reasonable price. I appreciate his honesty and cost consciousness.While I hope not to have to stop by again, if we need a body shop, well certainly go to Red LaMore first.
