I was able to get the fabric I needed here. They had so much fabric that I didnt even know what to do though. There were so many materials and a plethora of opportunities. I love this store! Great customer service as well.

Nice fabric selection. The workers that cut my fabric are always super nice and helpful with sale information. I can usually catch a good sale on fabric and needles, sometimes you just have to wait till the next week because the sales rotate.

Joann has a larger variety of fabrics than Hobby Lobby and they match competitors prices and have door busters with good prices. It was my first time here and was not disappointed.

Friendly greeting as I entered, helpful at cutting table, and checkout. A short wait in line. Selection of fabric was plentiful. I found everything I needed.

The employees were friendly, the fabric counter was efficient, and I found some fabric I really liked on the reduced rack. Win win win!

Unique selection for fabric and craft lovers. Some associates are helpful, whereas some expect you to approach them with some prior knowledge regarding the store. Good idea have a coupon to mitigate slightly higher prices.

They have good stock however they were out of the item that I need ed will not completely out they had one and I need ed to but I did check with them they have some on order so I should be able to pick up what I need next week so all in all it seems well

The employees were very helpful. They even went as far as helping me pick out what color poster/paper to use for a poster I was working on in my class. The poster turned out really pretty and Im glad I got the extra help since it was worth like 15% of my grade 🤣

Normally I like Joanns ok but here recently they give you coupons to use for 50% off of a regular priced item but theres not one thing in the store that isnt already on sale in some way. I dont think they should offer coupons and then find ways to keep us from using them! This situation is getting old. I went in today and what I intended to purchase had nothing off and there were no signs saying it was on sale. At checkout I was told it was on sale and for much lesd than the half off coupon. Better places to go for quilting supplies!

I have been coming to this store for years and recently this stores customer service and management has gone down the drain, I’ve never gone to a store so much and had a manager argue with me so much. I will go to a different Joanns from now on or find somewhere else to take my business.

This is a nice JoAnn store. They have more fabric than any of their other stores. (If not, it sure looks like it!) The employees were helpful and friendly. They even helped me locate a coupon as I was checking out?

This store is always so warm. Love to shop there but cant stay long inside it gets too hot.

Found the yarn I needed and the price was very fair. I did note that the prices for Easter items and garden decorations were very high at 40% off. They were at least 50% higher than other places even with their 40% discount. I would not choose to shop here again for any decorator items pertaining to any holidays. Very disappointing.

I went to many places to look for a suede fabric for my head board and couldnt find it until I visited Joann. They were very helpful and found everything I needed. This will be my fabric store for now on.

Hated it. The rudest staff ever. They dont listen. Their favorite phrase is I dont Cheryl said that. The manager on duty said they dont assist the customers with patterns and the Whole McCalls pattern draw were miss number out of order. Bay area store. I didnt not ask to hear we dont have to time for. Because good customer service is that your store is in order and if a customer ask about your sale ad the Whole store staff should be able to tell. You shouldnt not here you are the only one complain. That is why my money is still in my purse and not theirs.

So glad I went here, I found everything I needed to design my own shirts, my way. I searched the office depots for those special markers and almost gave up until they knew what I was looking for and had it right there. Should come to this place more often when I wanna design some clothes! 🖤

Do yourself a favor and support a smaller sewing shop instead of these horrendous people. I have never been treated so rudely by management in my life.I understand that they have been busier lately due to increased orders for mask making. However, it does not excuse the poor quality of customer service and bad attitudes towards their patrons. They have had the inside of the store closed for about a week now. You would think that this would give them more time to focus on curbside pickup, but it is impossible to even get them on the phone (and orders are taking 3+ days to be fulfilled), so you have to walk up to the doors. This didnt really bother me, but I arrived at 4:30 and had a manager tell me in a very rude tone that they would not give me my order because they were closing (they dont close until 5 and it takes less than a minute to go and grab the orders from inside. I know this because it was my second curbside order). Another employee delivered orders to the five or so cars that were in line (didnt take her long to do this at all) and asked me for my order number so that she could grab my stuff for me. As she was taking my order number down, the manager came out and yelled at her saying that she needs to take care of the other people instead of me and not hand out any more orders, even though they had already received all of their orders and there was still 20 minutes until closing time. You could tell that the employee was upset and embarrassed by this, as she was just doing her job and helping customers.I hope corporate will clue in to how awful this woman (the manager) is and find someone more suitable to manage their stores. I felt bad for the employees working under her and am hesitant to even return to that store because of how horribly rude she was.

Unbeatable in terms of selection. It gets a bit busy and there is a line to get things cut but still, no one else has the variety.

I always love to go to Joanns. I could spend a couple of hours looking at all the beautiful fabrics. I get so many new ideas for my quilting projects.

I love Joanns and they have great selection of materials and sewing equipment. I got my sewing machine from here a year ago and continue to get my materials from here. One occasion I asked if they had something in store and where it might be and they were clueless about it and then I asked if they could see if another store of theirs had it and they said not sure. And they called over my mom to translate to a couple in Spanish so that was unprofessional. Other than those two occasions, excellent place.

Long wait time for fabric, but thats pretty standard. otherwise this store offers a great and varied selection. The fabrics available range from cutesy flannels to pleather upholstery and everything in between. Great for if you want to dip your feet into a new sewing hobby, or are looking for some inspiration for your next project. have fun🌿

Warning! JoAnns refuses to ban customers open carrying weapons in their stores. We cant identify who is a mass shooter until its too late with people walking around with ARs. As a military family we support concealed carry not open carry. Walmart changed their policy and they carry fabric so Ill shop there until JoAnns changes their policy.

