Super helpful. Had phone not getting any signal and was on insurance (we had finally paid it off just a few months ago). Our local Chelan store told me it was due to Spokane tower problem and said wait 2 weeks and then come back (even though we could find no one else having issue). They just looked at the phone, said it was old, and if it wasn’t working after a couple weeks they could sell us a new phone. The next day I took it to this Verizon store and immediately got help as soon as I walked in the door. They tested it a multitude of ways and didn’t give up until they determined the problem (phone was bad). A new phone is on the way at no cost. I can’t thank them enough. The gal that helped me understands customer service and how to maintain life long customers - a glaring difference to my experience in Chelan.
About 4 years ago, had a terrible experience withWenatchee Verizon store, but reluctantly I went into the store with my husband who had some questions about hooking up a new phone, he recently fractured his hip and is on a cane. We were having issues getting up on the sidewalk, and a 2 employees came rushing out to help us, Paulina was one of the girls who helped us, I did get the other girls name, but just wanted to share how very nice they were to assist us....great employees

Online ordering is a complete joke! I cannot believe what a hassle it has been to get a phone shipped to my residence. No one knows whats going on when I call, and cannot seem to figure out why their system drops part of my address so that I can actually receive my order. 10 days later and my order is once again being shipped back to sender.
Went to talk to them about a new phone, lady said I could not browse and I understand nor did I need to. We know what we want and just had a quick question, she said pricing was online, I didn’t need that either, then I was told they close in 15 minutes so I would have to come back tomorrow. 3 associates sitting on their butts inside doing NOTHING and couldn’t be bothered to answer a question. Horrible customer service, don’t recommend going here 0/5 stars. Been with Verizon over 10 years, if anyone has a recommendation for a better cell company let me know!
Business Subscriber - Dont order iPhones from Verizon-go to Apple!!We have had a Business account with Verizon for at least 8 years. We have been trying to upgrade to the new iPhone 12 series. The Verizon website is perhaps the most difficult and user UN-friendly site you will ever experience. And the dial-up phone support from Manilla is friendly but totally ineffective. We have spent 5 hours on one upgrade-stay away!
I have been with Verizon for approximately 10yrs+ and every time I go to this store I just dont feel like I get the help I need and the girls just dont seem to be on the hustle to find me the best deals and also never seem to get my questions answered no matter how many different ways I ask them. I have never felt like they go above and beyond for my needs. I dont mean to make this sound sexist but I feel I get better customer service from male reps then I have female ones Everytime.

The staff here is knowledgeable and professional. They are great at what they do without being pushy. So glad I switched.
WONDERFUL service! Ive been here several times over the past few years--either to get a new phone, upgrade a phone or get accessories, and every staff person has always been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond to help me. They are very personable, polite, patient and knowledgeable, and I never felt pressure to purchase more than I need.
Online and over phone would be the best. No help In store.

Honestly this is a mixed review. The gentlemen who initially sold me my Note 8 was awesome. He was fast but explained things I needed to know in a way that made it easy to understand. Today I went back to get an Otter box case for my phone. I stood there, case in hand for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up. Specifically the greeter who told me to grab a case and hed be right with me.... Not so much it turns out. I re-hung the case and left. Ill be going across the river to the other store.
Employees always have a smile on their face! It gets busy often, so expect to wait more often than not. Wait time is usually not too long though.
Just bought a new phone there and the young man who Helped me took NO time to help set up new phone, I say he gave use a Bums rush out of door. A young lady clerk did offer to help but I wasnt in mood then for help. Absolutely terrible service would give 0 Star but cant leave review then.

Horable experience from the beginning I walked into the building. I needed help and they where no help at all. In fact they did the opposite of helping me. The girl I spoke with was extremely rude and would also switch her tablet with another co worker in the middle of assisting me which made the process even more mind numbing. When ii left the building I had no help and no info oon my problem.
We switched from Sprint to Verizon and it was way less painful than I expected. We got service from Esmeralda and I had a new phone, phone plan and canceled from Sprint in about a half hour. I was really painless and I will recommend Esmeralda in the future.
This is an actual Verizon store. The employees know everything they need to know. Very friendly customer service. Dont go to a Verizon store that is not owned by Verizon. They will try to sell you things you dont need and mess up your plan. This store is the place to go for all of your wireless needs.
Extremely disappointed. Went in and told them what i was there for and they added me to the list to stand around for over a half an hour just to be told there was nothing they could help with. I’m getting spam phone calls and as my cell phone carrier, I was told they could do NOTHING! If my own cell phone carrier isn’t willing to help, then who is???? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointed. The customer definitely doesn’t come first at this store. I’ve never had such bad customer service at Verizon.
The store is clean looking when you enter the door. (Will look closer next time Im in). Professional appearance and prompt greeting from employees.
I couldnt charge my phone because some of the charging pins were bent. Instead of a new phone, I was able to get a wireless charger ...PERFECT ending.. the sales associate first tried to clean out the port. Very profesdional..

