Great store! all the employees were wonderful but, there was this one person in particular that did not give off the same experience. I don’t know what position this lady works, Blixa or whatever her name is, she was not disrespectful to me but to one of her coworkers. Right in front of a customer to make matters worse. Poor girl, she looked embarrassed and honestly I would even be embarrassed myself. Teamwork should never look like that.

I got my eyebrows waxed today at Ulta beauty in Wenatchee, I will never go there again. The lady who did my eyebrows messed up my whole right eyebrow made them extremely thin when I told her I didn’t want them any thinner, and she waxed the whole top of my eyebrow my eyebrows look so horrible And I didn’t not pay 1 cent I will never go back to get my eyebrows done. Now I have to wait months for my eyebrows to grow back so mad and disgusted. The lady didn’t seem to know what she was even doing. My eyebrows are ugly and so missed shape thanks to her. 🤬

Unless you know what exactly you want it is very overwhelming. Especially if you are new to make up products sometimes it’s hard to get any help

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT NEUROTYPICAL.I had such a bad experience at check out at this store that it ruined the product I purchased for myself and I will be returning it. The blonde woman checking me out walked away not once but twice in the middle of me asking a question. The first was on how to properly use my gift card, and I had to wait until she got back doing whatever she was doing. Unrelated, but having to scratch put a pin in for a gift card at the register seems like it should be unnecessary. Then I attempted to ask a question on the return policy when the transaction was done, which did not get answered because once again she literally walked away and opened another register instead of finishing up with me and answering my question.This person is a manager.The only thing that I could have done to warrant this animosity was I have issues with making eye contact. HOWEVER I still make a point to look and speak up when Im talking with someone while wearing a mask because I know how hard it is to hear and how that can be frustrating. But I did look at her and spoke up, so I have no idea what I did to her to set her off like that. But frankly, customers shouldnt be someones emotional punching bag on a bad day. No body should be.

Zoila. Moved here from Seattle, and never trusted anyone with my brows in this little cow town. She is THE woman to go to. She should and could have her own salon. She killed masculine eyebrows-first appt was today, next appt already booked.

It was my first there. I went in to get my hair dyed and styled. Spent the whole day there and looked at the store after. Very overwhelming looking at ALL the beauty stuff, but It was pretty awesome!

I came here on the afternoon of Sept 1st for the Ulta 21 days of beauty deals. The “manager” rudely quoted fine print details from the app and magazine in front of other customers in a condescending tone. very unprofessional. Customers don’t deserve to be treated in this manner, if you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on other people. Grow up.

Ulta will forever be my go-to beauty store as their products range from drugstore to high end. HOWEVER...this Ulta does not have the large variety in the store. I dont expect Ulta to have everything in store that is on their website, but were talking generic brands that should be in store. Not that its out of stock but they just dont carry them. Really disappointed that I have to make an online order for a few items that I should be able to pick up at the store no problem.Always check the website in-store near you option before going in.

Jessica did my daughters makeup for a photo shoot. The makeup was masterful and didnt look overly done. We asked for natural effect but also to cover blemishes. Totally impressed and we only had to buy $40 of makeup and application was free!!

The staff was extremely helpful finding the beauty product I had a picture of. Also, there was only one hairstylist working (Yessica) but she was able to fit me in as a walk in appointment within 20 minutes and she did a fantastic job on my hair. She gave me exactly the cut I was hoping for, but even better. Will definitely go back to her in the future.

I had such an awesome experience at this Ulta store. The ladies working there were so friendly and helpful. The shopping experience was very pleasant. I also had to return an item and that was very easy and painless.

Very nice, lots of very knowledgeable people. Marco applied my makeup to one of my daughters and I. He was very good and informed us of different things for both of us. Loved my penciled in eyebrows.

Avoid the Wenatchee Ulta if you can. Ive only had one nice person to help assist me, and that was six months ago. He was the nicest person there. All the girls who supposedly work in the front, incredibly rude. No one welcomes you nor asks if you need help looking for a product. I really hope that guy left this store to work at a better one. Please rehire staff. The staff you have now is not pleasant and should not be working there.

I got my hair bleached and dyed purple and blue. The place was nice and clean, and the girls were really friendly and did great work. The girl working on my hair did an exceptional job.

It had everything. When I was a teenager and older I loved Happy by Clinique. Looking for it for years. I asked and they had it. Wow! The lotion too. Love it!

Walked in looking for a gift without anyone knowledge in cosmetics, quickly got helped and walked out in 10 minutes. I believe the young lady helping me was named Sophie.

Avoid the salon like the plague. The salon employees, especially the one I had the displeasure of engaging with last night around 5pm, was rude, condescending, and treated me like I was too beneath her to answer concerns why I was wasnt going to reschedule my appointment after the mess another employee did 2 months prior. She just talked down to me as if I had brain atrophy. Even her clienthad an attitude with me. So, I rescheduled anyway, and she started charging me for things,which was too expensive (141!? for what?) and suspicious. When I asked what they were, she got all snotty and ran me out of the station. She said to ask whoever was doing my hair about the charges. I hope corporate enjoys my letter and pictures. I will never go there again. Im going back to The Hair Loft. At least they know what theyre doing.I will get my money back, come Hell or high water.Update: The person who ruined my hair and the cranky manager, no longer work there. What a surprise. NOT.I find it very disturbing the high turnover rate at Ulta. They barely opened their doors 6 months ago! Bit, I digress. Anyway, I did get my money back, but it doesnt change the fact the damage was already done. I hope Miss Mariana Trench gets sunk. Unlike those epic failboats, the manager I spoke with today was very apologetic and gracious. It doesnt change the fact I will never return to that store again.

