Came in the store, was greeted quickly and professionally. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product in the store, plans offered and accessories for the phone I was looking at. When I spoke he listened and and presented me with the best options for my needs. I am very happy with my experience. Its important to remember that brick and mortar stores exist so we can have the product without waiting and or get help from somebody in what ever way you need it, in order to receive that help you have to be open to what that person says and why. Some sales people are not honest, some customers are not honest, and the reverse applies as well. Its up to the individual to choose what is best for them using their own intelligence and intuitions. If you go into a store that provides a service you should expect the employees to provide that service. Getting mad at them makes no logical sense. If you just want the product without the people, order it online. I found the folks working there very helpful. Thanks.

The ladies that worked there were straight racist and didnt even care to greet me and my wife like they were supposed to, but when any Mexican family came in they were quick to their feet to greet.I went in there cause all I heard was positive things about cricket from workers and was looking to change, so Ill stay with boost theyve gotten better.

The employees have no idea what there doing, ask to talk to manager, and they said didnt know how to get ahold of him, One employee game me his first name,I asked for his last name, she said she didnt know, feel as if I got the runaround,very bad customer service, I feel as if I were being discriminated, will be calling corporate!!!!!!!then giving my money to another cell company!!!!!!!!!!
