This is a great place to bring your car. I waited while the tech did the alignment and was able to watch the process from the waiting area. My car just needed some minor adjustments but I could tell that they did a thorough job, which included test driving the car. The owner’s wife was super friendly and helpful and visited with me while I waited. The facility was very clean and accommodating and the price was better than the big box tire store. I would definitely recommend them to friends and plan to return for my next alignment service.

Just a few months before I was referred to The Alignment Shop, I found myself on my own, and solely responsible for my vehicle. It was a daunting feeling, to say the least. Initially, I found my van in need of an alignment, and the next thing I know, Im at The Alignment Shop. When it was discovered that I had much bigger problems I was fighting back tears. But, Troy and Mary made everything okay! It was amazing. Troy broke everything down for me piece-by-piece. Mary comforted me as only another woman can.Ive since had to bring in another vehicle I was given. A Subaru. Once again, bigger problems than I ever expected. Once again, Troy and Mary to the rescue! Was looking for a place to have a lift installed, and chose not to do business with The Alignment Shop. Emailed twice and never heard back. Then today I went into the shop to try to get a quote, and set up an appointment. The receptionist was nice, but the tech I talked to was rude, stand offish, and showed little interest in doing the job. Took my business elsewhere.

The owner was very nice and helpful. He explained what he did. He adjusted the alignment to stock-new. Drives like a new car. Would highly recommend. Discount tire recommended them to me. Good call.

Took my car in to get it aligned, and my tie rod was bent. They had new part in next day and wasnt much more to have it installed over the price of the alignment. It also turns out that when I installed the new suspension components, the one part I didnt replace I should have. He could tell that it was worn, kicking myself now. But atleast I know.

Long story short, I was having a nightmare of a time with my Hyundais power steering, and was getting all sorts of ridiculously high quotes just to figure out what the problem was. At the end of the day a friend recommended Dave and I was so happy I stopped in. Not only did he put me in an infinitely better mood with his kindness, jokes, and willingness to go through the problem with me, he was able to fix the problem and do an alignment at a price that was hundreds below the next nearest estimate. I will be doing my alignments with Dave again in the future, and can truly say he is one of the kindest mechanics I have ever met. Thank you Dave!

I just purchased a used 2014 Ford Edge. I noticed at highway speeds it was pulling to the right with the original tires. After a trip to Boise and back, I planned on getting an alignment from the usual tire shop after they put new wheels and tires on. But, as luck would have it, I would have to wait 5 days for an appointment. So I called a specialist who knows alignments inside and out, Dave at The Alignment Shop. He found my Ford Edge was within Factory Spec, which means the alignment can be off, but still meet the specification set by Ford. Dave called and said he set the tolerances tighter and added just a touch of tow in to fix my annoying slight pulling to the right. I verified the before and after number on the report he gives you and it showed he trued it up better than any tire store would have done. After I picked up my car, making sure the road was clear, I accelerated to 65 and drove over the center line to balance out the crown in the road and let go of the steering wheel. It drive straight and true! Problem Fixed. Thanks Dave.
