My first time there and I was impressed by the selection of items that they had in stock. Bedding, dry grocery items, pet items, furniture, etc., etcStore was nice and organized which surprised me, considering how few employees I saw working.

They have a great selection of movies and comfy seats. Would go there again. 🍿

Sometimes out of stock, but prices and deals make it well worth it to shop there.

Wonderful furniture staff. The payment plans are kinda pricy for the long term options. But great overall. Short term lease is the best for minimal interest.

I get lost in there sometimes move stock around I think a little to often not a big deal couple young adults work there wont let u get lost soon as they see u looking around thay come and assist you and will remember you the next time and help you get what your after to me that just absolutely on there job and more

Like the unique items they aquire.Inventory constantly changes so it takes a litte to checkeverything out. Wind down time...

Good prices but that lady at check out WHOA. Seriously. Take and drop off tour attitude at home on your lunch break. Irritated? Sorry but you work in customer service. Maybe you got treated horribly and for that I am sorry. But that kind of attitude does NOT need to be or wanted forwarded.

Even though they were out of what I came in for I still found something I wanted. The staff was friendly and not pushy like many are at closing time. The young man at the counter was able to change a large bill for me even late at night.

This place is wonderful. It has everything anyone would want or need . Also nice clean bathroom.

Big Lots in very nice and staff is very polite. The thing I like most is the wide isle so youre not bumping into people or trying to maneuver your cart around to avoid doing so, and its really clean. Prices are to high but the openness and space makes it worth it as a shopper.

Out of stock, had to go ask for help in furniture twice, the new store manager is clueless to what he is doing.

Nice wide aisles and staff that actually responds to questions.

Do not deal with Rhonda, she is rude and thinks higher of her self than her company surely does. We came in for furniture, which online showed that they had it in stock, she tried to inform us that she only had the ottoman in the back. When we mentioned that it states that they have some in stock online was when Rhonda’s tone became rude and informed us they sold a lot yesterday and that it probably hasn’t been updated. We decided to look around and decide if we wanted another set, we decided on one that ended up being the exact one we asked for originally... so we asked if we could just but the floor model, as we had at other Big Lots with no issues, and she tried to inform us that no Big Lots let’s sales floor models. We informed her that we’ve done it before and asked for someone who works in the department, to which she rudely stated that she was the store manager. We asked for her boss then, she informed us that he wasn’t in and we asked for his number then. She threw her hands down and rudely said “fine” before going into the back. After about five minutes a wonderful employee came out to see if we needed anything. When we informed him we had asked his manager for her bosses number and haven’t seen her since, he let us know that she was calling their regional managers to see if they could sale the floor model. He was positive and pleasant so we asked if he could handle our sale from there as we did not want to deal with the manager anymore. He took over that sale and was extremely professional and kind. While signing all the paperwork, for the floor model, he had mentioned that the store manager was off that day. We decided not to mention it at the time, but we’re confused as Rhonda informed us SHE was the store manager. So long story short: Rhonda is rude, unhelpful, and lies to customers.

They are hardly had any inventory for there items on display and then when we finally found a couch and a bed they told us we could come by tomorrow and get it. we come by tomorrow and then they say Oh wait we dont have a Box Spring in stock so you cant take the bed because you need a Box Spring then they say Oh wait we found another one but its going to cost an extra $120 after they told us the day before that they had the complete set in inventory.

Friendly and clean store. Isles are wide, clean, and tidy. The shelves were full.

My experience was good except that they were again sold out of hand sanitizer!The young man who worked there said that he called HR to see if they could put a limit and HR said no. First come first serve. That is just greedy.The staff were awesome though

It has quite a few things. Prices are okay. You can get things slightly different from the ones in other stores. On my last trip I bought a Nativity and some nice towels. It kind of reminds me of Bimart.

Putting big orange price stickers on items to make them look like they are on sale is ridiculous. Even though its quieter and less people (which says a lot), I would much rather go to Walmart where I know Im going to get a better deal. Only fun part was when I was buy the cat food area that shares a wall with the movie theater next door and was wondering what movie was playing because it sounded pretty good :)

Great store for discounted items. We wanted to see inside for the first time. They have housewares, furniture, and misc items for sale. I found cheap fertilizer. I dont know what the stores sales plan is but they have an array of things. We recommend checking it out, i guarantee you will find something of use for cheap. Thank you Big Lots!

Stopped in here on our way back home to buy some chains which unfortunately they didnt have but they did have quite a large stock of Christmas items that was different than I had seen around and also some different candies and snacks that my husband really adores so that was a great find I was actually quite surprised I had never been in a Big Lots before they had a lot of nice items would recommend and I would also go there again

Big Lots always seem to feel a little dirty. They have some cheap stuff which is nice if youre not needing super high-quality on some things. Customer service is hit-and-miss.
