Quick service said they had the correct size in stock...Dropped off the car was going to wait went down the plaza/strip mall had time to go down to Jimmy Johns have a sandwich and come back they were done within 2 hours before the closing time of the store..For replacing all four tires with every lift being used in the shop area they were very timely for how crowded and busy the facility was..Excellent shop service staff...quick and expedient taking my wheels off.

I was really impressed with their willingness to get my car done timely. I had stopped by to talk about the check engine light and they offered to get it taken care of that day. They gave me a ride home and completed the work by lunch time. Very grateful for the work they did and no more check engine light!!

They hate to be questioned about work they perform. Even if they are right they should be willing to answer every single question you have. They told my wife she needed brakes and rotors. I replaced them myself. However, the rotors were in perfect condition. I kept them just to rub it in their face. Be careful shop smart, and make them tell you about diagnostic fees upfront

Customer service and friendliness is above and beyond at this location. We were down the plaza at Hot Shots playing in a pool tournament. I had ankle surgery earlier this week and needed air in the tire on my knee rover scooter. One of my friends took the scooter down to Dobb’s and Chris put air in the tire without a second thought. Thanks for being awesome, Chris!!!

The mangager’s (Tom) customer service alone prompted me to give this store five stars. I asked about a shuttle to work but it wasn’t available right away, I had to leave in order to not be late for work. Tom called me 10 minutes later informing me the shuttle was ready. When he realized I was walking he insisted on sending the shuttle down Laclede Station road and take me to work.He also was upfront and honest about how busy they were and did not try to get me in the store on a busy day knowing my car might sit there all day. No issues with the oil change and they had it done before my requested time.

Dobbs was able to get me in right away. I dropped off my car the night before and it was done by 9:40am the next day. Clear communication and kindness from the beginning.

My check tire pressure light came on while driving home from work. I went directly to Dobbs at Yorkshire. A nail was discovered in my front driver’s side tire. The time was 5:45 and the shop closes at 6. The crew stayed late to repair the tire to help me with my schedule. I truly appreciated their help.

I walked into this establishment with the dreaded thought of how much is this gonna cost me now! We have all heard horror stories when it comes to taking your car into the shop. I took my car to Dobbs in Yorkshire Plaza in Webster Groves in regard to a blower issue. In one hour and thirty eight minutes the issue was resolved promptly. The Salesperson JRP kept me informed on what was happening and provided me an estimate of what it would cost. JRP was very friendly and answered questions promptly. I would recommend bringing in your auto for service at this location. I look forward to bringing my car back for service. The cost was reasonable and the work done was great.

They had great customer service, and did my inspection well and fast. The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is because they are a bit pricey, but I also have an old car that is always expansive, so I dont know if it was them or the car.

From the moment I called to make an appointment until picking up the car, the gentlemen I talked to were all friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I didnt feel pressured into getting anything unnecessary with those add on sales pressure tactics that is often used at other places; the price that I was quoted on the phone was exactly what I paid when I picked up my car. At all times they were upfront with the status of my car, finishing my tire change much faster than I anticipated. The level of comfort I had at the Laclede location ensures that I will return to them for all of my auto needs!

As a sixteen-year-old girl and this being my first experience at an auto body shop I can safely say I will never be visiting again. They were thinking about overcharge me around $300 taking advantage of the fact that Im a younger female and it being my first time in the auto body shop attempting to charge me almost $130 for a small inspection. And then as well lie to me as what was wrong with my car .they said I had the check engine light on for an EVAP (which I do but already knew that) but also said I had the check engine light on for a engine pressure switch. After picking up my car I took it to AutoZone and use their machine to reread my check engine light codes. There was no code for an engine pressure switch. I did not have anything fixed here and do not plan to in the future.

I went to get an oil change and they recommended some other minor repairs my car may need, but the employees did not pressure me to get them done right away (like some other repair shops have done to me in the past) 10/10 experience this is my go to repair shop for now :)

Fast, friendly, service by knowledgeable people. My hybrid Toyota needed a new hybrid main battery and I am so glad I took it here to be replaced.

My rear driver caliper froze up and clamped down. Spoke to Ron at this Dobbs. He would NOT replace just the caliper on that one wheel, and both rear pads. He wanted to replace both calipers, both rotors, both pads, a brake fluid flush, and possibly the lines - $1300. When I reaffirmed to him I just wanted the caliper on one side and both pads, he stated he would not do it unless I did both sides and the whole thing. Then kept trying to get me to state a price I was willing to pay. I kept telling him I would pay the cost to replace what I wanted to replace and that’s it. He still refused. Kept saying you have to replace the calipers in pairs. I asked three other mechanics I know and did a Google search on several forums. All stated calipers do not have to be changed in pairs. This is the second time I took my car to dobbs (separate locations). And this is the second 1 star review I’ve left. I had hoped it was location specific, and decided to give it a try again, but apparently the entire organization is out to scam patrons. I originally went to Dobbs to save myself time, but decided I’ll to give up 4 hours in overtime ($160) buy the parts ($130) and es it myself in my garage (i have the tools and know how) that evening in 1.5 hours. O and I’m still $1000 ahead. Sorry Dobbs. But I won’t be returning.

