I have been using the wonderful services from Christy and Debra for many years. I have not ever had a problem with my hearing that they cannot solve.

Christy and Debra have been great to work with. They recently came up with a solution for both me and my mom to have hearing aids at a fantastic savings. Love you guys!

Was an extremely rushed visit, after having examined my ear and seen a stray hair inside I assumed she would talk about taking it out but said nothing. It wasnt until a few days later after getting a nagging feeling in the back of my throat I realized how far back the hair had traveled and how much of this could have been avoided had she taken steps to prevent it. Along with the tinnitus exam in which she flat out said I was hopeless and should just buy one of their products without offering up any advice of treating it . . .

My experience at this location has been excellent. Christina, and Debra have been professional and helpful. Both went out of their way each time I came in. Thank you!

My experience at this location was terrible. Christy Lawlerand receptionist both were very unfriendly and rude. Christy is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. She did not take time to explain anything and rush me out. I asked for upgrade and trade in my hearing add, but she never gave me any information so I called and complain and went to Pearland location. Gloria esquivel was very professional and knowledgeable and I upgraded my hearing add with her. So basically Christy lost the sale. Dont go to Webster location but go to Pearland location.
