I went to Landmark Furniture on 528 and the Gulf Freeway because I needed a new king mattress. I wasn’t sure which one I wanted and Gregory was very helpful in showing me the differences. We looked at many of the king mattresses and he also showed me the ones they have on special. I asked for a good cash price on a plush hybrid cool mattress and Gregory immediately got in touch with his manager and we settled on a price that was great for both of us. They delivered the mattress within hours and the delivery driver called on the way, was very careful, and took the old mattress set. If you want a friendly and very helpful shopping experience, go see Gregory, at Landmark Furniture. I will go there again for my future needs.

So we have been all over Houston looking for a sofa set. Found a few matching what we were looking for but they didnt have it in stock and back oders went as far as 4 MONTHS!! So we came here and found exactly what we were looking for and for $200 less then the previous place we found the sofas at. JR was very helpful and made it happen! From the credit application process to the purchasing process and even having the sofas delivered to the store to save us a trip to the warehouse!!! Thank you so much Mr. JR!!!

Edit: I no longer recommended Landmark furniture. They lied to me about the protection plan I bought and basically stole my money. Do not go here. The protection plan they basically forced me to buy claims to cover almost everything but won’t fix the damage to the cheap product. Screw this place.We bought about 3k+ of furniture from salesman Michael, who was extremely helpful! He made us feel like we were the only customers there and really made me feel confident about my purchases. Will def recommend to anyone looking for great furniture at a decent price!

Weve purchased furniture from here twice. Both times its been the last stop after a frustrating day of looking and both times weve said that it shouldve been our first stop. Our salesman, David, was awesome. I hate looking around furniture stores with the employees breathing down your neck; he introduced himself and said to come find him if we had any questions. When we were ready, he was helpful and was able to bundle the items for a great price. The living room pieces we purchased were delivered the next day, and the bed we special ordered (and not going to arrive for a couple weeks) was included in the same delivery fee. I am very satisfied with our experience and will definitely be returning the next time we purchase furniture.

We went to many furniture shops around the area, but came here just to check prices, thank goodness we did. JR gave us a good price and was very fast efficient.

Never conduct business with Jeffrey the salesmen. We purchased furniture on August 10th and was told that our furniture would be delivered by the 21st of August. I called him on the 18th of August because no one called me to set a delivery date or time. He then told me we had to wait 3 weeks. I called back the following week to speak with a supervisor and was told we would have to wait 8 weeks for our sofa set. Weve been without living room furniture since the 17th. I have contacted the BBB, I have contact a supervisor. This is ridiculous. The supervisor Ruix/Luiz called me, cursed me out and hung up on me. I would never do business with this company ever again.

Salespeople were not available. This is the second Sunday afternoon that I went into the store and no one was available.
