Wanted to give kudos to staff and managers today! Thanks for assisting me with finding the correct ink for my printer and price matching it!Also, I want to thank Office Depot for understanding the importance of this mask order we are currently under and following through. I happened to be in the store today when a young boy came in wearing his mask under his chin. The management team quickly, and professionally explained to the boy that it is mandatory to have it on while shopping. I did hear the boy get angry and say he didnt know how to wear his mask and needed to be given instructions. Then suddenly complained that he had health issues. Im 63 and clearly have the common sense on how to wear a mask. I dont need instructions. Its really sad and ignorant that people of all ages make stories up in order to not save a life. Im grateful in how the team took immediate appropriate action andpossibly saved my life by simply enforcing the rules. I hope they get recognized for all their hard work! Not bashed by ignorance.
Very clean and well organized store and friendly employees, and the photo printer always working, but was almost charged for a print job mistake that one employee made after she corrected the issue. Once the correct pictures were printed she wrote down to charge me for the mistake. The employee at front on the register took the charge off for me. Good store other than that!
I was at the Texas City location and the credit card machine was not working. I decided to drive the 15 miles to this location to get what I needed. I entered, spent 15 minutes getting my products and then was told as I approached the register that theirs were not working as well. I opted to go to an ATM to get the funds and go back. At this point I was a bit frustrated and felt that they should have notified me when I entered the store the credit cards were down company wide. I asked to speak to a manager and Kim came to speak with me. I was one sentence in when she interrupted me telling me what I already knew. I asked to please let me finish but she interrupted me again. She was completely unconcerned with my frustration and was only trying to make excuses. I finally left without the products I spent an hour trying to buy.
Honestly the people that currently work here are not the kind of people Id let my kids learn from.... bad.... I mean very bad... I think Ill just use my home printer and do the job myself!
They dont take card n if u call them their employees forward u to Austins pizza... Manager did not understand what call transfer was he acted like his employee did nothing wrong, she intentionally transferred me to Austins pizza so she didnt have to work... Then he said cool idk how stoned that dude was but you need to fix this store.
Bobby the store manager is the go to guy for any information on electronic devices! He was very helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable! Laptop chargers are sold here as well and laptop repairs are done here! Check them out!
I had only good experience with this Office Depot. Im doing business brochures and flyers at this place. Angelica is very helpful and all Staff are friendly.The place is clean and have nice variety of supplies and many discounts on specific items. If you need any office supplies I would recommend to check out this place.

