Anthony Flores is the best!!!! He went way above and beyond to fix a major screw up by Verizon online ordering. Calling and chatting with Verizon Wireless people were horrible, waisted 6 hrs and numerous phone calls. Went to the store and Anthony helped and took care of it. Not often is getting a new phone an enjoyable experience but the folks at the Wellesley store are hands down the best! GREAT experience working w Christina transitioning from my old pixel phone to an Apple phone (my first!). Walked me thru everything and was SO patient as I learned the differences. She even stayed with me until all the details were worked thru including logging back into to my favorite apps on my new phone. Would totally come back!

This store doesnt even deserve one star at the moment. I walked into the store today because I was having trouble with my service on one specific phone on our plan, we have 7 phones on Verizon and all get perfect service but one. The associates there were lazy, aloof, and unhelpful they have me no solutions to my problem. It is very unfortunate that one rude person ruins your experience. This store isnt even a REAL Verizon store.

Amanda is the absolute BEST ever! She set us up, recommended new phones and services and advocated for us along each path. She let us know of discounts that we never, ever would have known. (Hint: nurses, first responders, teachers...check for them!). She is tech savvy where we are not, personable, professional and a staunch advocate for the customer. I would work with her for everything and I highly recommend her and this store. I’ve often thought of switching plans but not anymore...not since I found Amanda.

This was exactly what you would hope for as the customer. No hard sell. No bum rush. My representative, Andrew, laid out some fair and reasonable options without up-selling plans i dont need or the latest phone with 17 cameras for ultra-dynamic selfie mode. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and promotions from Verizon. The store is quiet, clean, and tucked away in a nice plaza. Well worth the trip over here instead, if you had plans to try the mall stores or the larger verizon store on RT9.

Andrew was very helpful in navigating which promotions to take advantage of and how best to meet the needs of our family. We did the entire interaction over the phone due to the pandemic and it was seamless. Easy purchase of iPhones, set up and even blue tooth for my car! Far easier than buying at an Apple store that needs appointments and doesn’t do the transfer of data between old and new phones. One stop shop!

I recently purchased the iPhone 11 from the Verizon Store in Wellesley Square and was very pleased with their most efficient service. Recently my phone would not open applications and I would have to constantly reboot my phone. I met with the Apple Genius Bar in the Back Bay. After several hours they were unable to evaluate the issue with connecting to the internet. Out of frustration I went back to the Verizon store in Wellesley. I met with Amanda and immediately she noticed my phone had defaulted to the web and not LTE when I was not near WiFi access. This was the solution and am grateful for her expertise.Thanks againRichard

Bruce was so helpful. My original phone was stolen, so he was very sympathetic and gave me the best deal and service possible on a new phone. The manager was excellent as well in helping me transfer a large amount of data. By the time we all parted I felt like part of the verizon family.. I highly recommend.

Andrew (store manager) has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions. He has been responsive to answer questions (even responding to queries after hours on social media), investigate ways to modify our services, optimize our device plans and facilitate upgrade of an iPad and an Apple Watch (which met an untimely end on a tile floor 😣). Andrew is focused on customer service and clearly prioritizes finding the solution that works best for the CUSTOMER, and doesn’t just spout the corporate message or shirk any responsibilities. I have been a VZ customer for multiple decades and I’ve had good customer service and horrible customer service. Andrew has consistently provided TOP notch service, and has earned my business even though we live in the next town over. I highly recommend the Wellesley store for your VZ needs!!

I want to tell everyone that my experience with Alex at the Wellesley Verizon store was absolutely the BEST!!He immediately got rid of my anxiety about buying a new phone. (Change is very difficult for the elderly!) He read me perfectly and without any pushy salesmanship sold me what was GOOD for me; recognizing my very limited technical skills ( actually non- existent), he didn’t push bells/whistles but rather a phone as close to my old “comfy” one as possible! He spent a long time with me getting everything set up AND put Bluetooth on for me👍 ALL Verizon customers ASK FOR ALEX IN WELLESLEY 👏👏

I went to the store a couple weeks ago to get home WiFi. Sales agent Dwayne was super helpful and patient with the process. The whole process took longer than expected due to the credit check process, but Dwayne kept checking in with me to make sure everything went through.

What a great experience at Wireless Zone! They are the Verizon whisperers, found out all the programs we were eligible for, and maximized our credits. We left with some great new phones. Highly recommended.

Josh was amazing. Helped me switch carriers, get the best plan that fit my needs. As well as a brand new iPhone and everything to go with it. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The only wait time consisted of me forgetting to back up my phone properly. But he was thorough in making sure i didnt lose any of my photos.

Went to the Wellesley Verizon store in a panic. My phone died and I was in charge of my 5 grandchildren for the weekend. They needed to be able to reach me at all times! Andrew calmed me town and easily set me up with a new phone. My mission was accomplished with minimal stress. Andrew was efficient and helpful, all with a smile! This combination is not always available these days!!!!

When I needed a new phone, the crew at Verizon did a fabulous job, and I was not an easy customer. They found me a phone that would meet my needs most cost-efficiently, and when I was challenged by the technology and some of what that phone offered, they spent considerable timing adjusting settings and making the phone work as I needed it to. They listened to me and patiently helped me.

I found Asma to be more than helpful. I appreciate the time she took in informing me of newer information that I could make use of. The company is lucky to have such an employee on their staff.

Brendan definately knows how to go above and beyond. He responds very fast and knows how to comfort a customer. As a customer switching from AT&T to the Verizon network, i did feel skeptical on the procedure and so on.... but I give 5 stars for Brendan for standing strong and dealing with me bombarding him with questions and requests.

We switched from AT&T to Verizon working with the manager, Andrew. We had a great experience navigating a number of back office issues - he got us through the process and was helpful, smart and well-informed. Were switched over now and happy to be saving some money and on a better plan.

Great customer service! Wasnt looking for anything specific but Josh helped me upgrade my phone and kids phone. Also got the kids set up with tablets for college. Josh kept us laughing the whole time there! Never had a better experience in a store before! Andrew was also nice, great teamwork!
