This Shell location has 10 pumps that are newer and accept credit cards. It has a convenience store labeled “timewise” that I didn’t use, so my review & rating will only be for about my refueling experience. The day we came, there were more than 3 pumps that were out of service. It’s good that they’re fixing them, though inconvenient to drive around looking for ones that work. It is conveniently located on the corner of Bay Area Blvd. and Galveston Rd./Hwy. 3, so it’s easy to get in & out. It is open 24 hours and is very near shops and restaurants. Nice for streamlining errands.

Gas prices are good, but you have to pay inside because its always broken and the employees are rude and hardly speak English. Been there multiple times with same service.

Went to this location truck stated he had been waiting five minutes and no one came to window. I am a visitor in Houston so I have to trust what it says on your site. Ended up having to turn around and go back the other way to the Exxon on the exit up.

Went to this Shell Gas in Webster, TX on Bay Area Blvd and Highway 3 for the last time. This is the 2nd time in a week that I paid $14 for $1.49 a gallon gas and gas meter on pump shows it pumped out 9.3 gallons, BUT, it ONLY put 7 GALLONS ONLY in my tank!!!I know because my gas tank takes 14 Gallons and before I put gas I saw that gas was a 1/4 tank full. So instead of having my gas tank almost full, the Shell gas pump only put 7 gallons in my car and my gas tank only went to 3/4 full instead of almost full.This is the 2nd time this happened at this Shell this week. I love Shell gas, its the only gas I put in my car. BUT, stay FAR AWAY from this Shell. They are very fishy and shady. Something bad is happening there and they need to be investigated. Also, their air/water machine is $1.50 while other Shells are $1 or $1.25. AVOID this Shell location at all COSTS!!!

STAY AWAY FROM ALL SHELL CAR WASHES. The Shell car washes are ALWAYS broken. Their solution is to stick a few cones up at the entrance and call it a day. The credit card machine doesnt accept ANY cards, and it doesnt take cash. Dont bother fixing it and have someone keep it up. Just throw a few big orange cones in front and go on with the day. What is it with the shell car washes? Its the same thing for the one over in League City on the corner of Main Street and Egret Bay. And people wonder why places go out of business. Everyone wants to make a bunch of money, but they dont want to do a damn thing to get it. Thats why our society is in the position its in. No, its not George Bushs fault. Its not Obamas fault. Its simply due to being lazy with no integrity, and expecting great things in return.

Ive always use their high premium gas using my shell card, but very recently Ive noticed that the card reader is not asking for zip codes anymore and is just automatically approving the card. The supposedly anti fraud seals are also loose and appears tampered with. When I approached the sales person he was less then concerned and just stated you can always just come into the store and use your card inside Im just warning people with other credit cards watch your accounts.

Open 24 hours but the guy is never no where to be found. Blew horn buzzed the window and called twice . They need a new night person!!
