Everyone was helpful, friendly, and the store was very clean and fully stocked. Its my go to place! One stop shop.
CHECK YOUR FOOD! I have recently moved. I was so excited to be close to a Target that I could use as my one stop shop. Since July I have thrown so many items away. The first time, I didnt think much if it because I know sometimes things slip through and they may not get taken off the shelf. But the more and I shopped, the more I noticed expired items in my fridge and pantry. Not even by a day or two, but a few were months! Yogurt, prosciutto, hummus, bread, cheese...and so on. Needless to say there has been a lot of money wasted. It has obviously raised my awareness. Now, if I do ever buy any food from Target, I am sure to triple check the dates!

STARBUCKS: The 2 young ladies that worked the late afternoon shift this past Saturday were awesome! I stopped in for a quick drink seeing that other options in the area were lackluster and I’m glad I did! One young lady took our order and offered suggestions to our drinks while the other prepared them and offered suggestions as well. Both ladies were personable and very knowledgeable about the drink offerings! I will definitely be back again!
Had a really BAD EXPERIENCE here today. The doors at the pick up counter end were still locked from water that got in HOURS ago. After calling 3 times, someone finally answered and said I could do curbside. This was an online order so I couldnt pick curbside earlier. A nice young man brought out my item. Im HANDICAPPED!! I would have had to walk all the way down to the pick up counter and back because the doors were STILL locked! The lady said the water had been cleaned up...SOOOOO...OPEN THE DOORS!! GEEZ!! Target obviously doesnt care about HANDICAPPED people very much. Shame on Target!
The peoples attitudes have changed, they are way more customer service oriented, go above and beyond and smiling and friendly. Rashard at the entrance is absolutely 100% amazing

This Target is even more enjoyable to shop at now. They have done a wonderful job remodeling the store as it looks so chic and modern. The aisles are bright and wide. Items are easy to find with aisle/category labels easily visible as you walk around. And shelves are well-stocked. You can get on their free wifi and find product reviews & aisle locations. There are even more self-checkout registers now that are so convenient to use. Refreshments are available at the newly-remodeled Starbucks that has a huge dining area.
Great customer service and I can always find a representative to ask about a product or two.

When I couldnt find my item at the store on tax free weekend which I loathe almost as much as black Friday shopping. The guest services lady helped me find the item at another store for pick up. I am recovering from a broken ankle and torn ACL & knee fracture, walking is extremely hard on a normal day. And that day was not a normal day.
Great shopping experience, the team is very friendly and want to make sure you find everything you need.
The online service was not bad and the code for pickup at the curbside was especially nice. I will try the service in the future.

The ordering and pick up process was so easy that even a novice can complete it without trouble. The method of pickup can be easily changed in the store app when the customer checks in. Also, the contactless delivery was truly without contact. Upon check-in, the app sends a code that the customer can show the associate without opening the car window. After placing items in the trunk, the associate waved to thank me. Target is truly ahead of the curve, conscious of their customers safety, and is an asset in any community.
The store is open, bright, and clean and the cashiers are friendly.

There isnt much to say. The return process is user friendly and fast. I like that fact that I dont have t keep up with receipts when I use my debit card.

Ordered a pair of jeans on the computer. With no option for curbside, it defaulted to in-store pickup. It let me know I could change to curbside within the app. (Why is there no option for curbside pickup if you dont order through the app?) So, I installed the app, but the option for changing to curbside within the app was not available until the next day.Once that was done, the whole pickup experience at their curbside area was great!

Today, I had the opportunity to do something nice for someone I really care about, but I was having a lot of trouble trying to execute. Last Friday, my dear friend and I went to the Starbucks in the Target (wonderful experience, everyone is nice and helpful), and he ordered something he really liked, and I wanted to get this same drink for him today. However, there was no way I could get a copy of the receipt to see what the actual order was. After contacting four departments, I was rerouted to an angel named Janet. She went through great lengths to help me with my predicament and I would give her the world if I could. She was able to get the order after three or four different issues popped up trying to get it, but I eventually was able to order the drink for him again and it is currently on the way from Uber Eats. I will never be able to thank Target, Starbucks or especially Janet enough with the help they have given me this afternoon. I graduate from college in 2023, and I will never hesitate to visit this Target with any of my decorative, arts-and-crafts, food (well maybe not food because theyre a little more expensive and Im broke), or any other miscellaneous Target-related needs until I graduate that year. Thank you so much for your help!update, 5 days later: hes my boyfriend now >:)

Today I received the very best customer service I have ever received in any retail location! Scotty went above and beyond to help me find a car seat I needed. He checked the floor and then offered to look in the back. He then came back and tried to assist me in purchasing it and having it ordered. He then called Savrita for additional support. Savrita and Scotty were helpful, honest, down to earth, determined, etc, etc, and all of the above. My husband made sure to compliment them both to Ms. Janet. Ms. Janet gave them a quick shoutout on the the loud speaker and my husband and I couldn’t help but clap. This is the kind of positive energy the world needs! Target is very lucky to have a team like Scotty, Savrita and Janet!

