Out of all of the tile stores Ive been to in the recent months, their customer service is by far the best that I experienced. Johnny went above and beyond in helping me find tile, giving me sampled to take home and made the check out and pick up process so easy and convenient. I went into the store not knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised by their prices and selections. Id highly recommend Johnny and this store if youre in the market for tile.

Fantastic selection and great customer service!

This location had exactly what I wanted and cheaper than others. When they didnt have it in stock, after saying they did, they drove to the other location in The Woodlands to get it for us. It wasnt even a big order. I never write reviews, but I had to this time.

Walked in to a beautiful showroom with incredible customer service that assisted all my needs for my home remodel! I got the best price in town on my floor! Went there to “look”at the tile for my restroom remodel. When I walked through the front door I was greeted by an employee named George. He asked me what brought me in today and proceeded to show me everything that I had in mind. Needless to say I ended up with everything I needed to do my tile in my master restroom! Free delivery had me sold! Plus super competitive prices! 10/10 would definitely be coming back for all my flooring needs.

If you are looking for friendly staff, best price, best selection and INSTOCK .... ITILE is the place to go !! I went with a sample from another store and left out with a similar tile for $1 sqft less .... with the savings from ITILE my customer was able to buy flooring for the whole house...... ITILE also has setting materials and grout !! Thanks Itile !

I just happened to see this new store while I was on my way to another retailer looking for white glass subway tile in a specific size. They showed me a sample that I liked and I called them later that day to place an order. When that exact tile wasnt available when I needed it, JoJo searched and searched vendors for me until she found a perfect fit, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. This was one of the least stressful purchases of my entire house renovation all becuase they were willing to work for it. I highly reccomend you check them out. Their showroom is awesome and everyone is super helpful and friendly. Ill definately be referring everyone I know to the iTIle Webster location in the future.
