Needed to rent a puller to extract a gimble bearing on my boat. Most other shops only allow you 48hrs. AutoZone allows 90 days. The tool broke, I went back, and had to rent an additional tool. It worked fine, returned tools got 100% of my rental fee back. Great place.

I searched ALOT of stores for a certain bushing for my 2001 Toyota Corolla. Everything seemed to be special order.Jimmy at the Webster store helped me find a universal bushing (that he helped me measure ON my vehicle) that seemed to be just right. After trying it though, the diameter hole was correct, but the bushing housing was 1/4 inch too big, so I called and told Jimmy Id be returning...What I didnt know was Jimmy (8 months a sales associate) was already thinking we could source another bushing. Now that we knew the housing specs he was able to find the correct part...a little after 10 pm (closing time) and I completed the replacement this morning before I was able to drive the car to work! Thank You Jimmy. This is a great store.

They had the item I needed in stock but when I was in store and asked the kid said it wasnt available when it actually was.Secondly when I did go back a second time to purchase the item from the guy who said it was in stock, he informed me that the special gauge and hose to fill the compressor wasnt available.Although the second guy seemed more knowledgeable and experienced I didnt like my experience.

Just purchased a set of windshield wipers at your Webster, MA store (12/8/20). I was serviced by a young man by the name of Jade; he was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, cordial & kind - all the qualities necessary to provide the excellent customer service he gave me. He also gave me an education on wipers while installing them and all this with smiling eyes - I knew he was smiling behind the mask; I could tell he took great pride and had great confidence in his work. Calling ahead is the best thing. They usually have what you need but if not in stock they get it within 2days.

Auto Zone is Webster in my experience has been my go to for most things auto. The staff, while it is always changing, is always very helpful. A recent experience with having hem change the battery in my wife’s car was very favorable. Staff is typically very knowledgeable. Keep it up!

Im very impressed with 4749 the store located in webster. The store looked clean and full, the floors could use some work, but the customer service i received was absolutely fantastic! I was impressed from the start, despite being busy with another customer the young lady working still greeted me as soon as I walked in. As soon as she was done working with the man before me, she came to assist me right away. She was very friendly and cheerful. Her name was Taylor and she helped get the right oil for my car very quickly, which was great because I was in a bit of a rush. Im new to the area but I can say with confidence that this is definitely new store!

Salesperson was way too opinionated about COVID. I went in to buy car parts not to get a bunch of nonsensical rhetoric!

Got here at 7pm last night and the store was closed no employees in the building all lights off and no one to answer the phone. Posted closing time on the window and website is 10pm. Next day which was a Sunday posted opening time is 8am I got there at 9am store not open no employee cars in the lot and no one inside. Other customers in the lot waiting to get inside as well. Need my parts to fix my car and unfortunately for me this is the only local store that has them in stock but they dont seem to like to open so I cant get them even though they are already paid for and just need to be picked up.

So the windshield spray nozzle broke on my car. We came to this location and asked for assistance. Tom B. helped us out with no issue. He found the part in no time. After that we asked if he could help us out to replace it and he did without a single complaint. The hose was leaking a little bit as well and he gave us the part for free. Tom was a very nice man. I totally recommend this store for all your car needs. 😁

Joe Flevry is an amazing person. A night before Thanksgiving and I had a fused headlight and a taillight. I bought the bulbs at the Park Ave Worcester location but they didnt help change the bulbs. Joe not only changed the bulbs for me but he provided excellent customer service. Thanks Joe and thanks Auto Zone. Customer for life!!!

So needing to change my tire at town fair tire in auburn i didnt have the wheel key . I went to auto zone in auburn and had terrible service there . I then called auto zone in webster and immediately felt and received the service i needed and was greatly appreciated. I was given detailed instructions to do to help me as best as possible and when i arrived Joe Fleury of auto zone in webster immediately greeted me, heard my situation out and provided me with the correct parts neede . Not only that .. after the purchase i went to my car in the lot to make sure the part fit and it didnt . Joe Fleury seen me came out of his way to help grabbed tools to help take the lock nug out . Only 3 stars due to I was on my way to the store it was before closing time I called to say hey listen I am on my way can you pull the alternator and have it ready so I dont hold up your closing. Person on the other end said absolutely it will be here. We got to the store at 9:59 walked in the clerk looked at me and said if your paying with cash you need to come back tomorrow as my manager already closed out the cash. I got there before 10 yes only by 1 min they knew I was on my way and would be there just before closing they couldnt have waited I called when I hit the Dudley Charlton line.

Got a high beam bulb for my car. They even came out and installed it for me. Excellent service and customer care.

I have to say, like most people, dealing with car issues makes me a nervous wreck and I hate dealing with it. Im also not very savvy with anything automotive and barely have a grasp on the lingo. That aside, I had issues with my check engine light being on and my car not starting from time to time. They checked my code and saw that my catalytic converter was at low efficiency, and even explained what this meant, as I was unaware. They recommended a relatively cheap product to clean the fuel system and resolve the issue, as opposed to spending 500+$ to replace the converter (according to some Google searches). I then asked if this would be related to my car not starting at times, and they offered to test my battery and found that it needed replacing, gave me a pretty good deal on a battery, and replaced it for me. I thought the battery testing and replacement would be extra, but I only paid for the battery and the fuel system cleaner. The two guys who helped me out were very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and feel that I can rest easy going here for advice in the future.

They sold me the wrong break pads at first and instead of giving me a store credit they refunded my card and charged me a second time for them and I even explained the difference to them about my car year there is a before and after year for the pads for the manufacturing date and they still didnt get it now its 10 days later and I still havent seen my refund for the return purchase so as of now break pads cost me $87.63