Pharmacy doesnt take active duty Military insurance. If you are a service member, there are plenty of military-friendly pharmacies in the area who would be happy to accomodate you and your familys medical needs. The pharmacist was very polite.
They have a sign on the door saying Emergency Notice, masks are required inside per the local order starting Monday. But then you see alot of people walking in with no mask. A worker is standing at the door and doesnt say a word to those people two days in a row now, like they are being trained to do that. It doesnt make sense to have the sign if they arent going to enforce it. Other businesses in the area will not let you come inside without one.
They usually have what I need. Staff are friendly and informative. In-store pick up was quick and easy.

My visit to the store was to pick up an order. Especially important during the Corona-19 pandemic, the store appeared impeccably clean and the friendly employees in the customer pick-up area were wearing masks. I felt safe. I hope to return this beautiful store soon to do some in-store shopping.

Target is more upscale than its competitors, and it is a pleasant place to shop. The grocery component is much smaller after the remodel, but I still like to look for unusual items not offered at other stores. Target has a good domestics section too.
They have an excellent selection of items in almost any section, but the prices are insanely high. I have never understood why I should pay extra for a logo to be on the bags when I leave and the use of a nicer cart. The products are the same, but sometimes twice the cast... Im good.
This week I visited another Target store that did not appear as clean as the Baybrook store. At the other store customers were NOT wearing masks. I left that store and traveled to the Baybrook store, where I was greeted, had to opportunity to use hand sanitizer, and get a clean cart. Everything looked above expectations. Employees made eye contact and some greeted me. When I checked out, Alexandra was friendly and helpful. When I asked for the manager, Janet came out and introduced herself to me. I complimented them both on their high level of service. It just made my day in this time of COVID, where everything could be overlooked. It was important for me to recognize these two staff persons in particular.

This by far was my worse visit every.I came in early during their hours 65 or older pregnant women are underlying condition to get Tylenol for my son who has epilepsy and chronic lung disease and was told at the door I didn’t meet those requirements because I didn’t have my son with me. And at that point I said you know what I’m not even gonna do business here and as I was walking out their staff said oh I’ll stand outside and tell whoever that they can’t come in till 9 o’clock very disrespectful very non-professional
All associates were polite and helpful. I did not have to walk but a few feet before being asked if I needed help. This was a refreshing trip from the old days. Worth the trip.
Quality items for great prices!
Around 930 am today I was at self checkout and the lady worker ( blondish, maybe 40s or 50s, Caucasian) was soooo helpful. Helped me without even me asking.. my toddler was being fussy and she helped me out. Talk about caring staff!!!! Give her a raise. Merry Christmas.
I usually dont buy meat or produce from target picked up potatoes today full of holes from some critter... Never agian.
Availability and quality of items - What can I say about a Target trip? Especially during the Pandemic, it is oddly satisfying to go somewhere and know that you can find the things you need at prices you can afford. The one suggestion I have is to please expand the selection of girls clothing to include primary colors and longer cuts for shorts.

I’ve only ever done drive up orders at this location, but they always get my order right and it’s always finished sooner than I anticipate. My only suggestion is pick up orders for cold items. Overall 9/10 would recommendUpdate: You can get produce and cold/frozen items through with drive-up orders now! 10/10
We love Target! So, when we got married we choose to do one of our registries there. The Baybrook Target is usually my favorite and we drive from East Pearland to go to it. However, our wedding registry experience was poor. When we walked in to originally register and asked about how to do a registry the first time no one helped us or even answered our question. They stared at us and pointed at a registry wand. We understand it’s not difficult and it’s easy on your phone. But I guess we expected to be taken better care of. After the wedding I went in to use our completion coupon. We had no problems returning items. We gathered what we wanted but at the register we had issue with the cashier (she may have been a manager or someone from customer service). I believe her name was Amber. She told us the coupon wouldn’t work was. She very flippant and impatient. She did say she would try but also repeatedly said it wouldn’t work and acted put off that I was disappointed. I was buying $400 worth of items. So, we walked away empty handed and that also didn’t bother her. I stopped by customer care to just talk to them more about why it wouldn’t work and not about the cashier. I wanted to understand why it wouldn’t work. Amber came over interrupted our conversation with customer service. Her tone became loud and aggressive and when I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude she got very upset. We told them we would take our business elsewhere. I ended up ordering all of our items online and had no issues using the coupon like she said I would. This was not a fun or enjoyable experience and it was on my birthday. We will not be shopping with this Target for awhile and we DO NOT recommend you use their registries. We had a wonderful experience at Bed Bath and Beyond. They congratulated us, gave us a gift and when there were issues helped us solved them with a smile. Don’t waste your time here.

