The employees here are always super nice and helpful! but this is the only sally’s within an hour of my house and they NEVER have anything in stock. today was the second time in two months i’ve tried to go there for hair dye; the first time they had almost nothing (not even tint brushes), and this time they had somehow even less. i asked about restock, but was told no one knew when it would be or where i could get the dye i needed nearby. if you’re looking for semi-permanent hair dye in any brand OTHER than ion, go elsewhere. this place is a massive waste of time.

Its where I buy my tools for nails and hair care, fun color hair dye, and the staff helpful and doesnt mind me asking questions. I would love to work there.

Britney must of been having a bad day because, she hang up the phone on me. I called back & she said she couldnt hear me & that service was breaking up after clearly having a dialogue with me about a product I was looking for, plus tries to put me on hold?! No thanks. She seems nice in person but dont let that fool you, dont contact her through the phone. Rude customer service from her behalf. In the future learn to at least apologize to your customers even if you think youre right or youll get nowhere. Will be taking my business to another Sallys. Thankful theres plenty more :) Avoid this employee & all the grumpy workers you find.
