Sals is a trustworthy mechanic. We brought our Honda Accord to another shop in town to have the A/C looked at. They said the compressor was bad and was going to be $1,800. Sal found out the compressor was fine. We just had to replace two values instead. We recommend Sals for all our auto repairs.

I can’t speak highly enough about this business. Sal is extremely honest and speedy in his work. He will give you his honest opinion on if something actually needs to be replaced or if it is just a cosmetic/minor issue. My whole family goes here for repairs. I only let Sal work on my car because of his honesty and professionalism. When I was in the market for a used car, he told me to bring the car into him first so he could tell me if it was worth it (no charge for this!). He did a full test on car and even took it on a test drive! First car didn’t work out, but I got a great car in option 2 I brought by for him to see. I have taken my rather beat-up pickup truck to Sals at least five times since Ive owned it and each time he quoted a fair price and prompt timing and each time he delivered admirably. He also enjoys explaining what caused the issues he found and how his fixes work. I appreciate the education as I prefer to be taught how to fish rather than fed a fish, as they say, so his explanations would merit a sixth star if one was available. I recommend everyone in the Wenatchee valley check out Sals when they have automobile issues.

Sal is by far the best auto mechanic I’ve ever met. He provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable about what he does. With that said, he always makes sure I understand what is going on with my car and what needs to be fixed. Sal as well goes out of his way to make sure my car is in excellent driving condition and I can always count on him to check my car in a timely manner. He truly cares about the people he helps and is very trustworthy. The prices he offers when it comes to repairs are more than fair as well. I drove all the way from coeur dAlene,ID to have Sal do a pre buyer inspection for a vehicle I saw on Craigslist and I am so glad I did. He warned me that the car was not safe to drive all the way home, and he explained all the things wrong with the car. Definitely an honest mechanic!

Great service!! I was a walk in right before the weekend and Sal immediately greeted me, and began to inspect my car. Expecting high-pressure sales I told him I would have to come back for the service without even hearing a quote. He allowed me to leave and said if theres anything he can do to help to let him know ..and so I called back a few hours later. He was able to help me for an affordable price, getting my car in the shop the very next day. Pleased with the customer service and quality of work.

Sal & Dave, one of his employees, have done the impossible for us in not only replacing the motor in our motor home, that no one else in town even wanted to attempt, but were very reasonable with the cost. They have maintained all 4 of our other vehicles too with NO complaints on our end.They advertise themselves as professional and truly practice what they preach. Cant say enough good about them.

We ran into a faulty power steering problem and found our way to Sals from Leavenworth. Although he was not familiar with how power steering works on our Ford C-max hybrid, he was completely honest with us and advised us to go straight to the local dealership. He didnt pretend to be able to fix it and try to sell us parts. We are very appreciative of his advice and are glad to have met him briefly!

Sal seemed more than happy to diagnose my car problem after making the impromptu stop. After attaching the diagnostic tool, he showed me what the problem was on his computer. Surprisingly, he said the fix was something I could do in minutes. He was right. In the end, he only asked that I write a review.I would recommend Sals services, kudos sir!

Had an issue with my car that was an easy fix, but I had no idea. They came out, found the problem and fixed it for me with no charge. Couldve easily pulled the car in and charged me for it.

Most honest machanic ive come across. Always tries to give you the most bang for your buck and does great work. He didnt even charge me for looking over my jeep because he found something that was going to possibly be a super expensive fix that could only be done at the dealership. I come here when ever i can!

Yesterday I walked into Sals, with nothing but 10 minutes notice and was greeted by the kindest man. For years walking into an automotive service center as a woman is intimidating, scary and makes me quite anxious. I never know how much things are going to cost, if im going to be taken advantage of and the jargon is completely foreign to me.2 weeks ago I had a mobile mechanic perform a botched service on my 3 year old car and charged me money I did not have, but paid out. In turn he damaged my car more, and I was overwhelmed. I was referred to Sals by an acquaintance. He said his entire family takes their cars to him, and now I know why.Sal will investigate until he gets you vehicle in perfect condition. HE is kind, honest and compassionate. His shop is clean, and his passion is not only in mechanics, but helping people. I will never go anywhere again for anything that has to do with my car.I left in tears of relief and gratitude. Faith in humanity restored yesterday..... Thank you Sal.

Nothing but a great experience. First I had called many shops in town and they all told me they could get my A/C job done for around $200 Friday afternoon. Sals was about the 5th shop I called and he told me doing an A/C recharge is a bad idea in 100+ degrees and although he could do it for me, he recommends bringing it by in the morning. He also quoted me far less than the others. I brought in my truck, he not only fixed it, but noticed the air was blowing less than it should. So, he checked my cabin filter and instead of replacing for me and charging, he showed me how to do it, really easy, and said I can pick one up at Autozone or Shucks and itll cost around $10. Lastly, he asked what price he quoted me on the phone and I told him and expected to pay slightly more like the multiple shops have done to me in town, but instead he charged me $10 less. I definitely found my new mechanic in town for everything. Thanks Sal for the high degree of professionalism and respect.