Walked in no one greeted me even though thet looked right at me with snarky me with snarky looks. Looked for my item, but theyve discontinued another product Ive grown to love. Left and once again another associate looked at me without saying anything. Why do I even try. They wont price matc their own online advertising service is so ridiculous. I will be taking all my hard earned money to Sallys Beauty. Marni and her lovely ladies are always pleasant and helpful.

I love Ulta and was so happy to see one coming closer than Redmond. My best friend told me I would be disappointed with the service at the new Ulta, but I so wanted it to work that I visited several times, but today was the end. Amazon, It, and Bare Minerals, Ill come to you directly. I stood at the Bare Mineral counter for 5 minutes while two employees were steps from me, but they were too busy catching up on the weekend activities. I left with a minimal purchase, when checking out I told the cashier that customer service was poor and she said sorry while the manager or asst. manager (tall, short hair blonde) said nothing...did nothing. I hate to leave poor reviews, but sad to say, I will not be bothering WENATCHEE Ulta. As the cashier said...sorry !

Wenatchee location: If I could select negative stars I would. I went for a free consult with Yessica for a cut and highlights. As for the cut, I brought a picture, lots of layers! I asked her if she was comfortable doing soo many layers. She assured me she could do it. I specifically told her not to cut my hair into a bob! The color was just some blonde highlights to brighten my hair. Well...she did everything opposite of what I asked for. She chopped my hair off, the absolute worst haircut Ive ever gotten! She put a toner in that made my hair some ugly dishwasher brown color. I was there 3 hours and not once did she make conversation with me...nothing!! I was charged 129.00, since I had to rush to work I didnt have time to complain, I went home, put my hair up as best I could and went to work fuming mad. Its absolutely horrible! I called 3 times and even stopped back in to speak with Olivia; the store manager. I left message after message but never got a call from her or anyone. I since got my hair recut elsewhere, another $55.00. Im waiting to get the color fixed so not to fry my hair, I cant wait bc the color is awful.I FINALLY got a hold of Olivia, she never apologized for not getting back to me, however, after telling her what all transpired and asking for a refund, she did make sure to tell me that they dont refund money for those services but I could come back in and have Yessica fix it!! ARE YOU JOKING?? Absolutely not will I have her touch my hair ever again!! She then tells me shell refund the $38 for the haircut but Ill have to eat the $91 for the highlights!!! I intend to get a full refund one way or another..$91.00 may not be much to Ultas employees but its a lot to me especially when I have to pay someone else to redo my hair! I have a full video of my hair after this happened, I wish I could share it along side the pic of the cut and color I asked for..its not just a few errors, it was a complete fail. I hate to say this but, Yessica needs more schooling or at least be honest and say, Im not comfortable doing layers! As for the store manager not returning my calls as an unhappy customer, that is a HUGE problem. As for my money.... ..well, Ill let the DISTRICT manager decide.Oh and just FYI... the store manager was training another girl for management while I was there. They really should take their conversations (regarding basically scamming the customers into buying certain products over others) into a private area! Totally unprofessional and I for one will never shop there and believe me; everyone I know will know my story.

The trick is to mind the sales and coupons. You can find pretty good deals on hard to find brands, and you can swatch just about everything to find what works for you.

We always end up getting more than we think and its not like Wal-mart pricing. Great selection of mixed higher-end and drug-strore brands in one location. Always make sure to ask for your points because each clerk is hit and miss if they even mention it. Find your coupons before you go in but read the fine-print. Occasionally theyll send a coupon that includes prestige brands, but often-times its not included. Great gift choices. There are a few brands Id like to see (Kiehls, for one!), but otherwise, I prefer the pricing and selection as opposed to Sephora.

Would give zero stars if I could. I love Ulta I have been shopping there for like 15 years but I will not go back to the Wenatchee Ulta which is a huge bummer because I was excited to have one close but the employees are rude and worthless. Both managers I’ve enteracted with were super rude and condescending treated me like I was an idiot. I was needing to return something and had to stand up front waiting for like 10 minutes for the manager to come up and based on what I overheard the employees saying she was in the back doing nothing. Obviously the costumer isn’t important to these employees I hope enough people stop going that they relieve some of them from their duties. Seriously disappointed.

Was denied a refund even though returns policy clearly states that I should have been allowed one. The store manager was on her period supposedly that allows her to deny a refund I clearly should be given. Dont bother coming to this store one week out of the month I suppose.

I am done shopping at the Wenatchee ulta. The first time I went in there everyone was just standing around, I never got welcomed or asked if I were looking for anything. There was a ton of staff there too, just standing around talking to each other.. IT IS A NEW STORE, some people have never went into a ulta, such as myself, GET YOUR STAFF TO DO SOMETHING, it wasn’t even busy!Today I went there and searched around forever just to find what I was looking for. Couldn’t find employees anywhere in the store. When I finally checked out there were two girls just standing at the register talking to each other. Funny thing is that there wasn’t even a line. 😂 The lady who checked me out asked if I was a ulta member and that was it.. No other words were exchanged, no thank you- NOTHING.From now on I will be ordering off of the internet, I will not support a store that employees lazy unfriendly staff.
