Best Toyota dealer that I have worked with! Looking for a minivan for our growing family was a challenge during covid/chip shortage. Most dealers were selling 3-6K above MSRP + tried to give us less for our trade-in. Not this dealership!! Good business ethics and fabulous staff + customer service. I have brought the car for oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation clearly wasn’t done. Now i got doubts that oil and filter was changed as well. Lost all trust and confidence to use them again. Taking my car to mechanical to change oil,oil filter and rotation and pay for it while the car is under warranty.

After working with another dealer to secure a 4Runner, and then having them change pricing 3 different times, I took my first visit to Wellesley Toyota and really noticed a big difference. I worked with Andrew Lee who was very nice, explained all the options and after about an hour, I put a deposit down on a new 4Runner. I am so glad that I did stop by, because I got the same model 4Runner I was going to get, but this was less expensive and had more accessories, so I was very happy. Both Andrew and Brandon were refreshing to work with and left me again with the expectations of quality that has come from owning Toyotas for the previous 15 years.

From start to finish, I had a terrible experience purchasing a Highlander Hybrid from Wellesley Toyota. I was met with consistent rudeness and incompetence from this dealership. We had a great experience purchasing a car there 8 years ago, but it has really gone downhill. There are plenty of other Toyota dealers in the area, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.I was first rudely told that they did not have any such hybrids in stock when we showed up at the dealership. After using TrueCar that evening, I received an email that they did have two in stock.Then the salesman called me in to see the exact model that I was waiting for, only it was the wrong car. Another wasted trip.They completed botched the purchasing paperwork with my insurance company. It took several days and many calls from me to both my insurance company and the dealership to get this straightened out. The sales people at the dealership repeatedly treated me rudely and refused to call my insurance company to fix the issue themselves.And for the coup de grace, When I finally got home with the car, I found a RAZOR BLADE just lying in the trunk of the vehicle. I really hope this was left there out of negligence (it would certainly fit a pattern). If someone left it there maliciously because they were annoyed with me (when they know I have young children), then that is borderline criminal.I will never go back to this dealership again.

I should have not got a service here at all. I got a ride to work after drop off my car. Now they told one of the drive needed to leave early, so either I have to wait 45 mins or pay for your own Uber to pick up my car. After I spent about $1,000.00 on my car. This is not cool at all. I just realize I paid for $528.00 labor to change the brake which I could pay for only &250.00 elsewhere.

We have had the 2 worst service experiences at this dealership. Absolutely zero communication from the service person who did our intake, no responses to multiple voice messages, getting toss to different service managers when the one we met with was off the following day, and finally not even addressing the issue that we brought the car in for! I will not be using these guys for service ever again! The customer service was terrible!

This review is in regards to the service department only. Though the people there are courteous, I find their services department to be extremely overpriced. The wait time can also be pretty atrocious. I was about to trade in my car here but after the past few experiences I decided to go elsewhere. Honestly do not seem like they have your best interest in mind and only want your money.Edit - for folks trading in or selling your car here - check other resources first to make sure you get a good competitive offer. Wellesley Toyota quoted 4200 for my 2012 Camry. I sold it to Carvana for almost 7000. Id say thats a pretty big price discrepency.

Great customer service. My wife and I came in on a rainy Sunday over the holiday weekend. The showroom was pretty busy but we were immediately shown the car we had asked to see. No hassle with test drive, loved the car, and they got us out the door for a fair price and good financing options. My wife had to get home so I stayed to complete paperwork, and our sales agent, Alens, even drove me home 30 mins away and pick up the check for the down payment (saving me another trip back the next day). Unfortunately for me I have spent significant time at 5 Toyota dealerships in the area (Watertown, Woburn, Braintree, Acton/Littleton, Wellesley). They all take a long time but some have better salespeople and wasted my time less than others. (I encountered bad salesman at Braintree and Woburn!)This place was very good. My salesman Barnaby did not waste my time and answered all my questions well. It took a while but that’s typical I guess.They didn’t honor the Green Energy Consumer Discount as I expected them to, as advertised on the Green Energy Consumer website. Trying to find out more about why that was the case.I think I still got a decent price and will get State rebates and Federal tax credits. Had to figure that out on my own.Excited about my new car!Kids play area 👍👍

The minus is because on one of our visits, it smelled like gasoline inside.Buying experience: A-. The finance guy was quite pleasant and knowledgable. Again, tough to get an A because dealership business models involve selling the nice-to-haves. They will push you on an extended warranty, so do your research before youre ready to buy.Time / duration: A. All of our visits were faster than expected. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I arrived on a Friday expecting to be able to leave with the service complete, but the parts were not ordered so I had to leave the car overnight. I picked the car up on Saturday and it was barely functional, ended up stalling in the middle of the road, putting my life in danger. I called back and spoke to James, who was adamant that nothing on their end couldve caused the car to have an issue. Once I got the car back to the shop it turned out it was an issue with the repairs done. Never returning.

Called Fri eve and Marcus Mason quickly gave quotes for the Sienna we were looking for and were able to beat other offers we had. Came over next day and Marcus had the car ready for a quick test drive, explained all the features. Absolutely loved the pressure free sales exp with Marcus; very helpful, polite and professional.Couple of improvements for the dealership in general: wish they had plates onsite so that we can sign and drive. We are waiting for the temp plates to be ready and were told that it might take approx 4-5 days and then more time for the actual permanent plates. Also, wish they had DCU onsite for financing. We had additional delays and waited more than we expected but Wellesley did match the DCU rate. Cant wait to have the car delivered to us soon!
