What a wonderful company to work with. From the people in the showroom to the people who came to my home to do the work, everyone was first class and a wonderful representation of Beyondfloors.NET. I had new flooring installed throughout my home as well as granite countertops and backsplash installed in my kitchen. The price was so very reasonable and the work performed was exceptional. I could not be more happy. My home is a home now. It is warm and comfortable and I love it. Everyone that comes over is so complimentary and the word I hear most is jealous and it is all because of Beyondfloors.NET. If you use anyone else besides Beyondfloors.NET you are taking a risk. I love this company and would not recommend anyone else. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Laura did a great job for us. My carpet is gorgeous. I love how she sent us quotes with the different parts of the job broken down separately so we could make changes if we needed to. She came out quickly to get the measurements. She quickly got us sample pieces and boards. Her customer service and contact with is was first rate. She is not pushy or trying to make a sale like other carpet companies. Also loved how I could make final payment online. She delivered exactly what we asked for.

They did a fantastic job on a bathroom remodel for me. Helpful up front coming up with design ideas since we didnt know exactly what we wanted. The job was done ahead of schedule and all the workers were friendly, courteous, and worked really hard. Communication during the job was really good as well. Highly recommended. Will be using them again when its time for our kitchen remodel

We are very pleased with the professional assistance and the workmanship in the kitchen countertops and backsplash we purchased from Beyond Floors. Baylissa was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and in helping us make style choices. We were also amazed with the quality and precision workmanship by the craftsmen who measured the kitchen and performed the work.

Great place for flooring!! The owners and staff are super nice and helpful. Its a small shop, so if 4 or 5 people walk in at roughly the same time, it gets busy quick. But everyone there is fast and courteous. They will help you pick out color combination of your floor and they have a large selection to choose from.

This company really goes above and beyond when it comes to helping their customers. Their employees are always professional and polite and they were more than willing to answer any questions that I had regarding my installation. They were very accommodating and got the job done in no time at all. The installers worked efficiently and were always courteous to my family members and it was refreshing to have installers actually show up at the scheduled time. I absolutely love the work they did in my house and I will be using this company for any future home projects I may have. Laura was very easy to work with and she helped me make my carpet selection based on what I told her I was looking for. Her installation crew called me to set up the appointment. They showed up on time. They were professional in appearance. They explained what work they needed to do and how long it would take. True to their time estimate the work was complete and looked great. No mess, no fuss. All of that and a great price. What more could you ask for?

We had our countertops installed by beyond floors. Laura was very helpful in helping us pick out what we wanted and provided options and information to help us get through the selection process. Juan and his team did a great job installing the countertops. We are very happy with the final product!

Very unprofessional. They grossly overestimated materials needed. Floated my floor in a way that after tiling, doors could not be fully opened. They removed trim, but did not replace it, leaving a very sloppy perimeter. Grout lines are uneven on the edges. The head contractor never came to my house to check the progress, despite numerous discussions about the poor quality.

This is our first experience with building a house from the ground up. The process can seem a bit overwhelming at times, but Laura at Beyond Floors has been a tremendous help throughout the experience. She has helped us determine exactly what we want and need for our tile, flooring, and countertop needs. I dont know how we would have ever gone through this without her help and guidance. The tile and countertops have been installed already, and the flooring is going in as I type. We are extremely happy and completely satisfied with the work and professionalism of everyone that has been involved. If we ever have to do this again, Beyond Floors would be one of the first places I would call.

Great people to work with and the job was done quicker than was told

The folks at Beyond Floors did a great job with our kitchen floor. We were replacing 20 year old linoleum tiles with ceramic tiles. They worked with us to get the look that we wanted and asked questions to help us think thru the project. Even the construction crew asked us how we would like it done. We are just sorry that this was the last of our tile projects. I am sure that we would have been happier with the first two projects if we had used Beyond Floors for them also. We will definitely go back when it is time for us to replace the carpet.Update: 9/1/2020:I just realized that I needed to update my review. We got flooded during Harvey on 8/26/2017. All of a sudden we needed to replace our carpet when we got 3 in of water in the house. Knowing that construction supplies were going to be a problem, the FIRST contractor we called was Beyondfloors.net. Beyondfloors came right out and measured the rest of the house for new flooring. We choose tile instead of carpet and they worked with us to select the correct tile for the different rooms. They were worked well with our flood mitigation and reconstruction contractor (Macias Constructions got a 5 start from us also) and were able & willing to schedule the actual installation of the floors a couple of months later when the reconstruction was to the point where it was time to put the floors back in.Highly recommended.

Do not hire these people! I purchased and hired them to install Marazzi 48 wood look plank porcelain tile and Caesarstone quartz countertops and backsplashes. Horrible install job! My tile has missing grout, floor was laid uneven, grout lines different sizes, grout slopped all on my maple kitchen cabinets at the base and many more problems! Owners subcontract their work out and do not care about the quality of work. My countertops look terrible, seams dont line up at corners, fireplace stone cut to wrong size and many more problems! They do not show up when they say they will and in my experience they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I am not a picky person but spent $34K and am very unhappy! I hired another stone company to do additional work as I wanted granite window sills and they did excellent work and I will hire them to fix the work Beyond floors did so poorly! I could list all of the other problems but it would take to long. Management is rude and once they get your money they dont care about fixing the problems. Poor quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
