Good place to get sugar free candy for my diabetic boyfriend.
Pharmacy system down.... essential drugs always out of stock for weeks like(prednisone)!!
Terrible pharmacy. Prescription was short 5 pills. So they just dumped more in and said sorry. Really professional..
When checking out the cashier asked if I would like to use my $3.00 and 40% off coupon. I told him yes . when I got home I realized the coupons were not applied. I went back the next day with my receipt for an adjustment and was told I would have to bring back my items and return them and repurchase to see what coupons popped up! I told him that was not happening and left. There is no reason why he could not just honor my request. Will never shop there again.Walgreens just gained another customer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Went in to buy a few items. Went over to the seasonal section where they had large buy 1 get 1 50% signs for select beach chairs. The Two I picked up were noted in front of the large signs. Very sweet cashier checked and agreed that this was very misleading. Called over her manager who was uninterested in the situation and just told her to tell me they weren’t on sale. Disorganized store, rude manager who doesn’t even address the customer, and poor signage. In a town with Walgreens, rite aid, and price chopper on one street they should reconsider how they deal with customers.
I have used this cvs for about 6 years now. I have never had an issue with the staff, everyone is usually super friendly and nice and everytime I have filled my scripts thru the app and get the text it is always ready. Even when we wait to fill an order they are usually quick unless super busy.
Paid for my thyroid prescription 5 days ago. Shipped 3 days ago using their 1 to 2 day shipping. Still have not received it. Im now out of the only med keeping me alive. I call only to be told once it leaves their store its not their problem anymore. Ok. So what am I supposed to do? No idea. I can try to follow up with USPS. Terrible pharmacy. I always have problems with them. I will update this review if it is ever resolved.
Nice staff. I like there photo department. It easy to order photos online.
Called in a script monday. The automated said it would call back Thursday. Nothing so I call back. NOTHING IN THE SYSTEM. Guy said he will get me it by tomorrow Friday. STILL NOTHING. its now monday
Overall Id never actually shop at a CVS. Unbelievably overpriced. However the drive thru pharmacy is convenient. Hit or miss as to which employee youll interact with. Funny enough though it seems to be trend with all CVS stores. In my hometown near Boston growing up we always joked about the local CVS employees. Its like a prerequisite, you must be slow and appear totally disinterested. Lol I could easily switch but really its all the same.
Staff is amazing and well trained. They could use more staff though as lines can get pretty long.I have noticed other customers can be very unruly and the staff keep their composture.
I had an interaction here with one employee thats left me Hating this place!Prescriptions now are filled in 90 day qtys, this interaction happened over 100 days ago. I had to refill a second time since but this time I got out of my car and went in because she wasnt going to pull the same stunt on me as she did last time.So the story is, round 100 days ago I had to refill, drove up to the drive thru (before I did this though I tried to refill online so then I could just go pick up but it did not work.) gave my info, she saw it wasnt already filled - (something changed in her demeanor that raised my caution.), she asked me to come back ( I had nothing to tell me this is not what should happen so I left intending to do just that, something was weird about her tone of voice but I had nothing else to go on.), when I came back from my other errand the pharmacy was closed. Some choice words and now I understand why she was acting weird, she knew damn well they would be closed by the time I got back. I went back a week later and picked up my drugs.About a week ago I had to refill again, this time got out of my car, went in cause the same wasnt going to happen again. Went to the pharmacy and guess who came over to help me I recognize her face and hair, gave her my info, she proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong line cause my order wasnt yet filled. I looked down @ her name tag, IRENE. I started to change lines she did take my order right where I was, I went around the store got something else.Went back stayed in the waiting area watched someone else submit their their order come over to the waiting area with me and pick up their order before I got mine. She then came over gave me my stuff, I paid then left.I will say the reason I use the drive thru to begin with is its obviously more convenient but Im also in a wheel chair, I could go somewhere else but Im not going to.
Got tired of getting the message that my medications are ready for pick up, only to find out that they werent when I arrived. Happened so many times, I just moved all my prescriptions over to Walgreens.
Friendly staff, very helpful
Good selection
Like all the others... always, always a wait. Regardless of time or people in line.
