Older male clerk waited on me, replacing the battery in my car fob. He spoke condescendingly & with an impatient tone.Wonder: is he like this with all customers?Or just with women? Wont let him wait on me again.Luckily his younger male coworker checked me out. He was friendly & pleasant.

Webster Groves, MO location provided fast service for replacing an older iPhone 6S battery. Done in less than an hour and phone holds charge like new again. Apple Store estimate required days for a repair.

Yes, its the go-to place for batteries and they seem to be expanding their product line. During COVID-19 they are protecting workers and customers, you must ring the outside doorbell for assistance. They seem to be a little pricey when labor is required. I ask to have 4 wires soldered on a seven dollar battery tester and they wanted $20.

I go to Batteries Plus to get my watch batteries changed. The Yorshire location is the best for this. I found out the hard way that nit all locations have the same skill sets. They do a great job and it doesnt cost anymore than a jewelry store would.

My third Auto/Marine battery purchase from Batteries Plus Bulbs. As always, Competitive Prices, Huge Selection, Excellent Service. I ordered a non stock Deep Cycle AGM battery with lead time about a week out. My need wasnt immediate so a non issue, overall a great experience.

I needed a certain battery fast and they had it, the store must have changed owners or got better help because the two young men working were courteous and very helpful. This place is trying to get better. I might have to go back.

They sell motorcycle batteries but they cant test them. Their solution was I can buy a new battery for $70 but if that didnt fix the problem they can work something out with me but not give me a refund.. Why would I buy something new if I dont know its bad?

They know about batteries and bulbs. They are much more knowledgeable about those products than the staff in other stores. They also have all the products one needs.

For being a person that does not know much stuff about batteries, this place is a dream! My phone blacked out after trying to fix it on my own - and they were able to save it and then provide even more help. Trust me, if I can trust them with my phone, which everyone is very protective of at times, you can too. Better than the Apple store.

Piece of cake. Man at counter knew who I was walking in based on the battery; very knowledgable. I have a Mustang 2050 skid steer, and this is the exact size as the Bobcat battery. That last battery only gave me 4 years, the original gave me 11 years. Well see how well the Duracell stacks up. Thank you.

They have generally had all of the batteries that I have searched for or needed. There have been several times when I have asked for batteries that are a little harder to find and they do not carry those types. Though they may be able to order some specialty batteries I assume.

Very helpfull. I got a new battery for my cell phone. I couldnt get one from my carrier. I was very happy. They can get products you cant get anywhere else.

I was greeted upon entering, and was immediately asked what I needed.The battery for a uninterrupted power source was in stock.I also had an old Makita drill which needed rechargeable batteries. I left the batteries there, so they could fabricate a copy.They have in impressive amount of stock.

Incredibly disappointed in the franchise oand the company... I had to purchase a battery out of town and hasnt lasted but 13 months.. So i returned the battery to a local battery plus store.. I was informed 3 to 4 reasons why they would not warrenty the battery.. From i didnt buy it at that location to i dont have orginal recipt... Please understand that the battery shows it Manufacturing date and clearly printed 3 yrs free replacement.... Will im out another 159.00 for another battery and had to purchase a new one some where else.. So buyer beware this store does not honor store warrenty for there named products.. U will get ripped off by this battery franchises and stores... Hope this helps u make a better choice where to spend you hard earned money..

Ive had a poor experience with the results of this location in Webster Groves. I had my iPhone screen and battery replaced and I have had to go back twice. The parts themselves were okay, the staff did not catch that my phone had iPhone Touch disease because of a slight bend in the frame. I did not notice that until I went to a different Battery Plus store and they told me the issue.

I had my iPhone screen fixed here, and the home button started to lift after two weeks. When I brought it back to be fixed, they did so, and gave me a tempered glass screen free of charge. Very nice!

Ordered battery online, website said ready to pick up, but employee called to inform me battery was being shipped from another store and would be 2 days. 2 days later, called to let me know it was in. Website may not be 100% accurate, but employees provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

I ordered and paid for something on line. All I had to do was go in and pick it up. 2 men were working the counter at the time. The young man who assisted me was so uncustomer service. He didnt smile or say thank you and acted like I was really bothering him when I asked a question. Unfortunately these kids nowadays have no clue about customer service no matter where you go.

The store at 8041 Watson Rd advertises 10% off for online purchases. Employee said he did not know how to do that in the store when the store at 3567 Ritz Center said they could do that as a walk in. I left the Watson store for a better store. I told my friend who owns 23 FedEx trucks my experience.

Just left store. Needed a battery for my car alarm. I can put the battery in myself. Asked if they would put it in. The guy did. Then proceeded to charge me $10 for 30 seconds worth of work. When I inquired as to why my bill was so high, thats when he informed me of the fee. Not before. He should have told me there would be a fee prior to performing what I thought would be a courtesy service for a paying customer. RIP OFF!!!