I like it for the most part! Sometimes it can be over priced but usually a great place for sewing/embroidery materials, fabrics and crafts!

Went to Joann’s for a small piece of ribbon. Had to wait 45 mins to get the ribbon cut because there were 4 customers in front off me with baskets full of fabric to be cut and only 3 ladies cutting. There are stations for 5 cutters. Saw several employees walking around the store doing non-customer service work. Asked if they could cut ribbons for me and they said no. After I checked out I asked for store manager. Yvonne came out and I explained my situation. I suggested that she should get more employees to cut when there is a long line and/or open an “express line.” Her comment was “we don’t have a system to accomodate that.” Not a good answer. I will think long and hard before I stop in there again.

Decor prices are high even half priced compared to other places, but its all very organized and people are helpful.

Emphasis on Fabrics. I came here looking for a new craft store but wasnt impressed. Hobby lobby or Michaels are definitely better in that department. But they did have A LOT of fabrics and sewing stuff.Theres a whole bunch of deals throughout the store but its still really pricey. So maybe dont come here if youre on a budget.Personally, this store isnt my cup of tea, but if you like to sew or get decent paychecks, its definitely worth checking out.

Everyone wears masks is polite and patient. Good service from the staff.

Large selection of fabrics to pick from however somethings are over priced, for example a can of ScotchGard fabric protector was 16.99 when the exact same can at Walmart was only 6.99. But the coupon for 40% off of an item was a good deal.

This was my third visit to this store, and come only because I bring my wife, but I do enjoy looking around at the great selection of items. I myself, do not sew or do anything with fabric, but my wife loves to crochet, and always seems to find what she needs to complete her projects. The store appears to be very organized, clean, and well stocked. The prices seem reasonable as well. Friendly staff make the visit even more enjoyable, especially for someone like me who would rather be at a home improvement store. Great store overall.

There was a table set up for the grandkids to color a picture and then the picture was ironed on a free bag, so cool! The had all the fabric we needed for a baby shower gift but one type of fabric that shown as in stock on line we werent able to find. Overall Joannes is a wonderful store and they are building one closer to where we live, so glad to hear!

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an online order of four items for in-store pickup. The order was so small that I called the store to ask whether the order would be fulfilled today or tomorrow. The store clerk informed me that the in-store pickup fulfillment process takes 3-5 days. I kindly asked her to cancel the order. This company is archaic and slow to meet the needs of their customers. Stay far away.

I went in looking for some fabric to make a fleece blanket for my sister in law. She told me she liked Lion King and I had just accepted the fact that I wouldnt find anything with Lion King but I found it here at this store and when I was looking for a matching fabric without asking for any help from the staff an associate came over to me and gave me color suggestions! I was honestly blown away by the customer service I was given and the selection this store has. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be coming back!

They set the industry standard on Sales Tax Exemption purchases by maintaining a national data base.I spend a considerable amount of time and money at Joanns and appreciate their selection, sales, coupons, and staff. The stores are clean and organized with seasonal displays easily found. Five stars are well deserved for Joanns.

The manager of this store is horribly rude and unprofessional. I completely understand that things take longer right now and I understand that its possible that my online order will be canceled if the items are out of stock when its time to pick my order, but what I do NOT appreciate is the nasty attitude from the manager when you ask her a question or she answers the phone. She has behaved this way with me twice since we were told to avoid going out - before the store was closed to patrons, and again now that everything is online/pickup only. I feel bad for the employees who work under her because she is belittling and extremely rude. I will inconvenience myself to avoid this store because of her. I have not matched energies with her because its not going to change her behavior, I just hope that the regional manager is paying attention and transitions her to the competition soon, replacing her with someone who is better suited for the job.Their orders are taking up to 5 days to fill right now. This is not mentioned on their site, in the order cart, on the phone, etc.They will cancel your ENTIRE order if one thing is out of stock.The website will show items in stock in that location even after they have canceled your order stating out of stock. (Dont bother calling to ask why that happens, because she just raises her voice and says I DONT KNOW) Just avoid this store if you can.

The store is nicely organized and it is easy to find what you need but the employees at the fabric cutting stations were so rude and intense, they really needed to take a chill pill. My experience with was not the best but the person next to me I feel so bad for. She was trying to make a few mask and was figuring out the measurements because at first she didn’t know how much she would need and as she was figuring it out she was a little hesitant and the the clerk was like “LOOK I don’t know how much you need YOU need to tell be what YOU Want.” While slamming her hands on the counter. I swear they need to be more patient with people. Not everybody an exspert sewer and know how JOANNa work, that does mean you can be all up tight and rude with costumers. Some employees there are nice than others, like the cashiers, the person at the front entrance and people stocking when it come to finding stuff, but this will never be my go to fabric and craft place be cause of the poor employee behaviors.

My daughter and I visited this location today and I could not believe how rude the employees were. It was about 25 minutes to closing and we were aware of their closing time. We were running in real quick to check out their Halloween items. As soon as we walked through the door we were told they close in 20 minutes. We barely got down the first aisle and were told again they close in 20 minutes. Not even 2 minutes later after that we were told again they are closing in 20 minutes. Needless to say that was not the best customer service. Customers should always receive the same level of great customer service regardless of the time of day.
