Haskins Automotive saved me when I was in a pinch! My car battery died while I was on a tight schedule visiting family 500 miles away. I went into the shop right at open on Saturday, and Haskins diagnosed the problem and replaced my battery within an hour for a reasonable price with a short staff. Haskins was great! My car tire went flat on my way to work so I needed a tow to get a tire replacement. As, a AAA member, Haskins was the closest approved center. My car was dropped of without me but the service got done and I was able to pick my car the next morning! Great communication from the service center!

I had a good experience with this dealership. They delayed pick up to make some last minute repairs on the car (which i bought sight unseen) and ended up putting new rotors, pads, bushings and quality tires on. David was helpful after the sale in sending me carfax info and answering questions i had. I would work with this dealership dealership again.

The axle broke on my car (fortunately no one was hurt), and it was towed to Haskins. They were friendly, quick, and thorough. They even got the part and got the car back on the road that day. Great job!

I had broken down with what I thought to be a blown transmission which would’ve resulted in needing a new vehicle based on the age of my current car. Instead Haskins explained that I needed new CV axles which was a fraction of the cost. The car now drives better than it had in the last couple of years and they fixed my AC.

My rear left tire of BMW suv was quite flat. I noticed this Auto Repair company across the street. I went over and spoke to service rep about problem. They took car right away. They found screw piece embedded in tire. The tire was fixed in 15 minutes and just cost $35.00 I was also told the fixed tire would last a while too. Such professionalism, integrity and great service. My lucky day to find this outfit. Would highly recommend doing any car repairs here.

Very happy with the speed and professionalism of your people. Unfortunately the light had gone out before I brought the car in and no codes showed up. But they let me know that if it happens again and I am in the vacinity that I can just bring it in and they will check the codes. If I am not close I can stop at an AutoZone and get a printout of the codes for them to try and figure out what is wrong. Thank you very much

I am very pleased with my recent experience with the entire team at Haskins. My car was having brake issues and I had a few friends refer Haskins. On my way to the Kia dealer I decided to stop in at Haskins as I needed my car attended ASAP. Brendan was immediately extremely friendly and very helpful with my concerns. I mentioned to the team that I am a single father and also did not have anyone in the area for a ride home, this is when Haskins had my business. Without hesitation they had a team member (Marty) drive me home in my vehicle to take it back and have fixed. Once my car had been fully checked for issues I was contacted by the team, reviewed and discussed what I could afford, and had the work done within 24 hours. Came to Haskins after an accident I had with my e46 BMW. Dmitriy Novikov helped me tremendously throughout the process and was my one point of contact for all the inquiries.He was negotiating with insurance company regarding the estimate for a repair and did a great job making sure that we balance two tough things - getting insurance to pay for the best parts that were needed and at the same time staying under the threshold at which the car would be considered a total loss.The team did a great body and painting job and the car now looks like new. I am truly impressed.Dmitriy also helped me with getting some other maintenance done on the car. He separated things that required immediate attention and only focused on that. This helped me save a lot $$$ on the repairs that can totally wait for now.Great communication throughout the process, I definitely recommend this place.

Haskins has been a reliable auto care resource for me in recent years. Recent example re a complicated A/C issue (on which I had gotten a 2nd opinion as well): Rob took time to patiently explain the mechanics and logic behind their recommendations and the costs to me—actually walking me thru it w/ the mechanisms in front of us. The low tire pressure indicator was on for one of my tires. I brought the car to Haskins and asked if they could check the tire. They did so, found a nail, and repaired it promptly. Went for an inspection - my car passed but the inspector came out to personally give me a heads up that my tires should be replaced very soon due to wear. Since I had bought the car somewhat recently, I took it back to the dealer (which was not Haskins), who ended up footing half the replacement cost, since the wear didnt match what they had told me when I bought the car. It was really nice of the inspector to let me know he had spotted this problem, even though it didnt affect the inspection results. When I next buy a car, I will ask Haskins to inspect it before I purchase! The rest of the staff was also very personable and friendly.

I have always used Haskins whether it’s maintenance or body work. A few weeks back my car was hit in a parking lot leaving the whole passenger side damaged. Haskins repaired my car looking good as new in less then two weeks. I got my car back a few days sooner then the originally expected! Hailey was great communicating with me and kept me in the loop. I got daily updates of the status of my car through email. Haskins is a 5 star automotive shop!!!

Got an oil change and MA inspection here. Solid professional service, no surprises in the final bill. Their labor rates are higher than most which means its not a cheap shop, but hopefully that means their technicians are good, and I was willing to pay because theyre within walking distance for me.

I’ve been using Haskins since 2013 for all of my automotive repairs. The most professional automobile service shop I’ve ever used. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. The dealership where I bought my present car is directly behind Haskins. I never go to them for service, because Haskins is so professional and I can always just drop my car off for service at Haskins without making an appointment.

All my interactions with Haskins have been great, and Im always happy with their service. Im always impressed with how nice everyone is, and Ive talked to a lot of different people there. They also seem to take Covid safety seriously, which is a big deal for me. Theres clearly a reason that theyve been in business for almost a hundred years!

Haskins Auto in Wellesley has been my go-to repair shop since we moved here in 2014. Rob and his Service Team are great to work with, and have kept my 10+ year old car humming with minimal cost. This year’s inspection is perfect example. In addition to my annual sticker, Haskins’s saw my battery was running low, and got that fully charged. I wholeheartedly recommend Haskins Auto for their great service.

My car was hit and needed body repairs. Haskins did a perfect job on that and completed the work earlier than I anticipated. The staff were courteous and professional. They provided me updates along the way which gave me peace of mind. I have had one other car repaired by Haskins after a minor accident and they did an excellent job then too. I would go back again (although I hope not to have more accidents!) and highly recommend them.

We had an approximate $10,000 repair from a family friend rear ending a car. We were thankful Haskins was on our insurance companys preferred list as its only a few minutes drive from our home.Haskins has a rental car office right in their shop so it was easy to drop off our car and pickup the rental.The repair took around two weeks. We received a text and/or email from them almost every day with updates so we always knew the current status and estimated completion date.In the end, the repairs were completed by the promised date and the quality was excellent - no evidence whatsoever of the prior damage. In addition, they cleaned the car inside and out and it looked almost new.Their whole team was courteous and professional, and really friendly and helpful from beginning to end.I highly recommend Haskins and will use them again in the future.
