ProSource service representative Mr. Doug Morris provided outstanding customer support for me. He patiently assisted with our flooring selection. We purchased ~1800 sq ft of engineered flooring through him. I learned the installation process from him and studied YouTube videos. Im a DIY guy, so dove into the project. After installing a quarter of the first room, I realized that I was getting the glue absolutely everywhere. A disaster was in the making. Nothing that I tried removed it, it just got worse.  I called Mr. Morris who advised of the solvent that would clean off the glue. Progress continued slowly. A couple months later as I neared completion,  I realized I was not going to have enough flooring for half of the last room.  I called Mr. Morris to buy more,  but he advised the flooring had been discontinued and excess sold. My heart sunk. On his initiative, he located the buyer and arranged for me to buy more flooring within hours. I was so relieved. In closing, I consider ProSource and their personnel to be top notch caring supplier and I will not hesitate to buy there again. If fact, they will be my preferred choice. Our floors are beautiful!

I had used ProSource so I recommended them to my daughter. The customers service has really gone down hill. When someone tells you one thing and the other is a manager that said she has talked to the vendor after you had contacted them 6 hours prior, and did not contact you back, and you had to call them back.

We like going to ProSource for our remodeling ideas. Recently we worked with Bridget to order new countertops. bridget was very knowledgeable and advised that we cisit Avanti Stones to see what products were available. Initially we were going with granite bit my wife found a piece of quartzite that best fit our needs. I highly recommend ProSource.

In. 2010, I went to Prosource and worked with a girl who was very quiet and didn’t offer much advice. However, I sorta knew what I wanted and found it there and purchased my shower and mosaic tile. This time around in 2017, I was introduced to Melanie, who made an feel right at home. She made an appointment for me to come as I was renovating my house pre Harvey. At first, I would come in and visit with her and go look at the selection of items they offered. Then, I would come in without an appointment when I needed ideas or a larger selection to choose from. I ordered the cabinets first and had shopped everywhere else looking for the perfect size and number of drawers etc. I had bids from several places. Then, since I knew what I needed and ordered the the shower tiles. Unfortunately, Harvey hit. Every contractor raised their prices and didn’t have time for me. So I stopped the reno. Fast forward to 2018. After Harvey I needed a new roof, then I needed to finalize the flooring. My desired flooring was discontinued at a different store, and so I was stuck shopping again for a floor. Melanie came to the rescue.... she will laugh but I wanted to match my furniture and cabinets to the flooring..... what a chore. I took home about 30 samples and each time Melanie would offer her advice and try to keep me in my budget. After researching several products I choose an Armstrong flooring. I learned about mil rating and cork. She ordered and I picked up in two lots as we needed it. Then the sinks and quartz countertops had to be chosen. Luckily, I loved their counter top, but the back splash had to be picked. 30 visits later I found my backsplash. Each time I came in the showroom, Melanie was hard at work filling orders, showing a customer around or helping someone find a price on a product. No matter what she was doing she always greeting me. Also, by this time I felt as if I had a good friend in my corner. The manager and other sales reps also engaged in conversation when availabile. Everyone is nice and helpful. It’s very hard to find good customer service and you won’t be disappointed if you shop with these people. They even beat some prices of their competitors. Don’t hesitate to call and ask for Melanie. Good luck in your reno or new house building. 🤗

Fantastic staff and products for your next project!

We’ve used prosource before, which is the reason we returned but the customer service has decreased significantly. Our calls were rarely returned and we continually felt like we were inconveniencing the staff when we went into the show room. For this reason, we will not be utilizing this company again.

Very frustrating experience, we used Robin as our service advisor/sales, she measured kitchen wrong and ordered the wrong cabinets, as a result there are gaps between them and she was not even apologetic, she missed one piece which caused our project delayed more than a month. Terrible