Poor customer service bad attitude and they lie about the promotion there are supposed to give me !!! So when I already pay all to change to Verizon then they told me its not available the promotion for I change company.... Really bad customer service. So know I need to stay whit them the only good thing is Verizon have better cover compared T-Mobile.

Been with these guys for years. Customer service is the best. The few problems Ive had have been worked out to my satisfaction. Whether in the store or shopping or online. We do pay a lot per month for this. But I dont want the cheap service I hear others get from other carriers. I dont think its fair other carriers dont pay to keep up the wireless hardware system.
My experience was very satisfactory. I had a very well-spoken well-educated young man who was able to resolve my problem .It took him a couple of days because he reset something that needed a 24-hour. And when I came back in he was able to get right to me and get the problem resolved .so Im very happy with it.
Went in because my phone was broken for a replacement. It turns out that they shipped it to the wrong place. The store manager asked me what he could do to make it right, and proceeded to have the exact phone I requested delivered by the morning of the next day. He went above and beyond, and was by most helpful person I have dealt with regarding Verizon customer service.Thanks again!

Pushy salespeople, mark-up on products is really extreme. Wait times are usually unacceptable. Verizon has awful customer service. If they didnt have such a high quality network that gives me service literally everywhere, I would ditch them in a heartbeat.In my area they have recently improved service on my commute route, which has been nice.

Good stuff inside and plenty of staff. Too bad their product knowledge is lackluster. Nobody seems to understand the tech behind their products, typically late afternoon or evening which is when I go there. Dont know about their day crew.
I wasnt interested in paying for a phone that I couldnt afford, but needed one with both a reliable network and phone service. I purchased a New phone, one similar to the Samsung Galaxy S8 or S9 without costing too MUCH. I got myself a fantastic phone deal using military benefits/credentials, now I have a fantastic new phone with reliable service and Im overjoyed AT the amount of money I saved.
Went to the store to be told it was a 20 minute wait time, ended up waiting 45 minutes before deciding not to waste any more time. Called the store to get the insurance phone number to file a claim and the associate hung up on me! Would never recommend a company with such poor customer service to anyone!

Im no longer a Verizon customer thankfully!! But I took my mom here to get her a memory card and the helpful staff was rude and dismissive the entire time. She told me that I gave her the wrong number when she couldnt find our account. My mom has had the same number since 2008, I know I gave her the right number. It was not a simple, its wrong it was a very accusitory you are wrong Im right. So much for customer service! I never leave reviews but this woman made me so mad I had to say something. This happened Friday afternoon Oct 26th, avoid Verizon at all costs!! Truly awful people!!?

Just wanted to see if I could upgrade my iPhone . There where adds for verizon saying you can upgrade your iPhone anytime but ape raptly the rep there didnt know anything about it. Been with verizon for over ten years its starting to look like our relationship is going to be going in different ways. Waited 20 min just to walk out upset and the rep still didnt even help see if I could up grade. Horrible customer service bet sprint will appreciate their customers.

The people there have great service and make you feel welcomed to the store, but the one thing that upset me is the service offered I asked the salesmen to put on the screen protector and she did a crappy job and she did while on the phone with another customer so of course she didnt do well and left bubbles on the screen and had to order a new one
Slowest service ever. People who came in after us got helped before us. I feel stupid standing in the middle of the room waiting for an associate when I know what we need. Everyone just stares.
Got a new phone. Declined phone insurance. Thought they said the car charger was free.Didnt receive an itemized receipt. Looked it up online. Saw it was $36 for the car charger. Simple misunderstanding? Returned it.Just got an email saying we signed up for phone insurance... Been on hold for 15 minutes now trying to cancel it.Not happy. Feeling scammed. Will be doing everything online from now on.

Absolutely the worst customer support I have experienced. Upgade to smartphones and tablets, they were supposed to remove a laptop and 4G hotspot device and did not until I spent 2 hrs in the store after wondering why the bill was so high. Now 6 months later, I cant even get a replacement phone from them. It was supposed to be here 3 days ago. I cant get a straight answer from assurian, UPS, or much less get anyone from the store to talk to me. Stay with the carrier you have or switch!!!!!!!!!
Worst service ever and its too complicated to get anything done with them, no matter how simple of a task it is. AT&T has better customer services by far.

Garbage complete garbage got poopy service and on top of that they extended my contract for two years without telling me I thought I was signing a receipt for the 700$ phone I bought but they swindled me save your time and money people .....

Waited for 30 minutes yesterday with no help but a check-in. I came back today and was told it would be a 15 minute wait and to NOT LEAVE THE STORE. We waited for an hour and finally left because other customers with appointments came in. Why not just tell customers there is an appointment system online--mitigate waiting times and make for a better experience overall. no thank you.
The manager met me, I thought he was a complete idiot, and I left the store, I returned the next day, and bought a phone from someone else, all good, returned the next day, for issue on phone, and was met buy the manager, the guy is brain dead idiot, I told him so and left, never to return .He would not perform well on a general apptutuide test
