The employees are rude and disrespectful to customers! When you asked them if they have anything in stock and if they could scan the barcode to see if they do they will scan it and you clearly see it says they have some in the back but the employees will lie to your face and say they wont have the item in for a few weeks!!!!

I went in about an hour before close and the workers seemed very anxious to be done for the day. So to say the least, they were a bit grumpy. Otherwise experience was fine, found everything I needed and the store was clean and organized.

I went at a perfect time and we got er done! Lines were not bad and our clerk was very nice and pleasant. The store was very clean and well stocked.

Its a decent place to shop. My only real complaint about this place is the older gentleman that works at the doors as a greeter. Hes extremely rude sand quite honestly shouldnt be working around people.

Store is always busy main shopping gathering for alot of Wenatchee people go there. Pharmacy is awesome. There also.

Went to wal mart to get Phone card. Decided to food shop also. Went to put card on phone. Cashier did not ring up the phonecard. I should of looked at receipt. She did tell me which bag it was in but she didnt ring it up. They are busy I guess. Mistakes happen.

The clerk was very nice and recommended some local places for me to visit! This is also the first Walmart I have ever seen with a map of their departments at the entrance - absolutely visionary!

WalMart is a wonderful place to get pretty much anything you need. The prices are good and the employees were ok I guess. It took me awhile to find someone to help me in sporting goods. Plus I like to go to Walmart and people watch. You see some amazing things there, it makes u smile when you need one. Good Job!!!!

WalMart is consistent wherever you go. You can count on reasonable quality, selection and prices which is why there is literally very little competition. Im OK with that.

It was a basic Walmart, nothing awesome or special. But, there were literally HUNDREDS of fruit flies on rotting peaches there. Obviously we chose to buy our produce elsewhere!

Love shopping with Wal-Mart both in store and online or even schedule pick up order. Always great experiences with them. And for pick up or online order if you receive wrong items or poor quality just let them know you will get your refund. Their Customer service is awesome quick respond.

They always have everything in stock and are always willing to help you find anything you need, it is nice to see they have expanded there electronic section a little. I would Not eat the subway located inside, only bequcse it is more expensive so to the convience.

Easy to find what you need in a hurry

30 mins in the return line! 😡 Some girl literally came in with a cart load of childrens clothes to return. No receipt & no tags, & there was 1 person working the returns counter! The employee had to look inside each garment & enter all the item numbers to see if it was in Walmarts system. This girl left with 75% of what she brought in as returns, after she tied up the line for 30 mins! 👎👎👎😡 By this time the line was backed up to the front door! People were getting mad as they stood waiting for her completion. 😡There ought to be a rule/limit against returning large quantities at one time, especially without receipts!Check outs were backed up just as bad!The self checkout was even backed up, because there were only 2 actual check stands open as usual! 😡 Very poor customer service!I watched as customers became angry & tired of waiting. Then set their items down & left before purchasing.👎Seems prices continually rise, & the customer receives less & less service... WTH!?Also, store had many products unavailable & sold out! 👎👎👎

Yep. Its definitely another Wal-Mart. This one has a larger Hispanic population in the surrounding the area so certain products have a larger Hispanic selection. Good job by the merch and marketing crew to do so, someone out there is thinking.

Can often find good prices on items Im looking for. Unfortunately, not enough checkers and many of the staff need better customer service training. Having a bad day? Hate your job? Dont take it out on the customers.

Its walmart... The staff is hit or miss with being helpful, the store it self has seem to go down hill. It doesnt seem as clean as it use to. But overall I always find what im going there to look for.

The site of wenatchees wal mart has great commune in and out of entering the parking lot. Store has a great set up, and the store manager knows her stuff! Great online pickup area.

We were looking for 12v to 110V inverter. We and shop stuff could not find even 1 count existing dur to inventory list.

Id like to give a shout out to a Walmart Associate...Christian who was very helpful in checking out a price for me while I waited at the checkstand. He was energetic, professional, and a standout in customer service.

I would of given it a 5 star before, as I usually buy my groceries and pretty much everything else we need there. But lately they have changed brands on several item and not for the better. Shelves are empty half the time. And the employee turn around is constant so no one seems to know what or where or when a product is out of stock or if its coming in again or they just stopped selling it. The guality has gone down.

My family and I were on vacation and decided to stop in at this Walmart. While shopping I went into the produce department to buy fruit I needed help findingsomething so I simply asked a question of the gentleman (Chris) I was answered in a rude manor and treated the same way. He was talking to another associate in a vulgar way dropping the F bomb in front of a three year old more or less customers is very unacceptable. Needless to say I will never shop here again!!!!😡😡😡

I purchased a PitBoss Bar B Que and there was a damaged item in the box. I spoke to Ryan, the Garden Manager, he took great care in expediting an exchange for the part. He was prompt, courteous, genuine and professional. I would come to Wal-Mart in Wenatchee in the future.

Usually I can find most of what Im looking for here, however there was no one in the womens dept and no one around to help me find what I was needing to get. After waiting for 10-15 minutes I finally gave up and left. Other than that I enjoy my trips shopping here.

I simply called customer service to ask them if they sell baseball cards, her reply is I believe so . So I say is there anyway someone could go check so I don’t have to drive all the way there for me please? She says Um no we don’t have anyone that can and I definitely will not go look so you’re just gonna have to come in here yourself to find out, have a good day....CLICK!! She hung up!! I just couldn’t believe how rude this “customer service” lady was. I get it if they are busy then that’s alright but there is a lot better way to tell a customer that than how she treated me!!

Went in to get soda and there was a tiny little spill and the employee that was guarding it rudely said “hey dude can you just go around!”It was the fact that other people had passed by him and he didnt say anything to them.

Had my Covid vaccine done by pharmacist David. He was great at distracting me from the injection. A few days later Im still doing great. Only bit of pain was from the actual injection for about 5 minutes.
