Very pro-customer, I was impressed at the level of attention and service I received through the entire research and purchase process of the Floe trailer I purchased. Mary and Melissa were both extremely friendly and eager to answer every question I had. The trailer I bought is awesome too. Definitely a dealership to consider for boating or trailer needs.

I have been shopping for many months looking for an enclosed trailer that I plan on using for my upcoming residential move. Ive been looking at Marketplace and Craigslist and shopping for brand new or used enclosed trailers. I happen to come across Hazard Marines ad in Marketplace then saw the price for the 16 x 7 V-nose enclosed trailer for the price of $4,700. Well the ad is true I enquired over the phone spoke with Timothy and Mary Then followed up with Melissa who are all wonderful to deal with. I even received my financing over the phone. I was able to do everything over the phone but look at the trailer because live 50 miles away. When I got to Hazard marine and looked at the trailer Im very pleased and continued with my purchase. Everybody was excellent to deal with and I would purchase from them again

Although I did not visit the marine, I was recently at Webster Lake trying to launch my pontoon, and someone with a Hazard Marine SUV with a trailer was taking up a spot at the boat ramp while his partner was steering his boat toward the other side of the cove. It was a busy evening on a warm day and there were several others on the boat ramp or waiting nearby. I nicely asked if he minded moving so that we could use the spot he was in, and he was extremely rude to me. I explained that we just needed to quickly use the ramp to launch our pontoon and pull it over to the sand, and he continued to be rude and clearly annoyed I was asking him to move his parked truck off the busy boat ramp. It is courteous to not hog the boat ramp but this particular Hazard Marine employee was extremely unprofessional and rude, not to mention hogging a perfect spot on the ramp when others were clearly trying to get in and out of the lake.All I can say is I am glad that we bought our boat at Lakeview Marine instead, if he is any indication of the level of professionalism that exists at Hazard.
Just a quick note of thanks to Marry for helping me out with paper work today as usual she did a great job and was pleasant to deal with.
Have used for years but not again, was told I was not charged enough for shrink wrapping, even though I am a return customer......the used termite infested 2x4 bracing even though I sent back the wood they used last year including the plastic rope ties and carpet, I got someone’s old shrink wrap as filler for bracing, and heat gun damage to my pin striping and holes in the wrap which let water in, very disheartening

After spending several weeks looking for a used enclosed trailer we contacted Hazards Marine for a NEW trailer they had listed on FB Marketplace. They were prompt in returning my inquiries, and quoted me an out-the-door price without the usual come on down to talk sales pitch. We went to look at it and within an hour we were on our way home with the new trailer! Thanks Mary and crew at Hazard Marine!
My father (black man) went to purchase four springs for his trailer, the guy at the counter never acknowledged him and after 20 minutes the sales associate waited on a new customer. After an hour he offered to assist, my dad placed his order for four springs for his trailer, after waiting another 4 HOURS, he received TWO!! POOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. DOES THIS HAVE TO DO EITH RACE???
Great experience here. Broke a trim tab bolt and dinged the prop on underwater debris while motoring down ICW. Called Hazzard and we were able to pull right into slings. They had the parts and got to it immediately. Within an hour we were continuing our way south! All at a very very reasonable price. Thanks Hazzard!
Bought a cargo trailer from Hazard Marine on Friday, and I have to say what a wonderful experience. They were helpful, curious and made the whole experience great. The lady Mary at the front desk was just a pleasure to deal with and all the staff that I dealt with were just great. Great family business.

Hazard Marine is very unprofessional and rude customer service.. not to mention inexperienced mechanics...I brought my boat for tune up..I ran great for years.. just wanted to maintain..Had to bring back 3 times..Each time something wrong..new this new that..Stuck on water 3 times ..They put wrong parts on my motor cost me thousand dollars to repair 3 times to still have to bring to US marine to have someone who knows what they,are doing fix my boat right finally..Save your time and money!Dont go to Hazard

Complete joke. They dont even deserve one star. Took my boat in for 3 weeks said I had a bad alternator, did work I did not approved pick up my boat doing the exact same thing brought it back to them. The mechanic told me to spray gas in the carburetor and check the timing. He said they dont have time to figure it out paid them over $700 after days of no phone calls back no follow-up they finally refunded me $450. Would not refund me the rest of the money and do not want to work on my boat. I wouldnt bring my weed wacker to them. Complete disappointment complete joke

Bought a boat on April 7th 2017 never got our paper work (title,registration) until May 4th 2017. So not pleasant to deal with when I called after 3 weeks asking Mary where it was. She was rude and told me it wasnt her fault and hung up the phone on me. I paid cash for the boat and prepaid for the title and registration in hopes of a smooth transaction. NO WAY did that happen. Sorry but will not do business with you again!!!

We bought a boat from them only a month ago and after 6 rides it was already not working. They have been completely unhelpful when trying to get their assistance in getting the boat out for maintenance, refusing to set up a time to come and not showing when they say they were going to. We called today to complain about the lack of service after only buying the boat a month ago and the man on the phone was the most disrespectful representative I have ever dealt with. He yelled at us saying they had no obligation to us and that we werent their only customer. If this is how they plan to keep any customers I do wonder how anyone can still go there. If you are looking to buy a boat or get maintenance on yours I highly suggest you look elsewhere. These people clearly do not care about their customers and just want to make their money with no extra work. I would give this place zero stars if I could and suggest everyone to look elsewhere.

Hazard Marine has poor customer service and communication skills. They had my boat for over a month and after calling half a dozen times I finally went down to the shop to talk to them in person and they accused me of never calling to confirm I wanted the work done on my boat. That was false I had been told on two separate occasions that my boat would be ready and each time I called to check the status of the progress, no one seemed to have an anwser. I agreed to still have the work done after I went down to speak with them in person and I politely asked the front desk if there was some sort of a discount I could get for their lack of communication which caused the boat to sit for weeks with out being worked on and inconvenience. The mechanic overheard and became angry and told me I was crossing the line and told be he would not be working on my boat and would tow it out of the gate for me to pick up and blamed me for the problem with my boat when they incorrectly winterized it the winter before. I will not be doing business with them in the future and I highly recommend you do the same if you want to enjoy using your boat this season and avoid the headache of dealing with incompetent people. (Only putting one star because it requires a rating to post)
