*THIS STORE IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2019!*I absolutely miss having Kmart where I live (Vernon, CT) and this one in Webster is shuttered as well. This store obviously closed earlier than expected. This store has been a Kmart since 1980. Soon, Kmart will be a thing of the past since the company might become defunct by next year or so. I sorta feel bad for Eddie Lampert (who has flushed most of their stores (even Sears stores) down the drain. Upon our visit on 10/6/2019, this store still had everything well stocked. If you lived close to a Kmart store or if this was your childhood Kmart, you will miss having it, dont you think?

Cheap things! It’s like going back into a time machine to 1985

We moved to Douglas a couple months ago and I was so excited to see a Kmart that was still open. Its been about a decade since Ive been in one. This store is great, sad to see its closing now.

Bought a car battery a few weeks ago and went to return the old one tonight to get the refund for the core. I didnt have my receipt but figured they could look it up on my Shop My Way account.Erin the night supervisor was very helpful. I really did need the receipt because it has a number on it that they need to process the core refund. But she figured out a work around so I didnt have to come back with the receipt.I was guilty of going in close to closing time but she was patient and helpful and worked with me until the refund was processed.In general I like this store because its convenient and has a good selection at great prices.

I liked shopping there at one point then I started to go to Wal-Mart cuz they have better prices and my size on jeans

All the toddler character clothes were a wrinkled mess. The baby department was none existing. Thats the second time for the baby department. The toys were all picked over and messy. Ive never been disappointed in Kmart but this time was a very bad shopping expririense. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere.

Most of the staff is fine. Encountered a rude man who worked their this morning. Their website and front door said the store opens at 8 am on Saturday and Sunday. I went to the store at 8:30 and he comes out and was saying we open at 9. I did tell him they may want to update the signage and website ro state the new time he got louder and said we open at 9 and walked away. It was offputting and if a company is having as many issues with their stores, they should be more mindful of business practices.

K Mart is 5 stars lit and legit store, I loving it.

I have taken my boys here every year for 5 years straight and did the secret Santa deal where we pay for toys in lay away. Last year we did over 6,000 in lay away payments. This year we went there to do the same and the manager Jen was so rude we just left. We had over 40 families toys picked out and ready to purchase and she ran us out of lay away area for “liability reasons.” We are walking into Wal Mart now where hopefully the manager isn’t going to ruin Christmas for 40 plus families.

Amazing store at low prices!

Sad to see this store close. I’m only 19, but I’ve been going there since I was a child. I’ve had nothing but good memories and experiences there. It’s sad to see the store go.