So what happened to me is exactly why I only trust Dobbs with my car repairs. I bought new tires 3 months ago. I’ll call it bad luck, but somehow a balancing weight went through my left rear tire, making a hole on the inside rear wall of tire. It could not be repaired. I made it to my faithful Yorkshire Dobbs and the replaced the tire and had me on the road again quickly. It’s service like this that deserves all my business! Thank you.

I had a rotor issue with my 2016 VW Passat. Anthony was professional & informative. After inspecting the brakes, Anthony informed me the fronts would be replaced under warranty but the the back rotors, which are thinner, were showing wear and would need to be addressed soon.They replaced all rotors & pads for me and provided me peace of mind. I’ve been a customer at the Yorkshire Dobbs location for many years now. The service has always been exceptional. Five stars!!!

Dobbs is great! They are super friendly and up front when letting me know what work needs to be done on my car and the price. I (admittedly) procrastinate picking my car up after the work is finished and they are always very understanding and professional.

Dobbs is convenient. My car wouldn’t start this morning and they fit me in, tested my car, changed the battery and I was on my way within an hour. The only downfall is they are kind of expensive. They did work with me a bit on the price and I appreciated that. The workers were all kind and professional.

Made an appointment two days prior. Took it in at 7:30 on a Saturday and it was finished within the hour. Friendly staff and helpful.

After getting a third low tire pressure warning, Dobbs cleaned the bead on the tire so it fit correctly and didnt lose air. Instead of a couple hundred or more for a tire or tire pair, its a 30$ fix. Some shops may have taken advantage of the situation. Also received an analysis of all four tire treads in order to assess when I will need new tires. Honesty and good information is appreciated.

I need it to have work done on my 2009 Jeep. I checked with various mechanics then went to Dobbs. The cost was not only more reasonable at Dobbs, they did extra work for less money. I am very happy with the results

I usually take my car here when I need something fixed.

Do not go to this dobbs location, they tried to say i needed 938 dollars of work done because my check engine light came on. They also said I needed an alignment when THEY did the alignment 12 days before. Then they said it would be 938 to fix issue that caused the light to come on. I took it to Hampton dobbs, Literally the Hampton dobbs location quoted me 605 for the exact same work. I ended up getting the whole issue fixed for 140 at Meineke. I am a girl and I dont know a lot about cars and I feel the Webster groves dobbs saw this and took advantage because I have two quotes, same work, three hundred dollars different. I was speechless. Not cool Webster groves dobbs, not honest, at all.

Dobbs in Webster Groves is amazing!! The manager, Tom, helped me with a warranty claim on my tires through the manufacturer and the process was seamless! The other big national tire store I originally purchased the tire from would not help me process the claim as apparently it was too difficult and they did not have time to help. I had used the other tire chain for nearly 10 years but after this incident, never again!!! I plan to only use Dobbs now and suggest you do to. Tom was able to process the claim with the manufacturer and get my tires replaced within a day. On top of all of this, my new set of 4 tires took less than an hour to put on my car. I have not experienced this level of service in a long time and if this is how Tom runs his shop, then this is where I want to go! Job well done!

I really do enjoy the value of products. Customer services nice but very much programmed and rehearsed. I wish they would give more money saving tips and be able to answer questions when it applies to things like alignment. its a very sinking feeling when someone keeps adding on more and more charges and you just dont know how imperative it really is because you are not an expert about things like this.

Not only do I have a high level of respect for Dobbs in general, but the store in Webster Groves in the Yorkshire plaza has some of the most professional and helpful staff I have experienced with almost any auto shop I’ve been to in the midwest. The workers are knowledgeable in their trade and will meet your wants and needs as best they can. Jon in particular was very accommodating and willing to work with me on the best solution to my truck problems.

I went in to have an air leak checked on my wife’s car. I knew since I didn’t have appointment it could be a wait . Service rep was very nice and helpful. While waiting I decided to schedule a balance /rotate on my other vehicle plus the one I had there to check for the air leakage . This time the manager at this location waited on me . After making the appointment for my other vehicle I mentioned I needed to bring the car in to have the same service done . The manager said while we have it here we’ll do that service and save you having to make another trip next week . I certainly didn’t expect that service to be done given I was a drop by customer and didn’t want to ask if they could do it while my vehicle was back in the shop . I can’t emphasize enough how much that was welcomed! Save a time slot for another customer next week and also met my needs as well . The shop at Yorkshire plaza has always gone above and beyond when it comes to addressing my needs . The manager and service reps are always friendly and accommodating!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone .

Sales experience was good, happy with quality and price of tire. The delivery was disappointing. My brand new tires were filthy with white compound used during the install process. Chris was kind enough to go outside and clean them as best he could but they certainly didn’t look like brand new tires :(

I dropped my car off overnight with a flat tire. By 9am the next morning, they removed a nail, patched it, rotated and balanced the rest of the tires and called me to pick it up. All at no charge with the warranty included with tires bought there

The employees were able to get my tire patch and rotation done in a reasonable amount of time for an excellent price. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt ask for, and didnt treat me differently because Im a woman. Id recommend this place.