It was okay. It was clean but the pricing of some items werent up to date and the salespeople were huddled to a corner to chat instead of helping customers. They seemed nice and Ive come here many times before for printing but there seems to be no one at the checkout counter each time.
If you are going to change you store hours please update your web site. I wish I had 30 min to sit in your parking lot waiting for you to open.
Went to exchange something and she wanted to give me a gift card for less of the amount I paid for the product, because I didnt had my receipt.Had to go back to isle the item was on and grab the exact product that I wanted and said look this is the same product, I just want an exchange because the one I got was damaged!....Bad service!
Very very poor customer service here. Print and copy team do not understand the meaning of a line and how that works. Lady bis hind the counter helped 3 people behind me rather than helping me.
Even if this place isn’t busy you have to wait 10 plus minutes to even check out and you always have to hunt down an employee to check out. ridiculous.
Its hit or miss here. What I mean is they either are having a good or theyre less than knowledgeable or helpful. However sometimes theyll surprise you
This is from about a month ago so not sure if things have changed... First, what the heck is happening here! I came in looking for ink and needed some help as I didnt have the printer type on me. Forget that. Three people serving up front - one on cashier, other two at print shop. Lines at a standstill. Absolutely no one on the floor - I walked the entire place.The atmosphere is dingy in there and it looked like maybe they were rearranging some isles, but they were not. Just the set-up.In between all this I had to use the bathroom. WOW - like I’ve been in some bad bathrooms in some bad neighborhoods (I grew up on the south side of Chicago) and man, this was gross and dirty. I felt uncomfortable even being in there.I finally ended up looking up and figuring out the model number of my printer using my phone. GotThe kicker. Waiting in line it was obvious the cashier was new. Very slow. Then he couldn’t figure out something. He called, what I would assume was, the manager - a she. She was super rude in helping him figure out the problem. Publicly condensing in the way she spoke and her intensity in actions. Poor guy took it well. However, I have very little respect for people who treat others as such.After she walked away, finally noticed another person on the floor with her. They maybe were doing something in the back and just came out? Don’t know but they were there before. Probably should have one person on the floor at all times?Another cashier finally showed up. Same people were still standing at the print area when I left. Very slow service. Sidenote: none of the employees in the front looked happy at all. Not one smiling, welcoming face.Amazing how Office Depots are different. I usually go to the other one across 45 as it’s closer. Just happened to be in that area. Definitely do yourself the favor and drive the 3 miles to the other one.
We bought some office furniture at this Office Depot. The young man who helped us in the store was very helpful and had great service............BUT the delivery of our furniture was very much less that desirable. We scheduled delivery 2 weeks out so that we could have delivery on a day we were not seeing clients. They didnt deliver and they didnt call. After much conversation with the delivery agents, delivery was promised during our lunch break the next day. That did not occur. On the third day we finally got delivery. I am not mentioning all the time my manager spent on the phone and on hold trying to rectify the situation.....Delivery rating BELOW ZERO. Delivery service...below zero.
Amazing how a place with almost no one inside the store could still struggle to serve customers in a timely manner. It’s as if the employees can’t be bothered to move at a relatively fast pace.
I frequently order business cards to promote events. I order online and pick up a couple of hours later. Super friendly, super fast, and with their online tools, the prices cant be beat.
I had placed an order through the Office Depot website for printing of my sons wedding invitations. I chose the same day service (they were essentially photographs) and was told via the website it would be 3 to 5 hours. After 6 hours, I called. The two people I talked to at the Webster/Bay Area store were extremely helpful and spent quite a bit of time attempting to locate my order. After it was determined that it had not been received, the manager gave me an email direct to the store to send my JPEG file to, along with what I needed. The next morning, Chelsey called and told me my order was ready. She also explained that while they had received an email regarding my original order, the server would not allow them to download my file. Definitely would not use the website for ordering pictures or printing again, however I give this location FIVE STARS on customer service and helping me with my small but important (to me) order! Thank you!
So I got here at 1150am and did not receive service until 1230. There was one guy upfront of me but you would think you could attempt to excuse your delay. I also notice that there was no station to do your own printing like other locations. Its very un organized and its so inconvenient. Never again will I come here...
If I could give this place a -5 star I would!! The general manager, Josh, treated me with the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I placed an online order, only to find out at pick up that THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE!! Claiming they showed ID, and signed for it. After the employee Patrick and manager Josh stood with their backs to me for half an hour, NOT telling me what was going on at all, they finally informed me that there was nothing they could do. I insisted on a refund or SOME kind of resolution, but was literally laughed at, thats right LAUGHED AT, by the manager!! Could you imagine paying $540, to find out some random stranger took YOUR computer home without any questions asked. INSANE!!! The manager did NOT once apologize, didnt try to resolve the problem, didnt even seem like he had ANY concern for me what so ever! Oh and Josh, the manager literally LEFT THE STORE -during- all of this. I cannot believe how poorly I was treated for doing nothing wrong, having a pricey item basically stolen from me, and meanwhile the manager thinks its appropriate to laugh in my face?? I called corporate, and was refunded within 5 minutes, when I asked why the manager at the store couldnt do that, she replied I dont know, because they are lazy? 😮 So I advise you all, DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Youll find out the hard way that they do not give a crap about you, they dont properly ID people for package pick ups, and the manager is a giant douche bag with a hideous goatee. 😵 Needless to say it is my mission to take this to corporate to save others from going through the nightmare I just endoured!

Went in there to make a copy went smoothly pretty easy girl at the desk was pretty helpful and patient because I couldnt get my phone to go through but she waited and waited we got it finally so Im really grateful
This location is the worst location all the people in there were very rude and it felt very uncomfortable being there like I have not felt that way walking in to a store the employees were watching me like hawks like Im here on business to get items I need without feeling harrassed or rushed to do something if thats the case why open I had my mask on there wasnt no customers it felt racially motivated for the way the store associates were behaving I will definitely not be back

Was told by store manager to LEAVE because I did not wear my face mask according to her way even though there isnt any diagram showing how to wear it and not considerate of any medical issues horrible customer service was harassed by the manager and 2 other employees do not shop at this location unless you like to be ganged up on and harassed since you walk into the store

Just bought a Thomasville Endsleigh office chair, which I plan to return.Putting it together was frustrating because the holes for the bolts did not lineup.The control to lower and raise the chair is so far to the rear, you have to get up and get out of the chair to activate it. Furthermore the chair only tilts back in its lowest position--not in the highest. Very disappointed for the cost involved. Shoddy design; shoddy workmanship
Negligent employees, unkempt store, and empty apologies. This store continues to go downhill. I think there is a reason its always empty when we go. This store needs an overhaul.