Has variety amount of options and good price ranges, the only thing I dont like is my location, but of course, that has nothing to do with target itself.
I cant believe how easy it was... Ive used in-store pickup from other stores before, but this was MUCH easier! I needed some very specific things for a work project, so I just found them online, added them to my cart, paid online, and stopped by the store on my way home. The pickup counter is right by the front door, and employee was there waiting, and the entire pickup process didnt take longer than a couple of minutes.

I love my target, clean, always in stock, friendly. I shop here a lot ( 2-3 times a week) never had a problem.This was my first time at the optical inside the target and the attendant was very helpful. She helped me find the best deal with my insurance as well as rebates for contacts. Very timely no wait.Once I had an issue where my valid coupon wouldnt take, however an attendant helped me and was very nice about it.
This store has so many things that most targets do not have! I love their selection of chickpea pastas. Theyve always had charged carts for people who have mobility issues. And I love that they have my dry shampoo because that has come in handy and multiple hair emergency situations
Can not stand how large retail companies treat the environment. We have to protect it not profit off of it. Please find more green friendly products.

I just placed an order for pick up for something for my son’s birthday. I called because I couldn’t pick it up in the allotted time & asked if they could please hold it one extra day. Other Targets are more than accommodating to do this. It’s even an option when they email you that it’s ready for pick up. The customer service people I talked to said “No. If it’s not picked up in 72 hours, it goes back on the floor.” I said great okay. 👍🏼 You just lost my business. Refund my card & go ahead and put it back on the floor. What store manager would WANT to lose the sale?! Ridiculous! The only reason I did the order pick up at that store was because the League City Target didn’t have it. I should have known better. It seriously makes zero sense.

The store employees always greet you and are very courteous. They always have what you need in stock and always have awesome promotional offers. They have a cartwheel app with digital coupons to use to save you a few coins on your purchases in store. The store is always clean too!
The new layout is Horrible! I don’t understand how everything is placed like a maze, it is too narrow on some areas for carts to get through. Target is also known for their popcorn, where did that go? Do NOT recommend this location.
This was a Super Target but was remodeled without the distinction, and it seems like the grocery section was trimmed down a little bit, but the additional merchandise, housewares, and clothes sections are so much beyond the competition its crazy. This is such a more upscale place now and has really great products. The prices are great and if you have a Target REDcard, you get an additional 5% off everything in the store, which is awesome. Theres also a starbucks in the front that can set you up with a great beverage and snack for your Target run. They also seem to have really great staff here. Theyve always been willing to help us find something. Definitely plan to return to this location!
Worst target experience ever, at closing on 6/13/2020 the woman who was closing registers I’m assuming she was an lod or tl but she was very rude. This is not the my first bad experience at this store so I will just go somewhere else. Bad customer service bad store.
Well stocked store. Clean and well lit. The parking lot is large with normal sized parking spaces. There were a few carts around the parking lot and at least one coral was over full. This place has a pretty good book selection for a supermarket. It is easy to find and there are a set of traffic lights to help you cross traffic.

I ordered school supplies online. They said it would be ready in two hours. I got an email saying that the items where ready. When I got to the store to pick up the 30 supplies only 3 were at the store. The other items would come in other dates because they were out of stock. But I went and checked and all of the items were there at the store. Please so not order your school supplies online.
Ive had more than one employee give me attitude or roll their eyes and huff under their breath. The customer service is not good.
My friends were registered for there wedding here. I used the online site, paid and after work was able tob pick up my order. At the store the employee was very nice and had my order already ready for me.
Target drive up is every moms lifesaver! It is super convenient and fast! No taking out the car seat and juggling your kids in Target. Target drive up will save the day!

I like most Targets and this one isnt bad. Ive had multiple issues with one of the pharmacists (or techs), but the store staff is great and really helpful. Staff have helped is find the right juice for our son, or a good dip for a party. Ive gotten great clothing and housewares from this store over the last few years. I would totally give it an extra star if not for the issues with the pharmacy.
Newly remodeled. Very narrow lines. A person in a wheelchair or walker will have issues. Not ADA friendly. The deli and product area is smaller after remodeling. Seemed disorganized
