This guy couldn’t be any more helpful.I was actually shocked at how helpful & polite he & the other guy in the office were.Ken made sure he got every bit of information needed to get the parts that I was looking for.No mistakes, perfect every time.Thank you for all your help.

Called about rims...had what I was looking for in NY. They said they could have them brought to a closer location after I paid. I asked if they could send a pic to make sure the condition was better than what I currently had oh no, we dont have a picture. I asked if I could have the telephone number to where they are currently located so they can send a picture? No, they dont have a telephone number. What?! Why would I spend hundreds of dollars on something I have no idea on whether or not its going be an improvement? Before I could reply, to his no, they dont have a telephone number he hangs up. I guess these guys dont like dealing with women or someone who actually wants to know what theyre buying. VERY POOR customer service. Very poor. I would have given NO STARS but thats not the way this program works.

Ordered parts about two weeks ago from lkq, and got a great price on them. They were supposed to be in a few days later but the parts were broken when recieved. They promptly refunded my money and ordered a new part for me. When the new one came in they loaded it onto my truck and the parts are in good condition for being used. Good place to go for used parts, and they were very polite through the whole process.

Went there to get a part for my truck ordered it and paid for it. Thought all was good. Didnt hear from them at all for three weeks untill I went in on Monday hoping part was there. Was told by counter person that order was canceled and part wasnt available but when I had ordered it it was. So now waiting to see if refund is going to be entered back into bank account. Not a happy camper. And giving 3 star rating is a stretch.

Order a motor for a Pontiac g6 answer all there questions . they send a uplander motor and tell me its the same long block . now we need to eat 3/4 hours of labor and switch out manifolds, mount brackets, oil filter adapter, and motor brackets . There management just says too bad. Not for the customer at this place . Beware

I called for some parts and after confirming 5 times over the phone yes this is the part I drive for 1.5 hour to see its not the part. Smh people stay away from this used auto parts.

Was told they had a part I needed, drove all the way there, no part. Centralized dispatch has no real time idea. Waste of time.
