Its a good grocery store for the Desi’s. All kind of desi items are available here. They have got different kind of things. They also have good vegetables. Their behavior is good. Its a very nice store.

This store keeps expiring things on shelves. I informed the person on cash counter that he sold me expired Wheat flour and asked him by showing him other expired Wheat flour products but he didn’t care also did not even respond properly.

Definitely a bit of an old school place but the owner was super kind. They have a good selection for how small the place is. Definitely a place to stop if you need anything for south west asian cuisine.

Sold us expired stuff. Samosas good. One time someone threatened to hit a customer with a chair. The area is very sketchy.

Tall middle eastern man who walk around the shop is very annoying. Every time we walk inside the store he turns on his Karoke machine and sings Hindi songs very loud. He is a horrible singer. Same tall man is very rude to his employees and acts like he is better than everyone else. Only reason I gave this place 2 Stars is thanks to the very nice Hispanic man who works there all the time. He is very knowledgeable about everything they sell there and if they are out of stock he can tell you when he can order them for you.

My wife has been coming to this place for more then six years. She loves it. Ive just been going to this store with her for about the three years Ive known her.This place is named Asian Grocers; but they mainly sell Indian things. We were in here last night after eating at Dans Pizza which is located in the same plaza.My wife bought some dosa mix here and made some for breakfast the next day. Wow! So good! Dosa is a type of Indian Krepe. The batter is made of rice and lentil based flour. Awesome gluten free Indian pancakes basically.Any kind of Indian food stuff you want to find you can most likely find it here. I enjoy walking around this place. Lots of interesting looking products.My wife says the rest of the staff is very nice. The rest of the staff basically consists of one bilingual Spanish/English speaking guy thats really friendly and knows the ins and outs of the small store and all the products they sell. They stock lots of Indian snacks on the aisle thats nearest to the front register. My personal favorite after the dosa is something called murukku. Comes in a bag like chips. Sooooo yummy. Nice little family owned Indian store.

Well I recently bought a merchandise from this store. After returning home i saw that the due date was passed over 2 years. When i tried to return it they refused to take it. I did not like the place and i am really upset of how they treated me when i was trying to return the merchandise. Needless to say, i will not be going to that the store ever again and i dont recommend anyone else to go there as well.

Friendly staff & service!!! This is about the only major Indo-Pak grocery store in the Clear Lake area. It is located on Highway 3 between Pineloch and El Dorado. They have quite a lot of variety of Indo-Pak products. The owner of the store is often there working, and he is very friendly and helpful.

Its an ok store. Prices are slightly on the higher side. Beware of the owner... he loves singing Karaoke hindi songs and pretty much shouts at the top of his voice. Beside this trauma, the store is ok!

Bought black eye bean when I put water to washed all the insects came out of black eye bean and scared me to death. This shop should be closed soon I am going to report the food department with all the pictures and video I made. Very horrible experience. Added pics of blacks eye beans found insects in it. Please zoom and look carefully.

They wouldnt accept return of spoiled coconut, citing that its frozen item, in spite of being a regular customer - very hard to bring him back now.

The employees / owner has no problem ripping people off. I was charged $20.95 for a 200ml bottle of Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, an 18oz bottle of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, and 2 lbs of Jasmine Rice. If I had been observant as to what the marked price was on the stores own goods, I would have realized I was being overcharged by about $8. ($2+$3+$6 and some change...didnt look or notice until I was home and this is the closest Asian Grocer to Kemah.) Needless to say I will not be returning and I do not encourage anyone else to support their deceptive practice of overcharging for products in hopes the customer doesnt notice.

Beware of prices here, they are ripping off people. I bought a Organic Royal Sona masoori rice which costed me $23.99. I used to buy the same at costco and some Indian grocery shops on hillcroft for $13.99. The margin of price difference is too much. Needless to say, Ill never return here.
